Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of medicine ball and shoulder press training on the strength of smash shots. This type of research is experimental. This research design is pretest-postest design. The population in this study were all men's badminton UKM STKIP Yapis Dompu 13 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study were medicine ball, the length of the throw of the medicine ball and shoulder press the number of times the ability to lift the shoulder press weight. The results of data analysis of group I pretest medicine ball averaged 164.05 joules and posttest averaged 174.75 joules. Group II shoulder press pretest average 29 kg for posttest average 31.69 kg. Experimental group I medicine ball t count = 6.236 > t table with sig = 0.000 there is an influence from the results of the experimental group I medicine ball. Group II shoulder press t count = 3.942 > t table with sig = 0.002 there is an influence on the pretest data and posttest results of the experimental group II shoulder press. Experimental group I experienced an increase after being treated with medicine ball training by 7% and group II with shoulder press training experienced an increase of 9%. It is concluded that shoulder press training than medicine ball training on the ability to hit smash.

Abstract

This study uses a "randomized group pretest and posttest design." The population in this study consists of 70 male students from the PJKR Program at STKIP YAPIS DOMPU, class of 2023. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a sample size of 30 people, divided into 3 groups: the Single Leg Hop group, the Double Leg Hop group, and finally, the control group. The type of this research is a quasi-experiment, with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using measurement techniques with the Vertical Jump tool to measure the Explosive Power of the Leg Muscles. Data were analyzed using the MANOVA technique, with an α of 0.05. The research results show that the effect of Single Leg Hop on the improvement of leg muscle explosiveness has a p-value of 0.085, while the effect of Double Leg Hop on the improvement of leg muscle explosiveness has a p-value of 0.030. From both exercises, it turns out that Single Leg Hop is better than Double Leg Hop in improving the explosive power of the leg muscles.This study uses a "randomized group pretest and posttest design." Abstract

Pembinaan dan pengembangan olahraga merupakan bagian dari upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia Indonesia yang diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jasmani, rohani, dan rohani serta bertujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian dan kedisiplinan. Latihan mental meliputi pikiran, pandangan dan gambaran, yang intinya adalah memberdayakan fungsi berpikir sebagai pengontrol tindakan dan tanggapan tubuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh latihan mental goal setting dan pembelajaran untuk mengalihkan perhatian terhadap ketepatan smash overhead dalam permainan bulutangkis, mengetahui konsentrasi rendahnya terhadap fokus smash overhead dan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pelatihan mental dan konsentrasi pada konsentrasi smes overhead.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain faktorial karena digunakan untuk melakukan percobaan dengan dua atau lebih variabel bebas. Sampel penelitian adalah 40 pemain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan mental goal setting dan belajar mengalihkan perhatian terhadap ketepatan smash overhead pada permainan bulutangkis dengan skor F. hitung 16,045 > F tabel 4,095. Terdapat pengaruh perbedaan konsentrasi rendah dan tinggi terhadap akurasi smash overhead dengan F hitung > F tabel = 9.850 > 5.860. Terdapat interaksi antara latihan mental dan konsentrasi terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis dengan gambaran nilai F hitung > Ftabel = 6.580 > 4.095. Pembelajaran mengalihkan perhatian dan latihan konsentrasi tinggi, memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap akurasi smash overhead dalam permainan bulutangkis.

Abstract

Kemampuan jumping smash merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam olahraga bulu tangkis yang membutuhkan kekuatan eksplosif, koordinasi, dan kecepatan reaksi yang optimal. Dalam pembinaan prestasi olahraga, khususnya bagi atlet Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (Porprov), peningkatan kemampuan fisik melalui pendekatan sport science menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan plyometric terhadap kemampuan jumping smash pada atlet Porprov bulu tangkis dengan penerapan sport science. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 atlet bulu tangkis Porprov Kabupaten Bima yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Metode plyometric yang digunakan adalah latihan dengan tumpuan satu kaki. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan tinggi lompatan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Rata-rata tinggi lompatan sebelum latihan adalah 46,4 cm dan meningkat menjadi 54,1 cm setelah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan plyometric berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan jumping smash pada atlet bulu tangkis Porprov Kabupaten Bima

Abstract

Good physical condition is needed to support achieving maximum performance, so proper training is needed, such as the Single Leg Bounding Exercise Program (Bep) and High Intensity Interval Training. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the differences in the effect of these exercises on increasing VO2max. This study used a randomized group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were male students of the STKIP YAPIS DOMPU Study Program class of 2021, a total of 160 people. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 36 people, divided into 3 groups, namely the Single Leg, High Intensity Interval Training group and the last, the control group. This type of research is quasi-experimental, with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using measurement techniques using the Fitmate Pro tool to measure VO2max. Data were analyzed using the MANOVA technique, using α 0.05. The results showed that the effect of tabata training on increasing strength with a value of p=0.000, tabata training on increasing speed with a value of p=0.000, then the effect of high intensity interval training on increasing strength with a value of p=0.000, the effect of high intensity interval training on increasing speed with a value of p = 0.000. From the two exercises, it turns out that high intensity interval training is better than tabata training in increasing strength and speed.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education learning at the Dompu 1 State Special School (SLB) during the 2022/2023 academic year. Adaptive Physical Education is a learning method specifically designed to meet the learning needs of students with special needs at this school. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study method. Data Collection Procedures carried out observations, interviews and document analysis to explore data related to the implementation of adaptive learning at SLB Negeri 1 Dompu. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning at SLB Negeri 1 Dompu in the 2022/2023 academic year makes a positive contribution to educational inclusion with a percentage of Student Activeness in the Learning Process of 85%. Learning strategies that are tailored to students' needs can increase student participation and learning achievement. This research can be a basis for further development in improving the quality of inclusive learning at SLB Negeri 1 Dompu and similar schools

Abstract

Kemampuan bergerak cepat ke segala arah, termasuk melakukan lompatan untuk jumping smash, merupakan keterampilan yang esensial bagi atlet bulu tangkis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengaplikasikan alat latihan jumping smash berbasis mesin bagi atlet bulu tangkis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 atlet bulu tangkis. Proses validasi melibatkan lima orang pakar, meliputi validasi pakar media (rata-rata 85,00; kategori sangat baik), validasi alat mesin dengan rata-rata 80,00 (kategori sangat baik), validasi operator mesin dengan rata-rata 75,00 (kategori baik), validasi instruktur pakar dengan rata-rata 89,00 (kategori sangat baik), dan uji hasil latihan jumping smash dengan rata-rata 88,00 (kategori sangat baik). Berdasarkan validasi pakar, tidak diperlukan revisi, sehingga produk dinyatakan sangat baik. Hasil keseluruhan revisi ahli diuji dalam skala besar dengan skor rata-rata 80,00, yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa alat latihan smash lompat berbasis mesin yang dikembangkan efektif, layak, dan sesuai untuk kebutuhan latihan atlet bulu tangkis.
