Abstract

Abstract: Buying and selling is a type of activity that is often carried out by humans in everyday life. This economic behavior has been formed since humans began to feel the need for other individuals who had goods/services that they did not have even though they needed or wanted them. It is from the development of forms of buying and selling transactions and marketing that we now know the term online shop. The definition of an online shop is a process of purchasing goods or services from those who sell via the internet. Khiy?r Majlis is a voting right owned by the seller and buyer which is always attached to both of them and will not automatically expire unless they or one of them separates from the Majlis Akad. In online transactions, Khiy?r Majlis is difficult to apply, because of the differences in Majlis Akad that occur in online transactions. The purpose of this article is to analyze the new formulation, so that it can apply to online transactions of any type. The results of this research show that the classic Khiy?r Majlis concept is the right to choose for sellers and buyers to continue transactions that have been realized or cancel them in the same meeting. Conventional Khiy?r Majlis does not find a point of relevance when applied to online shops, because online shops are very different from Conventional buying and selling is carried out by holding a meeting between the buyer and the seller in the same Majlis. The concept of Khiy?r Majlis in online transactions is directly likened to two people transacting in one place which ends with the internet connection being cut off, while the concept of Khiy?r Majlis in online transactions is not directly after The buyer accepts the agreement after the arrival of the ?j?b written message from the seller. Abstract

This research is based on the gap between the theory of religious conflict and the reality of the religious transition paradigm currently. Media issues have warmed up again lately with some news about the policy of disbanding radical mass organizations. After the dissolution of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) stumbled on administrative problems. After it was disbanded, the all members and cadres of the organizations chose to change their religious paradigm. The transition process is the main focus of this research. Based on the general framework of the shifting paradigm theory, the sub-focus consists of how to anomaly, the Critique process untill form a new paradigm of ex- Khilafah ideologues. In order to further limit the study, the site raised is the former ideologue Khilafah of Tapal Kuda. All problems are studied qualitatively using a phenomenological approach. The important findings of this study can be divided into three parts. First, the anomaly of the ex- Khilafah ideologue. There are three forms of anomaly, namely socio-cultural anomaly, siyasa anomaly and tradition anomaly. Second, the Critique process of ex- Khilafah ideologues. Its scope are socio-cultural Critique and siyasa Critique. Third, his new paradigm. There are two patterns of paradigm for the former ideology of the Khilafah, namely there are those who continue to fight for the Khilafah and there are those who choose to continue their ideological struggle. The first group carried out the process of marhala tsaqif and taf'ul. This last group bases its religious views on the majority, namely the religious paradigm of NU and Pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) the of the Islamic boarding school's strategy in the planning stage in fostering santri entrepreneurship. 2) of the Islamic Boarding School strategy in the implementation stage in fostering santri entrepreneurship. 3) of the Islamic Boarding School strategy in the evaluation stage in fostering santri entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data analysis techniques used Miles, Huberman namely: data condensation, data presentation, and data verification/conclusion. The validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are the Islamic Boarding School's strategic in fostering student entrepreneurship at the Raden Rahmad Sunan Ampel Antirogo Jember Islamic Boarding School which includes the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The planning stage includes the following steps: formulation of the vision, environmental assessment, organizational assessment and determination of the santri strategy. While the implementation phase includes strategy implementation, change analysis, change planning, communicating changes and consolidating changes. The evaluation phase includes review activities and performance measurement.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1)  strategi Pesantren pada tahap perencanaan dalam menumbuhkan entrepreneurship santri. 2) strategi Pesantren pada tahap implementasi dalam menumbuhkan entrepreneurship santri. 3) strategi Pesantren pada tahap evaluasi dalam menumbuhkan entrepreneurship santri. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Miles, Huberman  yaitu: kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/ kesimpulan data. Keabsahan data menggunakann trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini strategi Pesantren dalam menumbuhkan entrepreneurship santri di Pondok Pesantren Raden Rahmad Sunan Ampel Antirogo Jember mencakup tahap perencanaan, implementasi dan Evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan meliputi langkah-langkah: perumusan visi, asesmen lingkungan, asesmen organisasi dan penentuan strategi santri. Sedangkan tahap implementasi meliputi implementasi strategi, analisa perubahan, perencanaan perubahan, mengkomunikasikan perubahan serta mengkonsolidasi perubahan. Tahap evaluasi meliputi aktivitas peninjauan ulang dan pengukuran kinerja.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi teladan mulia Asmaulhusna di kelas IVA SDN 1 Mulyamekar, Purwakarta. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran. Siswa terlihat pasif, kurang antusias, dan pembelajaran didominasi oleh guru (teacher-centered). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui metode Mind Mapping. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) digunakan dengan empat tahap: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes, dan keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar: ketuntasan belajar pada Siklus I mencapai 53,66%, sedangkan Siklus II mencapai 80,25%. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode Mind Mapping efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi teladan mulia asmaulhusna. This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the noble role models of Asmaulhusna material in the Islamic Education and Character subject for Class IVA at SDN 1 Mulyamekar-Purwakarta. Initial observations indicated that student achievement had not yet met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria. Students appeared passive, less enthusiastic, and learning was teacher-centered. This study aims to improve learning outcomes through the Mind Mapping method. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used with four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included observation and testing, and data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. Results showed an improvement in student learning outcomes: the completion rate in Cycle I was 53.66%, rising to 80.25% in Cycle II. In conclusion, applying the Mind Mapping method effectively enhances students' learning outcomes on the noble role models of Asmaulhusna material.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan modul pembelajaran interaktif Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) mengenai materi Tauhid, khususnya tentang kisah Nabi dan Rasul, guna meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Islam Al Azhar Purwakarta pada tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Modul yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan media interaktif seperti video, permainan edukatif, dan tugas kolaboratif untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek keaktifan, kerjasama, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi peserta didik setelah penerapan modul pada siklus kedua. Tes hasil belajar menunjukkan peningkatan dari 29,4% peserta didik yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada siklus pertama menjadi 88,24% pada siklus kedua. Selain itu, hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik merasa lebih tertarik, terbantu dalam memahami materi, dan menganggap proses pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dengan penggunaan modul interaktif ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap praktik pengajaran PAI di SMP Islam Al Azhar Purwakarta dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan modul pembelajaran interaktif di sekolah-sekolah lain. This study aims to develop and implement an interactive Islamic Education learning module focused on Tauhid material, specifically the stories of Prophets and Messengers, to enhance students’ understanding in grade VIII at SMP Islam Al Azhar Purwakarta during the 2024–2025 academic year. The method used in this research is classroom action research (CAR), which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The developed module incorporates interactive media such as videos, educational games, and collaborative tasks to encourage active student engagement. The results show a significant increase in students' activeness, cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance after applying the module in the second cycle. Learning test results improved from 29.4% of students meeting the Minimum Mastery Criteria in the first cycle to 88.24% in the second cycle. Additionally, questionnaire results indicate that students became more interested, found the material easier to understand, and perceived the learning process as more enjoyable with the interactive module. This study provides a positive contribution to Islamic education teaching practices at SMP Islam Al Azhar Purwakarta and can serve as a reference for developing interactive learning modules in other schools.

