Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Persepsi Siswa dalam Pengelolaan Kelas Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Menggunakan “Couple Card” Terhadap Kepuasan Siswa”. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya tingkah laku siswa yang dapat menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar menjadi kurang kondusif. Hal ini diduga adanya persepsi siswa mengenai pengelolaan kelas oleh guru yang belum sesuai harapan. Selain itu, pembelajaran selama ini masih cenderung monoton dan belum divariasikan dengan metode yang lebih variatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif menggunakan “couple card” terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dijadikan sumber data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 607 siswa dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 86 siswa sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dihitung dengan menggunakan teknik WMS (Weight Means Scored) diperoleh bahwa rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk persepsi siswa mengenai pengelolaan kelas melalui metode pembelajaran kooperatif menggunakan “couple card”berada dalam kategori baik dan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk kepuasan siswa pun berada dalam kategori baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa mengenai pengelolaan kelas oleh guru memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan. Karena telah diketahui adanya kontribusi yang cukup kuat, maka implikasinya semakin baik pengelolaan kelas akan semakin puas pula siswa atas pelayanan sekolah, dalam hal ini pelayanan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Hal ini memberikan petunjuk bagi pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas serta untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah, maka sekolah perlu memperhatikan persepsi para siswa atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan. This research is entitled "Students' Perceptions of Class Management Through Cooperative Learning Methods Using "Couple Cards" on Student Satisfaction." The problem raised in this research is the existence of student behavior that can cause the teaching and learning process to become less conducive. This is suspected to be students' perceptions regarding classroom management by teachers that do not meet expectations. Apart from that, learning so far still tends to be monotonous and has not been varied with more varied methods. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the contribution of using cooperative learning methods using "couple cards" to student learning satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population used as a data source in this research was 607 students. From this population, 86 students were taken as samples. Based on data processing calculated using the WMS (Weight Means Scored) technique, it was found that the average general trend for student perceptions regarding classroom management through cooperative learning methods using "couple cards" was in the good category and the average general trend for student satisfaction was also is in the good category. It can be concluded that students' perceptions regarding classroom management by teachers provide a positive and significant contribution. Because it is known that there is a fairly strong contribution, the implication is that the better the classroom management, the more satisfied the students will be with school services, in this case the teacher's service in classroom management. This provides guidance for schools to improve teachers' abilities in classroom management and to improve school quality, schools need to pay attention to students' perceptions of the services provided.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dalam Konteks Pembelajaran Digital dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Kabupaten Garut”. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dalam konteks pembelajaran digital dan penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Hal ini terkait adanya persepsi bahwa kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam mendukung program sekolah sehat dalam pembelajaran digital dengan muatan profil pelajar pancasila belum maksimal. Selain itu, kompetensi kepala sekolah cenderung hanya melaksanakan pemantauan dan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaaan pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dan pembelajaran digital, serta dampaknya terhadap Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi yang dijadikan sumber data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 10 kepala sekolah, 20 guru, dan 40 siswa dari 10 SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepala sekolah (X1) memiliki nilai terendah 75 dan nilai tertinggi 90, dengan rata-rata 85,9 dan standar deviasi 4,37. Implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat (X2) berkisar antara 70 hingga 90, dengan rata-rata 79,0 dan deviasi standar 5,30. Pembelajaran digital (X3) memiliki nilai antara 75 dan 88, dengan rata-rata 82,1 dan deviasi standar 3,16. Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Y) memiliki nilai antara 80 dan 90, dengan rata-rata 90,00 dan deviasi standar 2,75. Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 1030,858 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai signifikansi adalah 0,054 untuk kompetensi kepala sekolah, 0,703 untuk Gerakan Sekolah Sehat, dan 0,943 untuk pembelajaran digital. Asumsi normalitas terpenuhi karena nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) untuk semua variabel lebih besar dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pentingnya kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam mengelola program-program pendidikan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter siswa. Diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka serta optimalisasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. This study is entitled “The Effect of Principal Competence on the Implementation of the “Program Sekolah Sehat” in the Context of Digital Learning and the “Profil Pelajar Pancasila” in Junior High Schools in Garut Regency”. The problem raised in this study is the extent to which the influence of the principal's competence in implementing the Healthy School Movement program in the context of digital learning and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. This is related to the perception that the principal's competence in supporting healthy school programs in digital learning with the content of the Pancasila student profile has not been maximized. In addition, the competence of school principals tends to only carry out monitoring and supervision of the implementation of learning in schools. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of principal competence on the implementation of the Healthy School Movement and digital learning, and its impact on the Pancasila Student Profile in junior high schools in Garut Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population used as data sources in this study involved 10 principals, 20 teachers, and 40 students from 10 junior high schools in Garut Regency. The analysis showed that the principal's competence (X1) had the lowest score of 75 and the highest score of 90, with an average of 85.9 and a standard deviation of 4.37. Implementation of the Healthy School Movement (X2) ranged from 70 to 90, with a mean of 79.0 and a standard deviation of 5.30. Digital learning (X3) had values between 75 and 88, with a mean of 82.1 and a standard deviation of 3.16. The Pancasila Learner Profile (Y) had values between 80 and 90, with a mean of 90.00 and a standard deviation of 2.75. The ANOVA results show an F value of 1030.858 with a significance level of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. The significance values are 0.054 for principal competency, 0.703 for Healthy School Movement, and 0.943 for digital learning. The normality assumption is met because the significance value (2-tailed) for all variables is greater than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the importance of principal competence in managing educational programs that support student character development. Continuous training is needed for principals to improve their competencies as well as optimization of the Healthy School Movement and the use of technology in learning.

