Abstract

Fokus kajian ini merupakan analisis konsep kampus merdeka dalam critical pedagogy perspektif Paulo Freire. Kampus merdeka yang diberlakukan oleh Nadiem Anwar Makarim dengan program utama yaitu; kemudahan pembukaan program studi baru, perubahan sistem akreditas, kemudahan perguruan tinggi negeri menjadi perguruan tinggu negeri berbadan hukum dan hak belajar semester sebagai bagian dari program untuk menjawab tantangan industrialisasi atau revolusi industri 4.0 dalam dunia pendidikan dan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, Adanya korelasi konsep kampus merdeka dengan konsep critical pedagogy Paulo Freire. Yaitu, pada program memberikan hak belajar tiga semester lintas prodi atau lintas universitas, dalam analisis critical pedagogy upaya program itu mengarahkan mahasiswa tidak terjebak pada hal-hal teoritis, menuntut kapasitas lintas keilmuan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan berkonstribusi dalam memajukan bangsa dan Negara. Kedua, Analisis critical pedagogy pada pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami problem lingkaran setan yang susah mencari benang merahnya dalam menyelesaikannya. Problem mendasar dari pendidikan di Indonesia sebenarnya mengalami kenaikan biaya yang setiap tahunnya, sehingga masyarakat menenggah ke bawah mengalami putus sekolah, tidak melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi, selain itu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan sumber daya alam, dan mental korup para petinggi menjadikan problem pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami kompleks dan sistematis. Jika, problem ini tidak disentuh, sistem apa pun yang diterapkan dalam pendidikan di Indonesia dalam analisis critical pedagogy hanya akan menjadi sebuah narasi belaka. Sebab, Paulo Freire dalam critical pedagogynya mengarahkan pada pendidikan sebagai alat untuk mengeluarkan manusia dari fanatisme di berbagai sektor, dan menekankan pentingnya kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Corporate culture and Human Resource Management (HRM) practices are two inseparable elements that form the foundation of a successful organization . This article delves into two important dimensions of corporate culture and HR practices and explores how they are interrelated and impact overall corporate performance and identity. The research method in this research uses a qualitative approach , namely to get an overview of several cultures and practices that exist in the company The research techniques used are data collection, namely interviews, and observation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research are the culture and practice of HRM at PT. SURYA GRAHA plays a role in managing human resources and achieving company goals. and also he applies good and correct HR culture and practices so that they are relevant to research topics and help companies integrate HR culture and practices to improve their performance. Effective HR practices and a strong corporate culture are two inseparable elements in forming a developed organization. Both interact with each other and have an impact on the company's performance and identity . The Role of Culture in Performance, Corporate culture has a significant impact on employee behavior and organizational performance. A good culture can increase employee motivation, productivity, and awareness to improve their performance . Good HR practices such as selective recruitment, training, and development, can improve the quality of human resources in the organization.

Abstract

The intellectual network between the Indonesian Archipelago and the Middle East has existed since the early centuries of Islam and has played an important role in the development of Islamic scholarship in the Southeast Asian region. This study aims to examine the dynamics of the scientific relationship between Indonesian and Middle Eastern scholars and to trace the contribution of Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in building and strengthening this network. Using a qualitative approach and literature study of manuscripts, biographies of scholars, and classical works, this study found that Islamic boarding schools have a strategic role as centers for the transmission of knowledge, preservers of scientific traditions, and liaisons between local students and centers of knowledge in the Middle East, such as Mecca, Medina, and Cairo. Through the departure of students to the Middle East and the arrival of scholars to the Indonesian Archipelago, there was an exchange of ideas, teaching methods, and the development of contextual Islamic thought. The role of Islamic boarding schools in this network is not only limited to the educational aspect, but also forms a strong, moderate, and traditional local Islamic identity. This finding emphasizes the importance of Islamic boarding schools in maintaining the continuity of global Islamic knowledge while maintaining local wisdom within the framework of Islamic civilization. Abstrak Jaringan intelektual antara Nusantara dan Timur Tengah telah berlangsung sejak abad-abad awal kedatangan Islam dan memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan keilmuan Islam di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika hubungan keilmuan antara ulama Nusantara dan Timur Tengah serta menelusuri kontribusi pesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam tradisional dalam membangun dan memperkuat jaringan tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka terhadap manuskrip, biografi ulama, serta karya-karya klasik, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pesantren memiliki peran strategis sebagai pusat transmisi ilmu, pelestari tradisi keilmuan, dan penghubung antara pelajar lokal dengan pusat-pusat ilmu di Timur Tengah, seperti Mekkah, Madinah, dan Kairo. Melalui keberangkatan santri ke Timur Tengah dan kedatangan ulama ke Nusantara, terjadi pertukaran ide, metode pengajaran, serta pengembangan pemikiran keislaman yang kontekstual. Peran pesantren dalam jaringan ini tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek pendidikan, tetapi juga membentuk identitas keislaman lokal yang kuat, moderat, dan berakar pada tradisi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pesantren dalam mempertahankan kesinambungan keilmuan Islam global sekaligus merawat kearifan lokal dalam bingkai peradaban Islam.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that influence the formation of PT's corporate image. Pal Indonesia (Persero) and how this perception is related to employee work motivation. Through a literature analysis approach, this research analyzes the perceptions of various stakeholder groups, including prospective employees, customers, suppliers and the general public. The results of the analysis show that company reputation, product and service quality, relationships with stakeholders, organizational values, and commitment to social responsibility are the main factors that influence the company's image. Positive perceptions of the company's image can increase trust, reputation and support from various parties, which in turn can motivate employees to provide their best contribution. Conversely, negative or ambiguous perceptions can reduce employee interest and motivation. Therefore, company management must actively monitor and manage these factors, and strive to build good relationships with various stakeholders to create a motivating work environment that contributes to the company's long-term success.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine Noeng Muhadjir’s perspective on constructing Islamic educational philosophy and its implications for developing scientific paradigms at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD). His ideas remain highly relevant amid the persistent dichotomy in Islamic education, which is still dominated by textual-theological reasoning and lacks empirical-rational contextualization. Methods – This study applies an abductive approach combining library (deductive) and field (inductive) research. Data from Noeng Muhadjir’s works and interviews with UAD leaders are analyzed philosophically to explore how his educational philosophy shapes UAD’s scientific paradigm, as reflected in the Science Unification guideline. Findings – Noeng Muhadjir’s Islamic educational philosophy, inspired by Ibn Rushd’s Peripatetic tradition, is based on monism, metaphysical realism, and theocratic humanistic ethics. He integrates empirical-rational (‘aqliyah) and divine-revelatory (naqliyah) reasoning to develop theocratic humanistic science and technology. At UAD, this thought underpins the unification of general and religious sciences grounded in Islamic and Muhammadiyah values (AIK) to advance science, humanity, and universal values. Research implications/limitations – This research advances the development of an Islamic educational philosophy that is empirical-rational in method yet spiritual in orientation. Based on Islamic Peripatetic principles, it positions Islamic education as integrating both religious and general sciences through empirical and experimental approaches. This perspective ultimately eliminates the dichotomy between wājib ‘ain (religious knowledge) and wājib kifāyah (general knowledge), viewing both as equally vital elements of a unified Islamic epistemology. Originality/value – Until now, much research and development in Islamic educational philosophy has tended to rely on Western philosophical frameworks rather than being grounded in authentic Islamic philosophical thought. In response, Noeng Muhadjir proposes Islamic Peripatetic philosophy as a genuine form of Islamic philosophy that serves as the foundation for developing an Islamic educational philosophy rooted in empirical and rational reasoning.
