Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pilar terpenting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kota Tangerang Selatan menjadi salah satu kota pengembang UMKM yang ada di indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan produksi makanan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Pancong DKI menggunakan metode pemrograman linear melalui metode simpleks. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode simpleks dapat memberikan solusi optimal dalam menentukan kombinasi bahan baku yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan maksimal. Hasil penelitian dalam sehari Pancong DKI dapat memproduksi 30 Pcs pancong original dan 42 pancong variasi. Sehingga berdasarkan perhitungan QM for Windows Keuntungan optimal yang diperoleh oleh Pancong DKI mencapai Rp.1.000.000 perhari.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is a form of economic integration in the Southeast Asia region which aims to create a single market and joint production base. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of AEC on Indonesia's economic growth in the era of globalization. The methodology used in this research is a literature review that focuses on economic growth trends before and after the implementation of AEC. The research results show that the MEA has had a positive impact on the Indonesian economy, including increasing exports, foreign investment, and developing strategic sectors such as trade, services, and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, strengthening the competitiveness of local industry and improving the quality of human resources is a big challenge. With the right policies, the AEC can be an opportunity to strengthen Indonesia's position in the global market while simultaneously improving people's welfare in a sustainable manner

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, companies need to continuously improve their service quality in order to maintain customer loyalty and gain a larger market share. The role of human resources (HR) has a vital role in improving service quality to excel, especially in interacting with customers. In this article, titled “The Role of Human Resources Training and Development in Improving Service Quality in Company Performance,” a literature review has helped the researcher to frame an in-depth analysis based on existing data to understand the contribution of employee training and development in improving service quality in the company. In addition to improving individual competencies, HR training and development also plays an important role in shaping an organizational culture that prioritizes service quality. Thus, companies need to pay serious attention to human resource training in order to continue to develop, as this is an important step in achieving success and sustainable growth.
