Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan suatu fenomena yang kompleks dan unik dalam interaksi sosial, di mana setiap individu cenderung menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan saat berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Bahkan dalam konteks pribadi, setiap manusia memiliki kapasitas atau potensi sebagai pengendali, memudahkan mereka untuk memimpin diri sendiri. Pengertian kepemimpinan sering dikaitkan dengan derajat pengaruh yang dimiliki, dan seorang pemimpin dianggap sebagai individu yang memiliki potensi pengaruh tertinggi untuk memengaruhi orang lain. Pemimpin yang tidak mampu mengaktualisasikan pengaruhnya tidak dapat dianggap memiliki karakter kepemimpinan sejati. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan pendidikan, tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang konsep kepemimpinan dan menyelesaikan tugas yang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan sumber daya sebagai referensi, termasuk buku-buku tentang kepemimpinan. Melalui pendekatan ini, kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan suatu kemampuan dan proses yang melibatkan pengaruh, bimbingan, koordinasi, dan mobilisasi terhadap orang lain yang terkait dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan pendidikan serta penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengajaran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan pengajaran.

Abstract

Maharah Kitabah is the most urgent Arabic language skill in learning Arabic, this is because this skill is the peak that includes all other skills. So if students understand it, it will be easier for them to understand Arabic as a whole. In this case the author conducted research by analyzing the obstacles to learning the Maharah Kitabah. The aim of the research is to find out what obstacles or mistakes hinder students from improving their Arabic writing skills, especially at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang. By focusing this research on Maharah Al-Kitabah, efforts can be made to obtain good learning strategies, so that students' understanding will be much better and they will get solutions to the problems they face when writing Arabic language sequences. This research was conducted using a qualitative and descriptive approach. Students at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School in Deli Serdang face problems in Maharah Al-Kitabah, and this research aims to describe these errors and problems. Data are collected in natural environments and phenomena are interpreted using qualitative methods. Apart from that, to gain a better understanding of the problem being researched, the researchers used methods such as qualitative surveys and also used an analytical approach which the author quoted from various secondary data, in the form of scientific journals, theses and internet media.

Abstract

المنهج في هذه الدراسة منهج التحليل الوصفي مع منهج التحليل النوعي على محتوى المحتوى ومقاطع الفيديو على فيديوهات الرسوم المتحركة العربية مثل الرسوم المتحركة العربية فواز نوروه .في هذه الدراسة ، الأخطاء المدروسة هي أخطاء لغوية ، مثل القواعد والمفردات وبنية الجملة التي يمكن أن تغير محتوى المعنى وتؤثر على تجربة الجمهور .نتيجة هذه الدراسة هي أن هناك عدة أنواع من الأخطاء التي لها تأثير كبير ، وخاصة في جانب الإملاء وأيضا بنية الجملة التي لا تتوافق مع قواعد اللغة العربية .بدلا من ذلك ، وجد أن هذه الأخطاء حدثت بسبب العامية الأقل رسمية في ترجمة الفيديو . هذا يدل على أهمية دور المحرر أو المترجم في تقديم ترجمات الفيديو الصحيحة ويمكن فهمها بسهولة من قبل الجمهور .غالبا ما تحدث ظاهرة الأخطاء العربية في ترجمات الفيديو المتحركة ولها تأثير كبيرعلى فهم الجمهورالكلمات المفتاحية:

Abstract

The application of polystyrene beads as a sustainable substitute in the production of soil-based bricks is investigated in this study. The objective of the research is to evaluate the mechanical and thermal characteristics of soil-brick composites at ratios of 4%, 8%, and 12% that contain different amounts of polystyrene beads. The purpose of the study is to determine how the inclusion of polystyrene beads affects the final composite bricks' insulating properties and structural integrity. Initial results indicate that the addition of polystyrene beads noticeably affects the mechanical and thermal properties of the composite bricks. According to preliminary findings, insulating qualities may get better as polystyrene ratios rise, but maintaining structural integrity requires striking a compromise. The results of this study provide important new information on the feasibility of using earth bricks augmented with polystyrene as an energy- and environmentally-friendly building material. More research and optimization efforts are advised to improve the composition and overall performance of these composite bricks for use in sustainable buildings.
