Abstract

Kontroversi seputar penolakan terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019, yang berupaya mengubah Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (UU KPK), berpusat pada perubahan persyaratan usia yang tercantum dalam Pasal 29 huruf (e). Modifikasi ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan kemungkinan calon pimpinan KPK tidak memenuhi kriteria usia minimum yang direvisi, yaitu di bawah 50 tahun, sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat untuk diangkat menjadi pimpinan KPK. Penelitian yang disajikan di sini dirancang untuk mengevaluasi beberapa aspek, termasuk: (1) Ratio decidendi yang digunakan untuk menetapkan persyaratan usia minimum dan maksimum sesuai dengan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 112/PUU-XX/2022; (2) Konsekuensi hukum dari penetapan persyaratan usia minimum dan maksimum berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 112/PUU-XX/2022. Menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder sebagai sumber data, dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan, analisis dokumen, dan merujuk pada penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 112/PUU-XX/2022 menjadi bahan hukum primer yang dikaji untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai isu-isu utama yang dikaji. Kontroversi Pasal 29 huruf (e) UU KPK bermula dari perubahan persyaratan usia setelah seleksi pimpinan KPK yang menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum dan potensi ketidakadilan. MK menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengalaman sebagai kualifikasi utama bagi calon pimpinan KPK, dengan menekankan perannya dalam menjaga integritas dan efektivitas lembaga tersebut. Studi ini merekomendasikan peninjauan menyeluruh terhadap setiap usulan undang-undang, dengan mempertimbangkan semua komponen yang relevan dan mematuhi prinsip-prinsip konstitusional sebelum diberlakukan.

Abstract

Di tempat kerja, kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Namun, di PT X Sidoarjo, masalah kinerja yang rendah masih ada di antara beberapa karyawan. Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan di PT X Sidoarjo, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dalam pengetahuan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional, data dikumpulkan dari 105 karyawan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja karyawan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional yang lebih tinggi berhubungan dengan kinerja yang lebih baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang menargetkan kecerdasan emosional dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT X Sidoarjo, sehingga menyoroti pentingnya kecerdasan emosional di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of extensive reading program using the website er-central.com to promote reading habit among high school students in East Java. The study employs a qualitative case study where the program has been done in a high school of 17 Agustus 1945 Senior High School which runs the extensive reading using a digital website. The data is given in two ways, the report of students' reading progress on the administrator page and the response to an open-ended questionnaire that asks students’ perception of how the program impacts their reading habits. The 5 examples of students reading progress reports show that students' reading is still in progress where students have the autonomy to choose the texts and do the quiz. The answers to the open-ended questionnaire show that students argued the program impacts their reading habits. It is shown that 60.78% of the respondents agreed that extensive reading encourages them to read and be autonomous. It can be concluded that the extensive reading program encourages the students’ reading habits.

Abstract

The increasing concern about changes in global environmental conditions places environmental issues as a crucial topic. Schools, as the basis for forming the next generation, have a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness through the Environmental Care and Culture Movement in Schools (PBLHS). This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of the implementation of PBLHS and analyze how the movement's policies are implemented in schools in South Sumatra Province. Using the snowball sampling technique, data were collected from 154 teacher respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings show teachers' positive attitudes towards PBLHS and the provision of fairly good supporting facilities by most schools, although canteen management related to the provision of environmentally friendly food packaging still needs to be improved. Various PBLHS activities have been carried out, but student involvement and creativity in this movement have not been optimal. The implementation of the PBLHS policy has been proven to have a significant influence on changes in student behavior, especially in reducing plastic use, with teachers acting as facilitators and motivators. Analysis of the dimensions of policy implementation indicates effective communication, efficient resource management, a conducive school environment, and consistent application of policy content and context. This study underlines the success of PBLHS as well as the room for increasing creativity and student participation. ABSTRAKMeningkatnya kekhawatiran terhadap perubahan kondisi alam global menempatkan isu lingkungan hidup sebagai topik krusial. Sekolah, sebagai basis pembentukan generasi penerus, memiliki peran strategis dalam menumbuhkan kepedulian lingkungan melalui Gerakan Peduli dan Berbudaya Lingkungan Hidup di Sekolah (PBLHS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap implementasi PBLHS dan menganalisis bagaimana kebijakan gerakan tersebut diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 154 responden guru melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Temuan menunjukkan sikap positif guru terhadap PBLHS dan adanya penyediaan fasilitas penunjang yang cukup baik oleh sebagian besar sekolah, meskipun pengelolaan kantin terkait penyediaan pembungkus makanan ramah lingkungan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berbagai kegiatan PBLHS telah dilaksanakan, namun keterlibatan dan kreativitas siswa dalam gerakan ini belum optimal. Implementasi kebijakan PBLHS terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa, khususnya dalam pengurangan penggunaan plastik, dengan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dan motivator. Analisis dimensi implementasi kebijakan mengindikasikan adanya komunikasi yang efektif, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta penerapan konten dan konteks kebijakan yang konsisten. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi keberhasilan PBLHS sekaligus ruang peningkatan untuk kreativitas dan partisipasi siswa.

