Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of BK teachers in improving students' ability to argue at MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were BK teachers, students of MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan, subject teachers taken by snowball sampling. Interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by editing, classifying, reducing and presenting data. The results showed that: 1) The argumentation ability of class VII students of MTs MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan can now be said to be even better, in the sense that students dare to argue and do not show shy behavior when arguing. 2) The form of the guidance and counseling teacher's role in improving students' argumentation skills through the implementation of information services, group guidance and content mastery and collaborating with subject teachers and homeroom teachers. there is a special time allocated to carry out guidance and counseling. Meanwhile, the BK teacher's efforts in overcoming these obstacles are by continuing to provide guidance and direction to students so that they are still willing to follow the implementation of guidance and counseling services and make closeness that touches students' socio-emotional. BK teachers also take advantage of the empty lesson hours because the teacher is not present to provide counseling services.

Abstract

Penyebab utama menurut data Peradilan Agama Mahkamah Agung tahun 2010 adalah faktor ekonomi dan perselingkuhan. Ketika istri atau suami yang sakit, sangat memungkinkan terjadinya perceraian. Karena apabila istri sakit memungkinkan suaminya selingkuh dan apabila suami yang sakit maka secara rasio perekonomian akan menurun. Di Pesantren Hidayatullah terdapat pasutri yang salah satunya menderita sakit kronis namun kehidupannya semakin erat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat studi kasus yang diuraikan secara deskriptif tentang cara mempertahankan keutuhan pasutri yang salah satu pasangannya menderita sakit kronis di Ponpes Hidayatullah Balikpapan. Subyek dan objek penelitian yakni 4 pasutri. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Data diolah dengan teknik editing, klasifikasi, kemudian dianalisa dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa pasutri tersebut mempertahankan rumahtangganya karena berlandaskan keimanan, syukur, bersabar, ridha, taat kepada pimpinan, menjaga komunikasi, menyamakan persepsi, saling terbuka, mengalah, memahami, dan menghargai dan didukung dengan kajian pustaka sebagai referensi untuk memperkuat data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Salah satu cara mempertahankannya adalah dengan kesabaran. Salah satu dari maqasid al-syari’ah tersebut dalam kaitannya dengan pernikahan adalah memelihara agama. Dalam hal ini pasutri di Hidayatullah lebih mementingkan keutuhan rumah tangga demi menjaga agama. Walaupun di sisi lain pasangan tersebut dibolehkan bercerai apabila tidak terpenuhi hak dan kewajibannya.

Abstract

Writing calligraphy with Islamic culture cannot be eliminated because every civilization will leave behind something that can be learned from and developed, so that calligraphy becomes an art that has a long history for Islamic civilization and culture.calligraphy as an Islamic art is the most important aspect of Islamic science, the Arabic Al-Qur’an is an obligation to study Arabic grammar. One of the skills in Arabic Grammar according ti the rules, both in terms of length, short in the from of latters to be stylish and beautiful. The method used in this research is literature study, which is a method used in research aimed attt collecting data by talking data from library studies and including relevant research in journals as research material The word calligraphy comes from the Latin kalios (calios) which means beautiful graf (grafh) which means drawing and writing in English. Calligraphy is known as calligraphy which means the art of beautiful writing. Calligraphy writing with Islamic culture cannot be eliminated because every civilization will leave something behind. Lessons can be learned and developed, so that calligraphy becomes an art that has a long history of Islamic civilization and culture.

Abstract

This study focuses on the strategic brand image of Ayam Geprek Sai Lamongan Branch in the context of Islamic business. This research aims to understand the influence of Islam on consumer perceptions of a company's brand image and its impact on business success, financial performance and reputation. This study uses qualitative and descriptive research methods to analyze the brand image of Ayam Geprek Sai Lamongan Branch. This research focuses on studying the Islamic business environment in Lamongan Regency, especially Rumah Makan Geprek Sai. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data from restaurants and data sources collected through observations. This study contributes to the understanding of Islamic business feasibility studies and the potential that can contribute to company success.

