Abstract

Abstract: Compensation in education is everything accepted by educators or employees such as fringe, benefits, or  rewards for their works in order to improve their professionalism, motivation and job satisfaction and necessities. Compensation can include money, benefits, additional wages, gifts, health insurance, vacation, and so forth. The problem is on the compensation disparity between educators or employees who are civil servants and temporary, whether they are  in domestic institutions or in the private sector, which in turn,  affects  the quality of education. Compensation im­pro­ve­ments should be continually arisen to improve teacher mo­tivation.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya di lembaga pendidikan formal hanya bersifat teknis dan operasional sehingga materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam mengalami involusi artinya penyampaian materi pendidikan selalu menoton dan statis. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pengembangan model-model pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk lebih aktif. Salah satu model yang ditawarkan oleh penulis adalah trend edutainment, suatu model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik sesuai kemampuan dalam penyampaian oleh guru dengan cara menghibur, humor dan menyenangkan sehingga proses pembelajaran mencapai sasaran tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is library research with qualitative-analytical descriptive approach. To analyses and process data, this research used by content analysis method, is analyses a content and meaning exist in text. Some conclusion in this research, first, history grow and expanding of Islamic education in this millennial era is very massive as an expression of human freedom to serve and improve its humanity. Second, Educational dynamics of Islam in millennial era provided knowledge in terms of quantity and quality; third, the emergence of Islamic education to answer the needs of a changing era. At least there are two factors underlying Islamic education in the millennial era. First, internal factors, the goodness of teaching and also human resource needs that required development in all fields. Second, external factors such as modernization and globalization. Abstract

Abstract This article examines thematic Al-Qur'an interpretations about the quality management of regeneration ulama in Islamic boarding schools. From the results of the analysis of the study of the verses of the Qur'an, it can be concluded that the implementation of quality management of regeneration must have values: 1) quality management must be oriented to the quality of cadres. 2), quality management must have a different value (distinction). This also applies to goods or services. 3), quality management must be oriented to the needs of the community in the present and the future. In creating products and services, besides services must be in accordance with the needs of the community, the products or services offered must be in accordance with the needs of the community in the future. Abstract

This study aims to process the formation of organizational culture. The analysis results concluded, generally through four stages; (1) adaptation, which is the process of adjustment between leaders, members of the organization, the organization's external environment; (2) reconstruction, which is an effort to make significant changes by members of the organization. (3) implementation namely attempts to realize changes by previous planning without being separated from the organization's vision, mission, and strategy; and (4) the formation of organizational culture, namely the emergence of culture as a result of the idea, mission and strategy as well as the experience possessed by members of the organization in implementing change efforts in the organization. Abstract

