Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja organisasi Kelurahan Kabor ditinjau dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, perspektif proses operasi internal, perspektif  pelanggan dan perspektif keuangan. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu masyarakat Kelurahan Kabor sebanyak 150 orang yang digunakan untuk mengukur perspektif pelanggan. Berikut adalah pegawai Kelurahan Kabor sebanyak 13 orang yang digunakan untuk mengukur perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dan perspektif keuangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskritif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor total penilaian Kinerja Organisasi Kelurahan Kabor berdasarkan empat perspektif adalah 72.59%. Berdasarkan kriteria presentase tanggapan responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Organisasi Kelurahan Kabor termasuk dalam kategori baik. Selanjutnya rincian dari penilaian Kinerja Organisasi  dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard adalah: 1) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah 71.15%  sehingga dikategorikan baik; 2) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif proses operasi internal adalah 73.08%  sehingga dikategorikan baik; 3) Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pelanggan adalah 75.55% sehingga dikategorikan baik; dan Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif perspektif keuangan adalah 70.58%  sehingga dikategorikan baik. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Pertumbuhan, Pelanggan, Keuangan ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the picture of the performance of the Kabor Village organization is reviewed from a learning and growth perspective, an internal operating process perspective, a customer perspective and a financial perspective. The sample in this study was divided into two groups, namely the Kabor Village community of 150 people who were used to measure customer perspectives. Here are 13 kabor employees who are used to measure internal business process perspectives, learning and growth perspectives and financial perspectives. Data is collected through quisioners and analyzed using deskritive analysis. The study findings showed that the average score of the total performance assessment of the Kabor Village Organization based on four perspectives was 72.59%. Based on the criteria of the percentage of respondents' responses, it can be concluded that the Performance of Kabor Village Organization falls into the category of good. Further details of the Assessment of Organizational Performance with balanced scorecard approach are: 1) The percentage of respondent responses to learning and growth perspectives is 71.15% so it is categorized as good; 2) The percentage of respondent responses to the perspective of internal operating processes is 73.08% so it is categorized as good; 3) The percentage of respondent responses to customer perspective is 75.55% so it is categorized as good; And the percentage of respondent responses to the financial perspective perspective is 70.58% so it is categorized as good. Keywords: Learning, Growth, Customer, Finance

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of work attitudes on work morale, the influence of work environment on work morale, analyze the influence of work attitudes and work environment on employee morale, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were the employees of the Wulanggitang sub-district office, East Flores Regency, totaling 31 people. Because the population is limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Employee Work Attitude, Work Environment and Work Spirit were categorized as good. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously all the independent variables are independent. significant effect on Employee Morale. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of Work Attitude and Work Environment have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Morale. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variations in the ups and downs of the Work Spirit of the Wulanggitang Sub-District Office Employees, East Flores Regency by 22.8%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyse the influence of competence and work discipline on the work performance of the staff at the Youth and Sports Education office in Sikka district. The study used a sample of 57 employees as respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research. While the method used is sampling saturation. The results showed that multiple linear regression equations in the study were known that Y = 6.306 + 0.076 X1 + 0.696 X2 where competence (X1), did not have a partial effect on employee work performance (Y). Meanwhile, the working discipline partially affects the employee's work performance (Y) and competency variables (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously influence the work performance of the staff (Y) of the Youth and Sports Education Office of Sikka District. Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of planning, research and development agency in increasing local tax revenues in Sikka Regency. The data collecting techniques used in this writing were observation, interviews and documentation at Bapelitbang, especially in the economy sector and natural resources (PSDA) which has an obligation to monitor and evaluate the receipt of regional original income including regional tax revenue. The results of this writing showed that Bapelitbang also plays a role in increasing local tax revenues through the preparation of local tax plans that take into account factors such as revenue potential, efficiency, and service quality. On the oher hand, the economic and natural resources sectors must perform a large number of duties, but this was still a problem due to a lack of personnel in these sectors. This condition makes it difficult for them carry out theeir role in monitoring and coordinating regional tax revenues.

Abstract

This research was grounded on the issue of employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative. This research aimed to (1) Know the description of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. (2) analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were KSP Kopdit Hiro Heling office employees, totaling 63 people. Due to limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t test.The descriptive analysis shows that the variables of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic revealed that partially, organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F-test statistics show that simultaneously, the two independent variables had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The determination analysis shows that the magnitude of the contribution of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative had a 61% impact on employee work satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative, whereas 39 % were influenced by factors other than the research variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerjapegawai, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 24,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil prasurvei di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka bahwa kinerja pegawai belum cukup maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran motivasi intrinsik, ekstrinsik dan kinerja pegawai; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka berjumlah 35 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan variabel motivasi intrinsik dan kinerja pegawai dikategorikan baik sedangkan variabel motivasi ekstrinsik dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukan secara silmultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 44,8%.

Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the employee performance variables, work environment and organizational culture are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test show that partially the Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain variations in the ups and downs of employee performance at UPTD. Habibola Community Health Center was 31.5%.

Abstract

The background of this employee's performance of Perumda Wair Pu'an Water Supply Sikka Regency has not been maximized. This research aims to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work motivation, and job satisfaction; (2) analyze the influence of work motivation and job statistics on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees of Perumda Wair Pu'an Water Supply Sikka Regency, totaling 50 people. This research was carried out through a census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that the variables of employee. Performance, work motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as good enough. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously the variables Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction had a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the t-test statistic showed that partially the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the Determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research can explain the fluctuation of employee performance by 30.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, workload, and work stress; (2) analyze the influence of Workload and Job Stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research were employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency, totaling 61 people. This research was carried out with a sanmpling technique or saturated sampling (total sampling). Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F-test and t-test.The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the employee performance. Work Load and Work Stress variables were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test showed that the Workload variable had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the Job Stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously the variables Workload and Job Stress had a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation ofemplovee performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency by 12.5%.