Abstract

The existence of the taklim assembly has an important role in the socialization and enculturation process to enable Muslims to survive in a society that is predominantly Hindu. The role of the taklim assembly is expected to be able to present religious material that is able to form a moderate way of religion for its congregation, especially in responding to local culture in the Tengger tribe area. The focus of this service is first, local cultural study workshops and strengthening religious moderation. Second, strengthening Religious Moderation, through the development of religious material that will be presented in taklim assembly activities by the Muallim to the congregation. Based on these two focuses, service uses the service learning method through three stages; preparation, planning and implementation. From the results of the mentoring, the following are the results; 1) study of local Karo culture, entas-entas, barikan, kasodo, walagara, liliwet, santi, sodoran, and unan-unan. Local culture contains moral messages that can be used as material to strengthen religious moderation. 2) development of moral religious material that emphasizes the social dimension. Religious material contains messages about building relationships between humans and humans and humans and nature.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) play a strategic role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation, while also serving as crucial institutions for fostering morals and religious knowledge. They aim not only to educate students academically but also to cultivate noble personalities.This community service program aims to improve the competitiveness and performance of creative SMEs affiliated with the Nahdlatul Ulama Young Entrepreneurs Association (HPMNU) in Pasuruan Regency. The main challenges faced by partners are suboptimal supply chain management, minimal innovation, and low utilization of digital technology for marketing. Community service activities include intensive training and mentoring in supply chain integration, innovation capacity development, and digital marketing adoption. The method used is a participatory approach with stages of needs identification, training implementation, and outcome evaluation. Results show that partners have improved skills in managing supply chains, designing product innovation strategies, and using digital platforms to expand markets. The tangible impact of this program includes increased operational efficiency, product creativity, and broader market access.

Abstract

The family is the 'vehicle' that shapes the character of its members. How families treat their children will impact their children's behavioural development. One type of education that parents can receive is environmental education, either through sacred, mysticism, or religion, packaged in certain cultures. This study aims to know, analyse, describe, and interpret multicultural education in Tengger Muslim families with insight into environmental conservation based on local culture in Mororejo Village, Tosari Regency.This study used qualitative phenomenology methods and data collection techniques with three techniques: interviews, observation and documentation. As for environmental management related to environmental conservation, the Tengger people pass it on to future generations or their children while they, together with their children, go to gardens and farms or forests to graze or look for firewood when the child is not in formal or informal school. There are various cultural rules in it, such as land or forests around Pedanyangan that cannot be used for agriculture and many forests that cannot be used for farming, which, of course, is told by parents to the children of the Tengger tribe. This applies to all, regardless of the parent's religious background. The concept of prohibition and management that leads to environmental preservation can be seen in traditional transcendental ceremonies, such as asking for safety through salvation, carried out by Muslim communities such as Wiwitan Bersih Desa and Leliwet.

Abstract

This service is expected to be able to develop community capacity building by emphasizing on the development of alternative economic-based empowerment models. The Service Team carries out community service activities in Wonokerto Village, Sukorejo District, because Wonokerto Village is one of the villages that has the potential for mangoes, because most of the residents work as mango farmers. This is supported by data on the number of mango farmers in Wonokerto Village. The focus of the activities carried out by the service team is the formation of tourism awareness groups through the potential of mangoes. This assistance applies the Asset Based Community Development mentoring method, because this service carries out development based on existing assets in the Wonokerto village. The results achieved in this assistance are: the operation of a tourism awareness group through the socialization of the service team with village officials. Processing of mangoes into Dodol Mango products. And promotion of Dodol Mangga products through social media.

Abstract

Yudharta Pasuruan University is a tertiary institution that has implemented the MBKM curriculum by instilling the values ​​of multicultural Islamic education aimed at educating and creating a generation that respects differences in ethnicity, religion, race, ethnicity, and culture in Indonesia which are diverse and multicultural. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the MBKM curriculum at Yudharta University, Pasuruan, and to instill the values ​​of Multicultural Islamic Education through the MBKM curriculum at Yudharta University, Pasuruan. The approach used is a qualitative approach supported by descriptive data. As for data collection techniques using active participation observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Implementation of the MBKM curriculum at Yudharta University Pasuruan in 2020 to improve the quality of higher education and the relevance of tertiary institutions according to the needs of society and industry by involving several aspects, such as curriculum flexibility, fulfillment of students' learning rights to gain learning experience in outside the study program, the involvement of students and lecturers, especially FAI Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study programs in teaching campus programs, collaboration with the world of work, improving the quality of teaching, research and innovation. 2) Instilling the Values ​​of Multicultural Islamic Education through the MBKM curriculum at Yudharta University Pasuruan includes; (a) at-Ta’aruf, (b) at-Tawassuth, (c) at-Tasamuh, (d) at-Ta’awun, dan (e) at-Tawazun.

Abstract

Islamic educational values found in Sholawat assembly Da'watul Khoirot in Pilangsari, Beji Village; First, the value of Akidah is reflected in the conduct of the assembly when the process of mauidhoh hasanah caretaker of the assembly teaches us to be confident and trust in God. Chanting sholawat and dhikr together solemnly' as a form of gratitude to Allah and an effort to increase faith in Allah and the Messenger of Allah. Second, the value of worship. The Da'watul Khoirot sholawat assembly consists of the value of mahdah worship and ghairu mahdah. In this assembly, mahdah worship includes congregational tahajud prayers, joint prayers, tadarus reading the qur'an. While ghairu mahdah worship includes silaturrahmi, almsgiving, zikir, bersholawat, seeking knowledge, proselytizing Islam by studying the book of ta'lim muta'allim and wasiyatul musthofa. Third, moral values. the moral values in the Da'watul Khoirot sholawat assembly include the attitude of worshippers who are polite, respectful, greeting, kissing hands to their elders, deliberation, mutual aid and help.
