Abstract

Literacy movement is one of the important activities to encourage the development of students' thinking patterns. This research aims to explain and describe the stages of implementing the literacy movement in strengthening the critical thinking skills of sixth-grade students at Larangan Badung 1 State Elementary School, Pamekasan Madura. The research method used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques: interviews with the school principal, class teachers, and students; then documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques: data condensation, presentation, and verification. Data validity checking with: source and technique triangulation. The results show that the stages include: familiarization by reading for 15 minutes before learning, development by regular visits to the public library, activities such as summarizing, discussions, and group work, application by reading together from teaching materials, digital literacy implementation using laptops and projectors for teaching material delivery, and product stage in the form of short story writing. Supporting factor: students' enthusiasm. Inhibiting factor: students not following instructions. Conclusion: the stages of digital literacy application proceed systematically. Research contribution: to ensure the sustainability and development of literacy movement activities.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatut Tholibin faces challenges in the implementation of the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) due to limited resources and lack of training for educators. The surrounding community with a lower middle economic background and a low level of parental education, is very dependent on this madrasah to provide quality basic education. This service program aims to provide intensive assistance to educators through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method. This approach includes five stages: Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in compiling and implementing the curriculum, supported by the strengthening of relevant infrastructure. Continuous evaluation and monitoring ensure that the curriculum is implemented effectively, in line with educational objectives and student characteristics. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in improving the the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatut Tholibin through the implementation of a more targeted curriculum and in accordance with local needs.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Teachers are the main elements in the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools that are responsible for forming the personalities of their students. Guidance and Counseling Teachers need a communication to students to channel their assignments. Communication is different between counseling teachers with subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers have their own techniques or strategies in communicating with students so that how they can be accepted by these students. The research to find out about: 1) Factors that influence social attitudes in MA tarbiyatun Nasyiin 2) Application of the context of Guidance and Counseling teacher communication towards the Formation of Students' Social Attitudes in MA Tarbiyatun Nasyiin 3) Application of the Guidance and Counseling Teacher communication context towards the Establishment of Students Social Attitudes in MA tarbiyatun Nasyiin . This study uses qualitative research methods and the type of descriptive research is the data collected is in the form of words, images, and not numbers. This is caused by the application of qualitative methods. Besides all that is collected is likely to be the key to what has been researched.

Abstract

In language learning for beginners will definitely find various kinds of problems, especially in learning foreign languages. This study aims to determine the problems contained in Arabic language learning both from linguistic problems and non-linguistic problems. The formulation of the problem in this study includes: 1) what are the linguistic and non-linguistic problems experienced by students of An nasyiin Islamic boarding school? how to solve the problem of learning Arabic students at the An Nasyiin Islamic boarding school? This research uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research , namely the data collected is in the form of words, images, and not numbers. This is due to the application of qualitative methods. In addition, everything collected is likely to be the key to what has been researched. The results of research on problems in Arabic learning include: language problems, namely problems in terms of sound, vocabulary, Qawā'id and Tarākib. And non-linguistic issues, including elements of student motivation, infrastructure, teacher competence, which of course have different social conditions and learning methods used during the Arabic learning process. And to overcome this problem, Students must learn more about the material that has been learned, and do a lot of discussions with friends who better understand Arabic learning material.