Abstract: One of Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts contributions in Indonesia is revealing the importance of modernizing education in pesantren. Thus, some problems will be discussed in this research. First, how is the ideal goal of Pesantren according to Nurcholish Madjid? Second, how is Nurcholish Madjid's view of the ideal pesantren curriculum in the modernization era? To answer these problems, researchers employed a qualitative research method with a content analysis approach using library research. Based on the reading model, Nurcholish Madjid advocated several views. First, the formulation of pesantren’s objectives must keep abreast of the times. Second, pesantren must be a solution to the needs of students in this modern era. In these ideal ideas, Nurcholish Madjid proposes Pondok Modern Gontor as an ideal pesantren in this modern era.  ملخص: تتمثل إحدى أفكار نور خالص مجيد في إندونيسيا في الكشف عن أهمية تحديث التعليم في المعاهد الإسلامية. لذلك ، سيتم الكشف عن بعض المشاكل في هذا البحث. أولاً ، كيف الهدف المثالي للمعاهد الإسلامية وفقًا لنور خالص مجيد؟ ثانيًا، كيف رأي نور خالص مجيد عن المنهج المثالي للمعاهد الإسلامية في عصر التحديث؟ للإجابة على هذه المشكلات، استخدم الباحثان طريقة البحث النوعي بمنهج تحليل المحتوى من خلال البحوث المكتبية. بناءً على نموذج القراءة، يتم إنتاج العديد من أراء نور خالص مجيد. أولاً، يجب أن تكون صياغة أهداف المعاهد الإسلامية مواكبة للعصر. ثانياً، يجب أن تكون المعاهد الإسلامية حلولا لاحتياجات الطلاب في هذا العصر الحديث. في هذه الأفكار المثالية، اقترح نور خالص مجيد يكون معهد دار السلام كونتور نموذجا مثاليا للمعاهد بإندونيسيا في هذا العصر الحديث.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's leadership model in an effort to develop early childhood cognitive abilities in RA Hidmatul Hikam, Alassumur Lor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The technique of collecting data from the process of observation and interviews with the principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, homeroom teacher for grades A and B. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model with data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity with source and technique triangulation process. The leadership model of the teachers at RA Hidmatul Hikam, Alassumur Lor refers to the participatory-democratic leadership model. This leadership model includes two main characteristics, namely the concept of aspirational management, and broad-minded personal. The teacher leadership model shown in this study describes a teacher figure who emphasizes communication, equalizes subordinates (students), synchronizes learning interests and goals in terms of personal interests and goals, and makes decisions systematically according to the opinions, complaints, and problems of subordinates (students). . So that in learning, these two characteristics become an effort to develop students' cognitive development collaboratively without any pressure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of learning from the perspective of the Qur'an. This research is qualitative with a library research approach. Data collection techniques are done with documentation. Then, analyze the data with data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. Based on the description and research results above in Islamic education, several basic terms are always connoted with the term evaluation, such as al-Qadha, al-Bala', al-Hisab, al-Imtihan, and al-Fitnah. Although these terms have different orientations of meaning, all five have similar functions in education. The primary evaluation process measures the achievement of learning or educational programs in schools and outside schools. Learning evaluation serves to identify the achievement of learning objectives and provide information on what should be done to overcome the weaknesses obtained in the activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This research is based on the gap between the theory of religious conflict and the reality of the religious transition paradigm currently. Media issues have warmed up again lately with some news about the policy of disbanding radical mass organizations. After the dissolution of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) stumbled on administrative problems. After it was disbanded, the all members and cadres of the organizations chose to change their religious paradigm. The transition process is the main focus of this research. Based on the general framework of the shifting paradigm theory, the sub-focus consists of how to anomaly, the Critique process untill form a new paradigm of ex- Khilafah ideologues. In order to further limit the study, the site raised is the former ideologue Khilafah of Tapal Kuda. All problems are studied qualitatively using a phenomenological approach. The important findings of this study can be divided into three parts. First, the anomaly of the ex- Khilafah ideologue. There are three forms of anomaly, namely socio-cultural anomaly, siyasa anomaly and tradition anomaly. Second, the Critique process of ex- Khilafah ideologues. Its scope are socio-cultural Critique and siyasa Critique. Third, his new paradigm. There are two patterns of paradigm for the former ideology of the Khilafah, namely there are those who continue to fight for the Khilafah and there are those who choose to continue their ideological struggle. The first group carried out the process of marhala tsaqif and taf'ul. This last group bases its religious views on the majority, namely the religious paradigm of NU and Pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyzes strategies for developing the professionalism of madrasa teachers based on Sufistic humanism. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman's data analysis. The results show that the teacher professional development strategy has three stages: development planning, implementation, and evaluation. This human research planning model includes, among others, considering HR requirements, comparing demand requirements with HR availability (HR demand, excess HR, and HR shortages), and considering the availability of HR within the organization. The implementation of teacher professionalism development is carried out with several coaching concepts based on sufistic humanism, including pedagogic development, professionalism development, personality development, and social development. While the development evaluation process is carried out with First, evaluation through leadership. Second, evaluation through the teacher by compiling learning tools at the beginning of each new school year. Third, evaluation through the assessment of MTs Al-Qodiri Jember students. This study shows that the policies provided to develop teacher professionalism at MTs Al-Qadiri Jember have an impact on improving teacher quality so that there are more professional teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
