Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan kegembiraan berolahraga dan efikasi berlatih anak-anak dan pra remaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub bola voli dan klub renang. Sebanyak 243 responden berusia 10–13 tahun menyelesaikan Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES) dan Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah divalidasi. Uji-t sampel independen menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub bola voli melaporkan tingkat kegembiraan yang secara signifikan lebih tinggi (rerata = 89,25) dibandingkan anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub renang (rerata = 71,67), sedangkan anak- anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub renang menunjukkan efikasi berlatih yang lebih tinggi (rerata = 30,86) dibandingkan anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub bola voli (rerata = 25,28). Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kegembiraan dan komitmen (r = -0,243, p < .01). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa karakteristik sosial dan struktur cabang olahraga (kelompok versus individu) dapat membentuk hasil psikologis yang berbeda. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dibahas untuk pelatih dan perancang program olahraga yang ingin mengoptimalkan pengalaman olahraga bagi anak-anak dan remaja. Abstract This study examined differences in exercise enjoyment and exercise efficacy among children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball and swimming clubs. A total of 243 respondents aged 10–13 years completed validated Indonesian versions of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES) and the Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale. Independent samples t-tests showed that children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball clubs reported significantly higher levels of exercise enjoyment (mean = 89.25) than children and pre-adolescents participating in swimming clubs (mean = 71.67), while children and pre-adolescents participating in swimming clubs reported higher exercise efficacy (mean = 30.86) than children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball clubs (mean = 25.28). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between enjoyment and commitment (r = -0.243, p < .01). These findings indicate that the social characteristics and structure of the sport (group versus individual) may shape different psychological outcomes. The implications of the results of this study are discussed for coaches and sport program designers who wish to optimize the sport experience for children and adolescents

Abstract

With the jargon "SMK Bisa", the government has high hopes for vocational schools. However, this hope has not been supported by policies to improve students' physical fitness. This secondary research analyzes gender and social support data from 1,320 vocational school students. Data were analyzed using the t-test technique for a single sample and two independent samples. The results of this research are: social support for sports activities is not yet categorized as good, social support for sports activities for male and female students is not yet categorized as good, there are differences in social support for sports activities for male and female students.

Abstract

Even though you have tried to prevent it, accidents in learning sports can still happen. Physical education teachers are certainly required to be responsive and capable of handling it. What are the emergency training needs faced by high school physical education teachers and analysis of the results of emergency training for high school physical education teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the variety of emergency events and the level of need for first aid training for a high school physical education, sports and health teacher in East Java. In this study using models and theoretical concepts with an andragogical perspective using the Training Need Assessment as well as the theory of needs and gaps. This correlation descriptive study examines the analysis of the results of emergency training for high school physical education teachers. Data were collected by means of an online questionnaire. The results of the study concluded: 1) Various sports emergency events, namely leg muscle cramps, blisters on the skin, fainting due to heat, hand muscle cramps, stomach muscle cramps, bruises on the skin, tears in the skin, respiratory failure, drowning in swimming pools, sprains, nosebleeds, and bone dislocations. 2) Ten sports emergency incidents which are needs for sports emergency training, one unfulfilled need/real needs and nine felt needs. 3). There is a significant relationship between events and proficiency levels and between proficiency levels and the readiness of high school physical education teachers.
