Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Family Support terhadap motivasi Andikpas mengikuti program pembinaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas I Palembang. Kehadiran keluarga merupakan faktor krusial yang mampu menumbuhkan kembali perasaan terlindungi dan keyakinan diri Andikpas selama masa pembinaan. Peneliti memiliki tujuan yakni: 1) Mengetahui bagaimana gambaran motivasi Andikpas dalam mengikuti pembinaan di LPKA, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh Family Support terhadap motivasi Andikpas mengikuti pembinaan di LPKA Kelas 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Regresi linear sederhana. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Andikpas di LPKA Kelas I Palembang, dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik tertentu. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 Andikpas yang sudah dilakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Solvin dan nilai e = 0,1 (10%) dari jumlah populasi 146 Andikpas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 Andikpas dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana. 1) Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan Skor rata-rata motivasi adalah 70,65 dengan standar deviasi 8,41. Dari 60 orang Andikpas, sebagian besar 50% atau 30 orang memiliki motivasi dalam kategori sedang. Sebanyak 37% atau (22 orang) masuk kategori rendah, dan hanya 13% (8 orang) yang motivasinya tinggi, data ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mayoritas Andikpas berada pada tingkat yang sedang. 2) Hasil Pengaruh family support terhadap motivasi Andikpas dalam mengikuti pembinaan di LPKA Kelas 1 Palembang menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t parsial, diperoleh nilai t sebesar 10,352 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000. Keputusan uji t parsial ini didasarkan pada nilai signifikansi, di mana 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Family Support memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi Andikpas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Bimbingan Kelompok Melalui Teknik Modeling Simbolik Untuk Menanamkan Akhlakul Karimah Pada Santri Baru di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikmah Desa Cinta Manis Baru”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertama gambaran akhlakul karimah pada santri baru sebelum dilakukan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik modeling simbolik, kedua untuk mengetahui penerapan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik modeling simbolik agar dapat menanamkan akhlakul karimah pada santri baru, ketiga mengetahui akhlakul karimah pada santri baru setelah diterapkan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling simbolik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 santri baru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum bimbingan kelompok, sebagian besar subjek memiliki akhlakul karimah yang rendah, terlihat dari kurangnya pengendalian diri, disiplin, keikhlasan, amanah, hemat, keberanian, dan persaudaraan. Bimbingan kelompok dilaksanakan dalam empat tahapan, yaitu pembentukan, peralihan, kegiatan inti melalui permainan simulasi modeling simbolik, dan penutupan, dilakukan dalam empat pertemuan. Setelah bimbingan, subjek mengalami perubahan positif, mampu mengendalikan sikap dan emosi, disiplin, menepati janji, bersikap ikhlas, amanah, hemat, berani menegur kebenaran, hidup sederhana, dan menunjukkan persaudaraan yang baik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling simbolik efektif dalam menanamkan akhlakul karimah pada santri baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Konseling Individu Dengan Teknik Cinema Therapy Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif (Studi Kasus Klien “B” di Lapas Perempuan Palembang”. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk yang pertama mengetahui bagaimana perilaku agresif klien “B” dan yang kedua melihat tahapan konseling individu dengan teknik cinema therapy bisa untuk mengurangi perilaku tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan pada pentingngnya pengalaman subjektif seseorang. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang yaitu Klien “B” sebagai sumber data primer dan satu orang lagi sebagai sumber data sekunder yang menjadi sumber informasi dari klien “B”. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan perjodohan pola dan pembuatan eksplanasi serta analisis deret waktu.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Influence of Dressing Style on Catcalling Treatment in Female Students" the researcher has the following objectives: to find out how the description of the level of dress style of female students of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, to find out how the description of the level of catcalling treatment in female students of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, and to find out how the influence of dress style on catcalling treatment in female students. This study is a quantitative approach that is correlational. The sample in this study amounted to 93 female students who have been drawn using the Solvin formula and the value of e = 0.1 (10%) from a population of 1216 female students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 93 female students and documentation. The instrument test is a validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique is simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that 65 female students (70%) were in the moderate level of dress, then 60 female students (65%) experienced catcalling treatment in the moderate level and the results of the influence of the way of dressing on the treatment of catcalling on female students had a significant negative effect, this can be seen from the t count of -7.268> -1.986 t table with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. So there is an influence of the way of dressing on the treatment of catcalling partially accepted. This means that the more sharia the way of dressing of female students, the more they will avoid catcalling.

