The purpose of this study was to determine the financing procedures and collateral valuation in the decision to provide financing at BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada Surabaya. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Namely from the results of interviews, observations, and several documents that can answer the formulation of the problem in this study. Then, the data analysis technique used is content analysis. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was found that the procedure for providing financing at BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada was the same as that for financial institutions in general. The process or stages that BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada members must go through to apply for financing are first registering to become members, preparing the required files, and other processes. There are two types of collateral at BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada. First, material collateral, namely in the form of ID cards, marriage books, family cards, motor vehicle ownership book (BPKP), house/land certificates, and deposit savings. Second, non-material collateral, where members can apply for financing with collateral in the form of personal guarantees, which is termed gandeng renteng. The valuation of material collateral at BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada is considered to be less specific, because it does not have a clear percentage standard. However, for the assessment of non-material collateral, BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah assesses the nature of the trust, and the activeness of the members in transactions.

In the wage process, the conditions for wages must be carefully considered and of course they must also be in accordance with conventional wage provisions and Islamic economic law. Based on this background, the researcher wants to know what kind of wage system is practiced by the Alfan Alfin Breadhome industry and what is the review of Islamic economic law on the wage system implemented there. This is a field research. The sources of data used are primary data obtained from interviews and observations, and secondary data which is obtained from books related to the theme studied. The results of the research above are that the first wage for the Alfan Alfin Bread home industry applies a wage system based on unity or results, that is, the amount of wage received by employees is in accordance with the amount of production or results that have been obtained or produced by each employee as agreed before work. Where the wages are given every month. Secondly, Islamic law's review of this kind of wage system is valid as well as in accordance with the provisions because it is based on the principle of justice. The employees and business owners are mutually willing and do not feel disadvantaged.

Tantangan guru pada saat ini adalah perkembangan zaman. Sehingga guru perlumengembangkan mutu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Mutu profesi seorang gurusangatlah penting dalam dunia Pendidikan. Karena dengan adanya guru yang mumpuni danberkualitas siswa bisa mengembangkan diri secara optimal. Sehingga peningkatan mutu profesiguru dianggap sangat penting. Apalagi dengan adanya tugas utama seorang guru adalahmendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih dan mengevaluasi peserta didik.Mutuseorang guru sangat berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru. Guru harus bisa menjadi fasilitatoragar peserta didik mampu berpikir kreatif dan kritis. Selain itu, guru juga harus bisa menjadikatalisator untuk mendorong peserta didik mencapai minat dan kemampuan yang dimiliki.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (LibraryResearch), yaitu mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang berasal daribuku, jurnal, dan literatul lain yang layak untuk dijadikan sumber penelitian. Sehingga dengan adanya artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan organisasi PGRI sebagai cara untuk memperkuatmutu profesi guru di Indonesia.

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting pendukung efektifitas proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan platform raptivity yang diaplikasikan selama proses pembelajaran memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Terutama dalam membangun semangat dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektifitas media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan platform raptivity dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di kelas 7 SMP al-Inayah Purwosari Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian R & D, dengan menggunakan teknik Brog and Gall yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa tahapan. Instrumen pendukung yang digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap para ahli sebagai uji validasi menunjukkan skor yang dapat dikatakan layak, meskipun masih terdapat kometar dan saran. Sedangkan untuk angket respon peserta didik memberikan gambaran bahwa 90% peserta didik menyatakan sangat puas terhadap media platform raptivity dalam proses belajar yang dilakukan. Sehingga, dapat diamati bahwa media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan platform raptivity yang diaplikasikan terhadap pembelajaran PAI dinyatakan sangar layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai alternatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran PAI, Platform Raptivity, Motivasi Belajar. Abstract Learning media is an important component supporting the effectiveness of the learning process carried out. The development of learning media using the raptivity platform applied during the learning process has a significant impact. Especially in building enthusiasm and increasing student learning motivation. This study was conducted to develop and test the effectiveness of learning media using the raptivity platform in increasing learning motivation in class 7 of SMP al-Inayah Purwosari Pasuruan. The method used is the R & D research method, using the Brog and Gall technique which is carried out using several stages. Supporting instruments used as data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and student response questionnaires. The results of the study conducted on experts as a validation test showed a score that could be said to be decent, although there were still comments and suggestions. While the student response questionnaire provides an illustration that 90% of students stated that they were very satisfied with the raptivity platform media in the learning process carried out. Thus, it can be observed that learning media using the raptivity platform applied to Islamic Religious Education learning is stated to be very worthy of being further developed as an alternative in increasing student learning motivation.
