Abstract

Perbankan berperan meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dibidang ekonomi. Kegiatan utama perbankan adalah melakukan penyaluran kredit. Dalam kegiatan kredit biasanya terjadi masalah yang beresiko kerugian dalam pengembalian kredit oleh debitur (kredit Non Peforming Loan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat resiko kredit ditinjau dari Non Peforming Loan pada PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Muara Labuh Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel adalah laporan keuangan khususnya data kolektibilitas kredit tahun 2019 dan 2020 PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Muara Labuh Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Credit Risk Ratio yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk %. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: Tahun 2019 nilai kredit non peforming Loan 1,72% sedangkan tahun 2020 adalah 1,30%. Pada penelitian ini nilai kredit non peforming loan mengalami penurunan 0,42% dan Terjadi kenaikan pada jumlah kredit yang disalurkan 2,70% pada tahun 2020. Rata-rata kredit non prforming Loan adalah 1,51%, hal ini berarti bahwa pengelolaan kredit yang dilakukan mengalami perkembangan yang sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the students’ lack of grasp in learning the glossaries of economics and business terms and their obstacles in practicing the useful expressions often used in various conversation material relate with the economics and business activities often occur in the area of business or industrial or companies communities. This was kind of descriptive qualitative research. The samples were 27 students at second semester of Economics Students. The technique used for collecting the data were observation and interview. The observation was conducted for 16 meeting included midterm test and final test. The interview was conducted at the end of semester. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by describing their activities in the classroom, particularly paying attention students’ abilities and creativities in discussion session, assessing their comprehension through the tasks, exercise, quiz, homework, presentation and examination. Finally, the analysis process was strengthened by connecting the data found with the interview result. Indeed, the study of these phenomenon could be answered, the researcher could find out the factors influence students’ lack of grasp in comprehending the English Business subject. The result showed that the reason of students’ lack of grasp and their weaknesses were mostly come from themselves where almost all of them in the classroom had less motivation to learn English and they didn’t also understand the purpose of learning English Business Subject. In short, they did not realize the importance of English in real life activities especially working horizon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesulitan siswa dalam menulis teks recount. Peneliti memilih teks recount untuk menganalisis sejauh mana siswa memahami penulisan teks Bahasa Inggris secara tata bahasa dan bermakna. Melalui Teks Recount, siswa diminta untuk mengekspresikan cerita mereka sendiri di masa lalu. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara terhadap 29 mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar pada semester 1 di STKIP Widyaswara Indonesia. Observasi dilakukan terhadap hasil tulisan siswa Teks Recount yang dibuat sendiri. Wawancara dilakukan di luar jam belajar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Peneliti menemukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesulitan mereka; mereka tidak memahami dengan baik penggunaan tata bahasa yang benar, penguasaan kosakata yang minim, merasa kesulitan dalam menulis teks itu sendiri. Faktor terbesar adalah kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya Bahasa Inggris dan mereka tidak memiliki motivasi yang kuat untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to portray the improvement on student’ vocabulary proficiency and creative thinking through video project learning. The research was conducted to the first-semester students of the Islamic Economics Study Program of IAIN Curup. Observation and interview were used to collect the data. Observation on the video was on two purposes. First, to collect the data about English vocabulary used by the students to describe students’ vocabulary proficiency. Second, to collect the data on the performance of the video as a whole to analyze students’ creative thinking. The interview, in addition, was conducted to the students to gain a deeper understanding of the creative thinking process the students went through to complete the video project. The results of the study indicate that in terms of vocabulary, students' ability still needs improvement. Meanwhile, in terms of creative thinking in creating the video, students have demonstrated good creative thinking skills.
