Abstract

Jika ginjal kehilangan fungsinya secara permanen karena gagal ginjal kronis, maka memerlukan cuci darah atau transplantasi untuk menjaga kualitas hidup. Ketika fungsi ginjal hilang, terapi hemodialisis dapat digunakan sebagai penggantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan pasien dengan kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisis di RS dr Soepraoen Malang. Studi korelatif cross-sectional kuantitatif adalah bagian dari penyelidikan ini. Kuesioner CKD-KQ dan ESRD-AQ digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Lima puluh orang dijadikan sebagai ukuran sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan pengelompokan gender, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 32 responden (atau 64 persen) adalah laki-laki. Terdapat 23 responden (atau 46%) orang yang berusia antara 36 dan 50 tahun. Berpendidikan sekolah dasar (32%) dan sekolah menengah atas (32%). Hasil uji korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,897. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan hubungan antara kesadaran pasien hemodialisis dengan tingkat kepatuhan di RS Dokter Soepraoen Malang.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pengetahuan keterampilan memanfaatkan koran/kertas bekas dikalangan pelajar khususnya SMPN 9 Kendari dengan adanya permasalahan limbah atau sampah kertas yang tidak layak pakai dan kurangnya Penyuluhan/sosialisasi dan pengetahuan manfaat keterampilan koran/kertas bekas menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis. Adanya kegiatan HPM-Reguler dapat memberikan pengetahuan keterampilan kerajinan tangan dari bahan baku koran/kertas bekas menjadi produk yang bernilai tambah serta menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha dan membuka peluang usaha bagi pelajar SMPN 9 Kendari, serta turut menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, mengurangi polusi udara dari pembakaran sampah kertas. Dan Membekali kemampuan keterampilan pemanfaatan sampah kertas menjadi produk seperti tempat tisu,Vas bunga. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Program HPM-R berkontribusi bagi pelajar SMPN 9 Kota Kendari dengan metode Penyuluhan pentingnya manfaat sampah kertas melalui Pendampingan praktek dan berpartisipasi melaksanakan Pelatihan Ekonomi Kreatif Olahan (EKO) dari sampah kertas tak layak pakai menjadi produk yang bernilai tambah seperti tempat tisu, vas bunga. Dan metode Pelaksanaan penyuluhan/ pendampingan maupun pelatihan tentang manfaat dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari koran/sampah kertas menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis memberikan manfaat tidak saja di lingkungan sekolah SMPN 9 Kota Kendari tetapi berdampak juga di lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya memberi nilai manfaat secara ekonomi, sosial dan budaya dan turut membantu program pemerintah untuk menjaga kelestarian dan kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) untuk materi perangkat keras komputer mata pelajaran Informatika kelas VII. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti alat peraga perangkat keras komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah metode 4D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Hasil dari pengujian ahli media sebagian besar mendapatkan hasil sangat valid. Hasil dari pengujian ahli materi sebagian besar juga mendapatkan hasil sangat valid. Penilaian kepraktisan berdasarkan respons peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 76,26% yang termasuk dalam kategori praktis, sedangkan respons guru terhadap kepraktisan media pembelajaran menunjukkan persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil pengujian efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis AR memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII SMP As Salam. Hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil uji hipotesis dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002 (< 0,05) serta nilai N-gain sebesar 0,348 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan tingkat keefektifan sebesar 34,8%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran AR menggunakan Assemblr Edu dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran pada materi perangkat keras komputer di SMP As Salam, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti objek AR yang lama muncul karena koneksi internet yang tidak stabil.

Abstract

This study analyzes the level of community participation in the waste segregation program at BTN Zam-Zam Residence, Watubangga Village, identifies the factors influencing participation, and examines residents’ perceptions of the program’s environmental impacts. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and field observations involving 15 respondents selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess community knowledge, attitudes, participation levels, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The results indicate that community participation in the waste segregation program falls within the good category, with an average score of 4.05. Residents demonstrated a good level of knowledge regarding waste segregation, while environmental awareness and attitudes were also categorized as positive. The main factors supporting participation include adequate knowledge, environmental awareness, and social support within the community. Conversely, participation is constrained by limited waste management facilities and insufficient public outreach and education. Community perceptions of the waste segregation program were generally favorable, reflecting recognition of its benefits in improving environmental cleanliness and supporting sustainable waste management practices. The findings suggest that the community possesses a strong foundation of knowledge and positive attitudes toward waste segregation; however, greater efforts are needed to translate these into consistent practices. Improving infrastructure and conducting continuous awareness campaigns are essential to enhancing participation rates. Therefore, active collaboration between local government and community members is necessary to ensure the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of the waste segregation program.

