Abstract

Performance (work achievement) is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. Research Objectives: To determine and analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. The results of this research are simultaneous testing of the variables Workload (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). Based on table 13 above, the calculated F value is 15,873 with a significance value of 0.000. From this data, because the F-calculated value (15,873) is above the F-table value (3.91), it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Work Load (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a great influence on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. (Y) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. Conclusion: Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the workload and job satisfaction carried out at the Serdang Bedagai Regency Transportation Service have on employee performance. This research method is quantitative and the technique used in sampling is a sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample with a total of 79 respondents . The data source uses primary data, namely questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from interviews and literature studies. The data was processed using SPSS version 20. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a + b1 + X1 + b2 f test. The results of research using t statistic show that the workload variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained is t-count t-table (3.545 2.213) with a significant level of 0.001 0.05 and the Job Satisfaction variable ( X2) partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, namely the value of tcount ttable (2,443 2.213) with a significant level of 0.17 0.05. The results of the F test for the variables Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) can be concluded that the variables Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), namely that the value Fcount Ftable ( 12,570 3.11) with a significance level of 0.01 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap strategi pemasaran serta dampaknya terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Haji Masri Darul Ilmi Murni. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua peserta didik baru pada tahun ajaran yang saat ini dijalani yaitu tahun ajaran 2023-2024 sebanyak 200 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Jadi, jumlah sampel yang diperlukan adalah 133 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran, dan strategi pemasaran juga berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah peserta didik baru. Selain itu, digital marketing juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru melalui strategi pemasaran sebagai variabel intervening.