Abstract

The discourse on character education has been strongly promoted as an effort to address the aforementioned social issues in education. Therefore, it is no surprise that the discourse on character education is widely discussed, debated, and deliberated across various media, including print (newspapers, magazines, tabloids, bulletins), online platforms, TV, and others. In several academic forums such as seminars, dialogues, discussions, workshops, and training programs, issues related to youth and their disparities are consistently brought up. Even education practitioners engage in addressing these current issues. Wacana mengenai pendidikan karakter begitu kuat diwacanakan. Hal itu sebagai upaya untuk menjawab masalah-masalah sosial pendidikan di atas. Sehingga, tidak heran jika wacana pendidikan karakter begitu ramai diperbincangkan, diperdebatkan, dan didiskusikan mulai dari media cetak (koran, majalah, tabloid, buletin), media online, TV, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam beberapa forum ilmiah, seperti seminar, dialog, sarasehan, workshop, diklat, masalah remaja dan disparitasnya selalu diperbincangkan. Bahkan praktisi pendidikan pun melakukan pendidikan terkait dengan isu-isu aktual tersebut.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup operasional administrasi sekolah meliputi manajemen siswa. Hal ini mencakup pengawasan dan koordinasi semua upaya yang berhubungan dengan sekolah. Manajemen siswa lebih dari sekadar mengawasi kegiatan sehari-hari siswa; manajemen siswa juga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan siswa dalam lingkungan pendidikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk analisisnya. Subjek diidentifikasi dengan metode yang disengaja. Strategi pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Milles dan Huberman untuk analisis data memerlukan tiga tahap - reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Triangulasi sumber dan metode digunakan untuk menguji keandalan data yang dikumpulkan.

Abstract

Organizational culture in Islamic boarding schools plays a crucial role in improving students' literacy. Identifying the most influential cultural elements can help develop strategies to strengthen literacy skills among students. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in promoting students' literacy in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach involving interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model includes data reduction, systematic data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that a conducive learning environment in Islamic boarding schools, strengthening sustainable literacy programs, effective collaboration with external partners, and developing values and norms by Islamic boarding school principles significantly contribute to improving students' literacy. These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach involving various aspects of organizational culture to achieve better student literacy outcomes. This study provides implications for Islamic boarding school management's importance in strengthening cultural elements that support literacy. In addition to providing new insights, this study contributes significantly to educational policies in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has made Management Information Systems (MIS) an essential component in modern educational institutions. This study aims to examine the management of infrastructure and human resources in supporting the operation of Educational Management Information Systems. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of MIS management practices. The findings reveal that infrastructure management is carried out through continuous improvement of hardware and software capacity, as well as the enhancement of internet network reliability. Meanwhile, human resource management focuses on improving staff competencies through information technology training and capacity-building programs. These efforts contribute to more effective, efficient, and responsive administrative services within educational organizations. The study implies that successful implementation of Educational Management Information Systems requires integrated management of technological infrastructure and human resources. Educational institutions are encouraged to prioritize digital readiness and continuous professional development to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of MIS-based services in the digital era.