Abstract

Maharah Kitabah is the most urgent Arabic language skill in learning Arabic, this is because this skill is the peak that includes all other skills. So if students understand it, it will be easier for them to understand Arabic as a whole. In this case the author conducted research by analyzing the obstacles to learning the Maharah Kitabah. The aim of the research is to find out what obstacles or mistakes hinder students from improving their Arabic writing skills, especially at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang. By focusing this research on Maharah Al-Kitabah, efforts can be made to obtain good learning strategies, so that students' understanding will be much better and they will get solutions to the problems they face when writing Arabic language sequences. This research was conducted using a qualitative and descriptive approach. Students at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School in Deli Serdang face problems in Maharah Al-Kitabah, and this research aims to describe these errors and problems. Data are collected in natural environments and phenomena are interpreted using qualitative methods. Apart from that, to gain a better understanding of the problem being researched, the researchers used methods such as qualitative surveys and also used an analytical approach which the author quoted from various secondary data, in the form of scientific journals, theses and internet media.

Abstract

In this current era, digitalization of law is very much needed. In the digital era, more sophisticated technology will replace everything that is technological. Currently, artificial intelligence machines have a higher level of accuracy and legal certainty compared to the capabilities of the human legal profession. In the industrial revolution 4.0 phase, digital advances are changing the paradigm and way people practice law, people do not need to consult a law office, because artificial intelligence machines provide answers to various legal problems. In fact, law firms, courts, police and prosecutors will also increasingly depend on artificial intelligence machines.The performance of artificial intelligence machines has been proven to be faster and more accurate than human legal professions in identifying and analyzing legal problems. Of course, that doesn't mean it can immediately replace all the roles of the human legal profession. Intelligence machines are limited to providing legal certainty, while in certain legal cases there is a struggle between certainty, expediency and justice. Justice is not a matter of algorithms, but rather of conscience, sensitivity to human values, and a critical perspective on reality. Strictly speaking, to bring the law closer to justice, the legal profession requires human beings who have integrity and have an intelligent conscience.

Abstract

The rescue effort of handling the archives of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic at the Archives and Library Office of Mataram City aims to document and preserve information related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Mataram City. The rescue effort is carried out by identifying, collecting, processing, and storing COVID-19 archives in physical and digital forms. These archives include policy documents, statistical data, activity reports, and other documentation related to handling COVID-19 in Mataram City. This is crucial for several reasons. First, these archives have high historical value and can be used to study how Mataram City handled the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, these archives serve as research materials for developing future disaster management policies and strategies. Third, these archives serve as evidence of government accountability and transparency in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. The archive rescue effort at the Archives and Library Office of Mataram City is still in its early stages. However, this effort demonstrates the commitment of the Mataram City government to document and preserve information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This rescue effort by the village community institution in Mataram City is an important step in preserving valuable information related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, companies are increasingly competitive and are required to have a good business strategy so that companies can remain competitive and develop. Innovation and improving product quality are needed by companies in the face of increasingly fierce competition. Strategy is an important thing in a business. To achieve its goals or objectives effectively and efficiently, the company must be able to deal with any problems or obstacles that arise. The focus of this research refers to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The purpose of this study is to discuss the strategy and analysis of PT Indofood in facing industry competition. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to analyze the competitive strategy used by PT Indofood. Data collection using literature review related to this research. The results of the discussion show that PT Indofood implements various strategies, such as product diversification, increasing operational efficiency, and market expansion through international market penetration. The main finding of this study is the success of PT Indofood in utilizing its competitive advantage to compete in the global market.

Abstract

Abstrak ini membahas peran ontologi dalam membangun sistem ekonomi Islam yang adil, dengan fokus pada interaksi antara konsep Tauhid dan keadilan. Sistem ekonomi Islam didasarkan pada prinsip Tauhid, yang menegaskan keesaan Allah sebagai pencipta dan penguasa segala sesuatu. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa semua sumber daya di bumi adalah milik Allah, dan manusia hanya sebagai khalifah yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memanfaatkannya dengan adil. Keadilan, sebagai prinsip moral fundamental dalam Islam, menjadi manifestasi praktis dari Tauhid dalam kehidupan ekonomi. Keadilan mencakup aspek distributif, prosedural, dan komutatif, memastikan bahwa semua pihak mendapatkan haknya secara adil dan merata. Interaksi antara Tauhid dan keadilan menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial, serta menghindari eksploitasi dan ketidaksetaraan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga, pertumbuhan pembiayaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap total aset perbankan syariah di Indonesia tahun 2014-2016. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan jenis data time series. Uji prasyarat analisis dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji linieritas. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan model jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa selama periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan Desember 2016 variabel yang mempengaruhi total aset adalah dana pihak ketiga, pertumbuhan pembiayaan, dan profitabilitas. Terbukti hanya dana pihak ketiga (X) dan pembiayaan (M1) yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan total aset perbankan syariah di Indonesia.
