.The Influence of aimed to (1) determine the descripition of performance, organization culture, and employee engagement; (2) analyse the influence of organization culture and employee engagement on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study were 50 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 East Flores. Due to the limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which was multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test t test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variabels of employee performance, organizational culture and employee engagement were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test indicated that partially ,organizational culture variabels have a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously employee engagement has an insiginificant effect on employee performent variabels. The results of the F test statistics indicated that simultanesously the variabels of organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the determination alalysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study were able to explain the variation in the fluctuation of employee performance of PT PLN (Peresro) UP3 Eastern Flores Maumare Sikka Regency by 75%

This research was grounded on the issue of employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative. This research aimed to (1) Know the description of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. (2) analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were KSP Kopdit Hiro Heling office employees, totaling 63 people. Due to limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t test.The descriptive analysis shows that the variables of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic revealed that partially, organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F-test statistics show that simultaneously, the two independent variables had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The determination analysis shows that the magnitude of the contribution of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative had a 61% impact on employee work satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative, whereas 39 % were influenced by factors other than the research variables.

The background of this research is health workers’ performance at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency was not optimal. This study aimed to (1) describe health workers performance, emotional intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior. (2) analyzing chiter partailly or simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on the work performance of health workers at Bola Health Center Sikka Regency. The population in this study were health workers at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. This research was conducted through census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hy pothesis testing in done through the t test and and F test. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the performance variabels of health workers, emotionaal intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the variabels of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on health workers performance. The statisticial results of the F test showed that simultancously the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant influence on health workers performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the contribution of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on health workers performance in Bola Health Center wa 21,3%.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah penurunan tingkat penjualan dari berbagai macam produk oriflame. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran citra merek, harga, dan keputusan pembelian ; (2) menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan Nanette Brand Partner Oriflame Di Kecamatan Kangae, jumlah sampel yang digunakan 60 orang. Karena penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Purposive Sampling adalah penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian, citra merek dan harga dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel citra merek dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel citra merek dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya keputusan pembelian produk oriflame pada pelanggan nanette brand partner oriflame di Kecamatan Kangae adalah 24,5%

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Kemampuan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere berjumlah 40 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji Fdan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai berada dikategorikan cukup baik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dikategori baik dan Komunikasi berkategori cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil statistic uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere sebesar 33,7%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui gambaran likuiditas, struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere (2) mengetahui bagaimana likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitasdi (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere(3) mengetahui bagaimana struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh pada profitabiliatas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere (4) mengetahui struktur likuiditas dan modal secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada (PERUMDA) Air MinumWair Pu’an Maumere. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan dan tahunan (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere, periode 2016-2021. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa Variabel Current Ratio (X1): Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,111. Nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat alpha yang digunakan 5% (0,05), Variabel debt to equity ratio (X2)Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,922. This study aims to (1) To find out the description of Employee Performance, Work Conflict and Work Enthusiasm at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency (2) To find out the effect of Work Conflict on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency both simultaneously or partial. The population in this study were 57 employees who worked in Sikka Regency. The sample used is saturated sample technique. Data is collected through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, work conflict and work morale are quite good. The results of the t test show that the variables of work conflict and work enthusiasm have a significant value on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the variables of work conflict and work enthusiasm simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.498, which means that the contribution of the work conflict and work morale variables to employee performance is 24.8% at the population and civil registration office in the Sikka district.

The background of this research is the achievement of performance that has not yet reached the specified target. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work facilities, and workload; and (2) analyze the effect of work facilities and workload on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency totaling 55 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work facilities, and workload were categorized as good enough. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially and simultaneously, the work facility and workload variables had a significant effect on performance. The determination analysis results showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency by 24.5%.

The background of this research is the result of a pre-survey wich showed that the employee performance in Wair Pu’an Regional Water Supply Company has not been maximized. This research aimed to; (1) know the description of employee perfomance, work, ethic, and workability; (2) analyze the effect of work etich and workability on employe performance etther partially or simultaneously. The population of the study were employees of Perumda Wair Pu’an Sikka Regency as many as 50 employees. Since the population is limited, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through qestionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regressions. Hypothesis testing is done through the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the employee performance, work etich, and workability variables were good enough. The result of the t-test showed that the variables of work etich and workability had a significant value on employee perfomance. The result of the f-test showed that the variables of work ethic and workability simultaneously had a significant effect on employee perfomance. The coefficient of determination was 0,523, wich means that the contribution of work ethic and workability variabels to employee perfomance was 27,3%

This study aimed to (1) determine the overview of Digital Marketing, Word of Mouth, and Visit Intention, and (2) analyze the significant influence of Digital Marketing and Word of Mouth on Visit Intention. The population of this study consisted of visitors to Sanggar Budaya Bliran Sina Watublapi. The sample included 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive inferential methods, specifically multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F - test and t - test. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the variables Digital Marketing, Word of Mouth, and Visit Intention were categorized as good. The t - test statistical results showed that the Digital Marketing variable had a significant partial effect on the Visit Intention variable. At the same time, the Word of Mouth variable also had a significant partial effect on Visit Intention. The F - test statistical results demonstrated that both independent variables significantly influenced Visit Intention. The determination analysis indicated that the contribution of the Digital Marketing and Word of Mouth variables to tourist Visit Intention at Sanggar Budaya Bliran Sina Watublapi was 43.2 %, while other factors outside the research variables influenced 56.8 %.