Abstract

Fecal waste requires treatment (IPLT) that contains pollutant compounds which result in creating damage to the environment or potentially creating pollution. Therefore, we need a performance evaluation to optimize the performance of the Kendari City IPLT. The Kendari City IPLT serves processing of sewage sludge throughout the sub-district with sources from domestic waste processing units and facilities. Sludge desludging is only carried out by 3% of the total septic tank units that must be vacuumed. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the IPLT in treating waste and determine whether the effluent generated from the IPLT has met the specified quality standards. This research method is to compare the effectiveness of Kendari City IPLT conditions with LH Regulation No. 05 of 2014. The BOD content after analysis was 125.1 mg/L and the oil content was 1 mg / l. The Kendari City IPLT treatment unit consisting of an imhoff tank, anaerobic pool, facultative pool and maturation pool in good condition some ponds did not meet the criteria according to the Ministry of Public Works in 1998. The imhoff tank was only 3.7 m (criteria 6-9 m), the anaerobic pool caused odor that can interfere, facultative pool water height of 2.0 m (criteria 1.2 - 2.4 m).

Abstract

Covers an area of approximately 23.05 km² with a population of 1,738 people in 2024. This study aims to identify the generation and composition of waste in Lora Village, as well as to determine the projected waste generation for the next ten years and the design of a TPS 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Processing Site) that is suitable for the local conditions. The research method employs both quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches through field surveys, interviews, and waste generation measurements. Data analysis was conducted to determine the amount and composition of organic and inorganic waste, as well as population projections using the geometric method. The research results show that the total waste weight is 0.094 kg/person/day with a volume of 3.333 liters/person/day. The waste composition consists of 85.11% organic and 14.89% inorganic materials. The projected waste generation for the next ten years reaches 78,880 kg/year with a volume of 2,796,900 liters/year. The designed TPS 3R includes a composting area (45 m²), sorting area (15 m²), packaging area (22 m²), inorganic storage area (20 m²), residue area (35 m²), and green open space (60 m²). The total land area required is 251 m².

Abstract

Clean water is a fundamental necessity for community life, directly impacting health, economy, and social welfare. The availability of continuous and quality clean water is a major challenge for regions experiencing rapid population growth, such as Angsana District. Sustainable clean water supply in Angsana District is constrained by the insufficient capacity of the existing reservoir (300 m³) to meet the continuously increasing demand due to population growth. This study aims to: (1) project clean water demand for the next 20 years (2024–2043); (2) determine the required reservoir capacity; and (3) design an appropriate additional reservoir. Using a quantitative approach, population projection was conducted using the geometric method, while water demand was calculated based on domestic and non-domestic needs in accordance with Indonesian National Standards SNI 7509:2011 on Technical Planning Procedures for Drinking Water Supply Systems and SNI 6774:2023 on Planning Procedures for Package Unit Water Treatment Plants. The results show a population growth rate of 2.26% per year, with a projected population of 36,672 people by 2043. Peak hour water demand is 105.7 liters/second, and maximum daily demand (Qhm) is 5,333.3 m³/day. According to SNI 6774:2023, the required effective reservoir capacity is 15% of Qhm, which is 800 m³. Considering the existing 300 m³ reservoir, an additional reservoir with a capacity of 500 m³ is needed. The proposed technical design for the ground storage reservoir is rectangular with dimensions of 15 m (length) × 10 m (width) × 3.33 m (total height), an effective water height of 2.83 m, and includes freeboard and dead storage.

Abstract

This study analyzes potential hazards and risk levels in the reservoir construction project in Pela Village using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show several moderate to high risks, including falls from heights, struck-by hazards, excavation collapse, dust exposure, and heavy equipment accidents. These risks are mainly caused by worker negligence, inconsistent PPE use, and inadequate supervision. Recommended controls include mandatory PPE, safety training, warning signs, and safe work procedures. The HAZOP method proved effective in identifying hazards and improving OSH practices.