Abstract

The proliferation of global academic discourse necessitates the effective dissemination of scientific research through reputable international journals. This study investigates an international training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of researchers in Indonesia and Sudan for publishing in high-impact journals. The training program focuses on equipping participants with essential skills in manuscript preparation, understanding international journal standards, and navigating the publication process. Through a case study approach, the research assesses the program’s effectiveness in improving participants' publication outcomes and the implications for their respective academic institutions. The findings reveal that the training significantly enhanced participants' proficiency in crafting high-quality manuscripts, aligning with international journal criteria, and successfully navigating the peer-review process. Participants reported increased confidence and competence in their writing and submission practices, contributing to a higher rate of successful publications in reputable journals. Additionally, the program fostered greater collaboration and knowledge exchange between researchers from Indonesia and Sudan, promoting a more integrated global academic community. This study underscores the value of targeted international training programs in bridging gaps in academic publishing practices and strengthening the global presence of researchers from diverse contexts. The implications for policy and practice include the need for continued support and development of such training initiatives to further advance the quality and impact of scientific research on a global scale.

Abstract

Pesantren have historically served as the backbone of traditional Islamic education in Indonesia. As Islamic higher education continues to evolve, pesantren institutions are increasingly recognized for their foundational role in shaping academic and spiritual development. This study uses a historical-analytical approach to trace the evolution of pesantren into a core component of Islamic higher education, examining philosophical, curricular, and institutional changes over time. Findings show that pesantren not only maintain traditional Islamic values but also adapt their curriculum to align with contemporary educational standards. Their educational philosophy—centered on spiritual growth, discipline, and community engagement—has significantly influenced the identity formation and independence of students. Moreover, several pesantren have successfully transformed into higher education institutions, integrating modern disciplines while preserving core Islamic teachings. Despite their progress, pesantren face challenges such as curriculum standardization, accreditation demands, and institutional autonomy. However, strategic collaborations with universities and state recognition have opened new opportunities for pesantren to contribute meaningfully to national education. The study emphasizes that pesantren remain vital to the development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. Enhanced cooperation between pesantren and Islamic universities offers promising pathways for integrated, value-based education.
