Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation and level of accuracy of the forehand drive in the MTsN 6 Banjar table tennis extracurricular. The method used was quantitative descriptive with a porposive sampling technique with a sample of 16 students out of 20 students. The instruments used are in the form of a questionnaire and a test of the level of forehand drive accuracy. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that students have motivation in the good category 45% of the 236 answers, the very good category 40% of the 212 answers, the medium category 14% of the 14% answers, the poor category 1% of the 6 answers. Meanwhile, the level of forehand drive accuracy from the 16 samples was 6.3% or 1 participant was in the good category, 12.5% or 2 participants were in the sufficient category, 18.8% or 3 participants were in the poor category, 62.5% or 10 participants were in the good category. very poor category. The difficulty experienced by students is that when making a shot, students are not calm when the ball hits the bet, so that the ball still goes out of court, hits the net, and the ball bounces too high on the table. When practicing precise forehand drive shots, it is hoped that students will hit the ball in places that are difficult for the opponent to reach, where when performing accurate forehand drive shots it will indirectly make things difficult for the opponent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat daya tahan dan motivasi pada atlet Gala Siswa Indonesia (GSI) SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, serta menganalisis keterkaitan antara kedua aspek tersebut sebagai dasar perbaikan program pembinaan atlet usia remaja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan seluruh atlet GSI SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai sebanyak 18 orang sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes bleep test untuk mengukur daya tahan (VO2max) dan angket skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas atlet (78%) berada pada kategori sedang dalam tingkat daya tahan, sedangkan sisanya (22%) pada kategori kurang, dan tidak ada atlet yang mencapai kategori baik atau sangat baik. Tingkat motivasi atlet juga bervariasi, dengan proporsi terbesar pada kategori rendah (33%), diikuti tinggi (28%), sedang (22%), sangat tinggi (11%), dan sangat rendah (6%). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program latihan fisik yang dijalankan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tahan, serta terdapat disparitas motivasi yang cukup besar di antara atlet. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of self-confidence among students participating in futsal extracurricular activities at SMPN 4 Amuntai and examine its relationship with dribbling skill performance. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 16 students who completed a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 20 statement items about self-confidence, and subsequently took a standardized dribbling skill test. The total score obtained from the self-confidence questionnaire reached 807 out of a maximum possible score of 1600, resulting in an achievement percentage of 50.44%—classified as "neutral" based on the Likert scale criteria used. Meanwhile, the results of the dribbling test showed that most students were in the "moderate" category (8 students), "poor" (3 students), and "very poor" (5 students), with none falling into the "good" or "very good" categories. These findings indicate that the students' dribbling skills are still relatively low and may be related to their less-than-optimal level of self-confidence. This underscores the importance of integrating affective and psychomotor aspects in physical education learning. Future studies are recommended to expand the sample size and develop a multidimensional self-confidence instrument, including measures of perceived competence and verbal encouragement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu agar mengetahui tingkat motivasi dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dan hasil akademik peserta didik. Peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang mana bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil perhitungan variabel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert dan nilai rata-rata raport guna memperoleh hasil yang lebih objektif. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMPN 4 Amuntai, yang terdiri 16 orang responded yang dimana peneliti menggunakan angket skala likert untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi dan meninjau nilai rata-rata raport dari tiap peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai tingkat motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal dan implikasinya terhadap hasil akademik di SMPN 4 Amuntai, tingkat motivasi di teliti menggunakan angket skala likert, dengan kategori baik sebesar 50%, Termuat pada kategori cukup sebesar 25%, dengan kategori kurang sebesar 19%, pada kategori sangat kurang sebesar 6%, dan tidak ada pada kategori sangat baik sebesar 0%. Dan pada Rata-rata nilai raport dengan kategori baik sebesar 81%, dikategorikan cukup sebesar 19%, dan tidak ada pada kategori sangat baik, kurang, sangat kurang sebesar 0%. Dan pada hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa antara tingkat motivasi peserta didik dan implikasinya terhadap hasil akademik adalah baik. Bahwasanya peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil akademik mereka, karena orang yang rajin berolahraga akan memiliki jasmani yang sehat dan juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestadi akademik nya terutama di kalangan anak sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness of the elderly seen from physical activity at the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. Researchers used a quantitative descriptive method with a physical fitness measurement test method the test was collected with 2 minuts step in place and questionnaires on participants of the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. The population in this study was the elderly P2Tel Banjarbaru which amounted to 30 people, sample selection based on purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 23 elderly who met the criteria. The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical fitness test showed that in the category below average (34.78%), average (56.52%), above average (8.70%). The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical activity survey were classified as good (8.70%), sufficient (86.96%), low (4.35%), very low (0.00%). The conclusion from the results of the study that the physical fitness of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the average category and the physical activity of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the sufficient category.