Abstract

Generation Z is a group that lives in a fast-paced and dynamic technological environment, so it is vulnerable to various psychological pressures, including quarter life crises. This condition is characterized by identity confusion, anxiety about the future, and uncertainty about the direction of life which has an impact on low ability to face difficulties (Adversity Quotient/AQ). This study aims to test the effectiveness of creative group counseling that is integrated with Islamic values in increasing AQ in Gen Z who are experiencing a quarter life crisis. The research method used is pre-experimental with a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The research subjects amounted to seven Gen Z people who were selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments are in the form of AQ and quarter life crisis questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The intervention was carried out through five sessions of counseling for creative groups based on Islamic values such as patience, tawakal, gratitude, and effort. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a Zscore = -2,410 showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores (Asymp. Sig. = 0.016 < 0.05), which showed that group counseling services were effective in improving the participants' AQ. These findings confirm that the integration of psychological and spiritual approaches through creative group counseling can increase adversity questions in students .

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Role of Caregivers in Shaping the Character of Adolescents at Mahabbatul Ummi Orphanage, Palembang". The study aims to understand the role of caregivers in shaping adolescents’ character and to examine the development of adolescents’ character after receiving guidance at Mahabbatul Ummi Orphanage. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews with caregivers and adolescents, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that caregivers act as educators, mentors, role models, motivators, trainers, and advisors. Character-building methods are implemented through a family-oriented approach, religious activities, reward and consequence systems, skill guidance, social activities, and assignment of responsibilities. The main challenges faced are the psychological conditions of adolescents who have experienced trauma and display a lack of discipline. The findings indicate significant character development, including increased discipline, responsibility, empathy, honesty, and emotional regulation. In conclusion, caregivers play a key role in the successful development of adolescents’ character at the orphanage through a structured and humanistic approach.

Abstract

The student phase is a transitional period toward adulthood characterized by emotional, social, and economic independence. During this stage, many students exhibit consumptive behavior influenced by modern lifestyles, social media, and the need to follow trends. Excessive consumptive behavior can lead to financial imbalance and low self-control. This study aims to determine the effect of the logotherapy approach in reducing consumptive behavior among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 11 students selected through purposive sampling and divided into two groups: six students in the experimental group and five in the control group. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring consumptive behavior, administered during the pretest and posttest stages. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test through SPSS version 26 to examine differences before and after the treatment. The results showed that the average consumptive behavior score in the experimental group significantly decreased from Mean (SD) = 121.6 (9.6) to 43.3 (3.6). The control group also experienced a decrease from Mean (SD) = 115.1 (11.4) to 62.8 (15.9), but the reduction was not significant. The Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.027 < 0.05 indicates a significant difference before and after the intervention in the experimental group. Thus, it can be concluded that logotherapy is effective in reducing students’ consumptive behavior by strengthening their sense of meaning in life and enhancing self-awareness in making consumption decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career information services with the Trait and Factor approach on the career decision-making ability of students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental pretest-posttest control group design method. The research sample consisted of 77 students selected using the Single-Stage Cluster Sampling technique, consisting of 39 students in the experimental group and 38 students in the control group. Data were collected through a career decision-making questionnaire and analyzed using the Independent Sample t-Test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed an increase in career decision-making ability in the experimental group compared to the control group. The average (mean) value of the experimental group increased from 46 in the pretest to 131 in the posttest, while the control group increased from 46 to 119. The t-test results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.518 (> 0.05) which indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment. However, the increase in the average score of the experimental group indicates that career information services using the Trait and Factor approach still have a positive influence on improving students' career decision-making abilities. This finding emphasizes the importance of implementing career information services in Islamic guidance and counseling activities to help students understand their potential and the world of work more rationally and realistically, so they can determine career choices that align with their personal values, interests, and abilities.
