Abstract

Every child is unique and diverse in the way they learn and interact. A teacher needs to understand these differences and be able to adapt Ice Breaking activities according to students' needs and interests. This research aims to see students' concentration and learning motivation by using Ice Breaking. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), the research data collection instruments are observation and interview techniques. The subjects of this research were children aged 4-5 years in Class B at PAUD Baitul Ilmi for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 20 students. The approach taken in this research is a descriptive approach. Based on the results of research on increasing children's learning motivation through the Ice Breaking technique, it is described as follows: The implementation of learning increased learning motivation through the Ice Breaking strategy in cycle I Meeting 2 10% was at the BSH point, in cycle II Meeting 2 it increased to 85%. The results of the research show that the solution that is considered appropriate is to include Ice Breaking in the process of teaching and learning activities, because students' concentration and learning motivation with Ice Breaking techniques in the learning process can increase.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the political position of those holding power in a country. (2) Know the categories of Islamic education, both formal and informal education. (3) Describe the role of politics in developing Islamic education in Indonesia. This research uses a type of library (library research). Data was obtained through searching “Google Scholar” and “ScienceDirect”, namely books, e-books, scientific journals, proceedings, the internet, and similar publications. The analysis process is carried out by collecting data, reducing and categorizing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions relevant to the research subject. The results of this research are: First, there are three divisions of power in Indonesia, legislative, namely the power to make laws; executive, namely the power to implement laws; and the judiciary is the power to judge violations of the law. Second, the division of types of Islamic education, including formal education “Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), Madrasah Aliyah (MA), and Islamic Religious Colleges”. Then, non-formal education "Islamic Boarding Schools, Al-Qur'an Educational Parks (TPA), Ta'lim Assemblies, and Islamic Boarding Schools". Third, the political position to build the development of Islamic education, including "determining the creation of policies or regulations, helping to provide funding, improving the quality of teaching staff, providing recognition or accreditation, providing reinforcement of Islamic values". With the right policies, Islamic education can adapt to current developments, producing a generation with broad knowledge and noble character.

Abstract

Abstract: Anti-corruption education is one of the important efforts to equip students with a deep understanding of corruption, its negative impacts, and the importance of integrity. Anti-corruption education forms moral character, teaches honest actions, and helps build a generation that plays a role in preventing and reducing the level of corruption in society. The study aimed to determine the implementation of anti-corruption education learning and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of student integrity learning. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Darul Amal, Metro City, Lampung. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis model used was data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study's results were to determine the implementation of anti-corruption education learning in determining learning steps, learning objectives using learning methods and media, evaluating learning that had been implemented, and analyzing inhibiting and supporting factors of anti-corruption education teaching to improve student integrity. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling discipline character values ​​in students at MIN 4 Way Jepara, Lampung Timur. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study included Islamic Religious Education teachers and students at the school. The results of the study indicate that teachers act as demonstrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator, and evaluator in the process of instilling disciplined character. The methods applied include role models, advice, discussion, and a love approach. The main challenge faced is the low personal awareness of students who are still in the development stage. Instilling disciplined character values ​​has been proven to significantly increase discipline and shape students' moral and spiritual character. This study confirms that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is crucial in instilling disciplined character values, which contribute to the formation of student character at MIN 4 Way Jepara, Lampung Timur.

Abstract

Islam and tradition are two different substances, but in their manifestations can influence each other, complement each other, and color each other's behavior. The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of mauludan tradition in local kejawen rituals in Islam and tradition. The research method used with a literature study approach through literature sources from various literature sources about the Mauludan tradition in Islam and Javanese tradition. Then analyzed and presented the results of the data findings objectively. The results showed that the Mawlid tradition is a commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is held every 12 Rabiul Awal. In welcoming the birth month of the Prophet, Muslims often hold various celebrations that have been passed down to form a tradition. As in Indonesia, many events are held to welcome the month of Mawlid. There are several mauludan traditions in Javanese Islamic rituals, including: Barik'an tradition, meron tradition, grebeg maulud tradition, weh-wehan tradition, ampyang maulid tradition, and sekaten tradition. The meanings or values contained in the mauludan tradition are: spiritual values, moral values, social values, and unity values.