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how well the Passing Skill Level in and outside football in the Extracurricular Participants of the State Junior High School 2 Martapura. The research method is a quantitative descriptive research with a football passing skill measurement test. Research on the Level  of Passing Skills in and Outside Football of Extracurricular Participants of State Junior High School 2 Martapura with a measurement test of inside and outside passing skills tests. The total population of 40 extracurricular participants and the technique used to determine the sample with the purposive sampling technique  (who are willing to be samples), the number of samples in this study is 18 extracurricular participants. The results of the research The level of passing skills in the extracurricular participants of the State Junior High School 2 Martapura was very good in the category 0 (0%), good 0 (0%), medium 0 (0%), Less 2 (11%), less than 16 (89%). The results of the study The level of passing skills outside the extracurricular participants of the State Junior High School 2 Martapura category is very good 0 (0%), good 0 (0%), medium (0%), less than 0 (0%), less than 18 (100%). Conclusion of the research results The level of passing skills inside and outside of the extracurricular participants of the State Junior High School 2 Martapura is a category of less than once.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of leg muscle power and shooting ability in futsal extracurricular students of state junior high school 11 Banjarbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a total sampling technique, so that all 15 students who are members of the futsal extracurricular are used as samples. The instruments used were the standing broad jump test to measure leg muscle power and the goal shooting test to measure shooting ability, with each assessment category having been standardized. The results showed that the majority of students had leg muscle power in the medium category (53%), followed by the poor category (33%), and only 13% were in the good category. Meanwhile, shooting ability was also dominated by the medium category (73.33%), with 20% in the poor category and only 6.67% in the good category. Neither student achieved the excellent category for either variable. These findings indicate that students’ leg muscle power and shooting ability still need to be improved through a more focused and structured training program. This research contributes to providing an empirical picture at the junior high school level and becomes the basis for the development of more effective physical exercises in futsal extracurricular in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dribbling skills of futsal extracurricular participants at state junior high school 1 Martapura. Dribbling is one of the fundamental techniques in futsal, essential for ball control, creating scoring opportunities, and supporting teamwork. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method, involving 15 students aged 13–15 selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a zig-zag dribbling test, with results categorized into five performance levels. The findings revealed that 3 students (20%) were in the “very good” category, 4 students (26.67%) in “good”, 1 student (6.67%) in “average”, 3 students (20%) in “poor”, and 4 students (26.67%) in the “very poor” category. These results indicate a significant disparity in dribbling abilities among the participants. The study concludes that most students still need improvement in their dribbling skills, which can be achieved through structured and consistent training programs. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing more effective futsal training methods within the school environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of passing control, dribbling and shooting futsal skills in extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a test measuring passing control, dribbling and shooting skills in extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru. The results of the analysis of the passing control research with a low category of 13.33%, medium 73.33%, high 13.33%. The results of the analysis of the dribbling research with a low category of 0.00%, medium 80.00%, high 20.00%. The results of the shooting research analysis with low category 13.33%, medium 73.33%, high 13.33%. The conclusion of the results of the futsal control passing research on extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru is “moderate”. The conclusion of the results of the futsal dribbling research on extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru is “high”. The conclusion of the results of the futsal shooting research on extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru is “moderate”. It can be concluded from the three instruments above that the level of control passing, dribbling and shooting skills of extracurricular participants of Public Elementary School 1 Guntung Payung Banjarbaru is in the “moderate” category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of anxiety of players, before a futsal match, in the futsal extracurricular, at Public Elementary Schools Teluk Dalam 3 Banjarmasin. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire, while the research method used was quantitative descriptive. Descriptive data analysis was carried out using percentages. The subjects in the study were extracurricular male futsal at Public Elementary Schools Teluk Dalam 3 Banjarmasin consisting of 17 students. The percentage results for the level of anxiety of players before a futsal match, in futsal extracurricular activities, at Public Elementary Schools Teluk Dalam 3 Banjarmasin, the number of intrinsic factors (originating from within the individual) consists of morale 13.92%, match experience 15.98%, negative thoughts 13.40%, complacent thoughts 15.98% with a percentage of 59.28%, and extrinsic factors (influenced by external environmental factors) consisting of coaches and teachers 15.98%, referees 4.64%, opponents 13.40%, friends and parents 6.70% with a percentage of 40.72%. The conclusion of this study shows that the most dominant level of anxiety in players before a futsal match at Public Elementary Schools Teluk Dalam 3 Banjarmasin is intrinsic anxiety compared to extrinsic.
