This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the impact of bullying on social relations at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara (Uniwara). Using a qualitative approach with a Colaizzi phenomenological design, through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 7 active students from the 2021-2024 intake from various study programs selected purposively, the data were analyzed thematically with the help of NVivo 12 Plus and validated via member check. The results show that verbal bullying (taunts, insults, gossip) is dominant, causing decreased self-confidence, difficulty interacting, alienation, and interpersonal conflict. These impacts disrupt long-term social integration, including decreased sense of belonging and academic participation. Students develop various coping strategies, including prevention efforts such as avoiding perpetrators and guarding their tongues, as well as handling efforts such as providing emotional support to victims. Coping strategies include avoiding perpetrators, emotional support between peers, and preventive efforts such as guarding their tongues. This study concludes the need for the implementation of comprehensive anti-bullying policies at the university level, including the need for integrated anti-bullying policies such as prevention through emotional literacy training, counseling-based handling, and safe victim reporting mechanisms, as well as strict sanctions to create a safe and conducive campus environment for all students._____________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap dampak bullying dalam relasi sosial di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara (Uniwara). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi Colaizzi, melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur terhadap 7 mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2021-2024 dari berbagai program studi yang dipilih secara purposive, data dianalisis secara tematik dengan bantuan NVivo 12 Plus dan divalidasi via member check. Hasil menunjukkan bullying verbal (ejekan, hinaan, gosip) dominan terjadi, menyebabkan penurunan kepercayaan diri, kesulitan berinteraksi, keterasingan, dan konflik interpersonal. Dampak tersebut mengganggu integrasi sosial jangka, termasuk penurunan sense of belonging dan partisipasi akademik. Mahasiswa mengembangkan beragam strategi coping, meliputi upaya pencegahan seperti menghindari pelaku dan menjaga lisan, serta upaya penanganan seperti memberikan dukungan emosional kepada korban. Strategi coping meliputi penghindaran pelaku, dukungan emosional antarrekan, serta upaya preventif seperti menjaga lisan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya implementasi kebijakan anti-bullying yang komprehensif di tingkat universitas, termasuk diperlukan kebijakan anti-bullying terpadu seperti pencegahan melalui pelatihan literasi emosional, penanganan berbasis konseling dan mekanisme pelaporan korban yang aman, serta sanksi tegas untuk menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang aman dan kondusif bagi seluruh mahasiswa.
