Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in preserving the religious tourism site of the tomb of Putri Pinang Masak in Senuro Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research population was 7 people with a purposive sampling method, namely determining samples based on certain considerations. These considerations, for example, choosing individuals who are considered to have the most relevant knowledge of the information needed or have influence in the environment being studied, so that it can make it easier for researchers to understand the objects or social situations being studied. The results of the study that can involve the community in maintaining and preserving the religious tourism site of the Tomb of Putri Pinang Masak in Senuro Village have a fairly large role, although not yet fully maximized. Community participation is manifested in various forms, both directly through physical activities and indirectly such as providing donations and ideas. Activities such as mutual cooperation, maintenance of the tomb environment, and material and labor support show concern for the preservation of this historic site

Abstract

Abstract: In marriage, polygamy is a classic topic that is often discussed. To date, the discussion of polygamy has always caused controversy. The truth is that no woman wants to be polygamised. It is closely related to prioritising justice between the wives. If the practitioner feels unable to uphold justice, he should not marry more than one woman. Because this is an issue that has attracted the attention of Muslims, not only from the scholars but also from the jurists. This study aims to analyse the concept of polygamy in the view of orientalists and Firanda Andirja's rebuttal, as well as to analyse his perspective regarding fairness in polygamy. This research uses a qualitative method with an emphasis on analysing the comparative thought process observed through videos of Firanda Andirja's lectures on his YouTube channel, scientific books referenced in his lectures and tertiary data through various scientific papers and websites. The results of the research related to the concept of fairness in polygamy according to Firanda Andirja is that the law is obligatory, especially in terms of the distribution of overnight stays and living expenses. Keywords: Justice, Polygamy, Firanda Andirja   Abstrak: Dalam pernikahan, poligami adalah topik klasik yang sering dibicarakan. Sampai saat ini, pembahasan poligami selalu menimbulkan kontroversi. Sejatinya tidak ada wanita yang menginginkan untuk dimadu. Erat kaitannya dengan mengutamakan keadilan di antara para istri. Apabila praktisi merasa tidak sanggup dalam menegakkan keadilan, sebaiknya tidak menikahi wanita lebih dari satu orang. Karena hal ini adalah persoalan yang cukup menyita perhatian umat Islam, tidak sekedar golongan ulama saja akan tetapi juga dari golongan ahli hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep berpoligami dalam pandangan orientalis dan bantahan Firanda Andirja, serta menganalisa perspektif Firanda terkait adil dalam berpoligami. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menekankan pada analisis proses berpikir komparatif yang diamati melalui video ceramah Firanda Andirja di kanal YouTube FIranda, buku-buku ilmiah yang dirujuk dalam ceramahnya serta data tersier melalui berbagai karya ilmiah dan situs web. Adapun hasil penelitian terkait konsep adil dalam berpoligami menurut Firanda Andirja adalah hukumnya wajib, terutama dalam hal pembagian jatah menginap pada malam hari dan biaya hidup. Kata Kunci: Adil, Poligami, Firanda Andirja.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion. marriage is one of the sunnahs of the prophet that is recommended to his ummah. marriage in Islam has been arranged so beautifully including the matter of nadzor, nadzor is very permissible for those who are sure to proceed to a more serious level of marriage, nadzor also has manners that must be considered to avoid adultery. This research aims to find out the law related to online nadzor from the perspective of Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal in this digital era. The method used in this article is the literature study method using a qualitative approach that focuses on analysis which thinks comparatively based on the study of Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal. As for the results of research related to online nadzor, Muhammad Abduh Tuasikal argues that the law of online nadzor can be the same as the law of nadzor usually where online nadzor is carried out while still paying attention to the adab-adab that has been determined.
