Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh akibat timbulnya permasalahan pada Pemberian Kompensasi yang kurang tepat maka terjadilah fenomena masalah mengenai penurunan Kinerja karyawan, dimana karyawan terkesan asal-asalan dalam bekerja, tergesa-gesa dalam menyimpulkan suatu masalah yang berakibat pada kesalahan kerja yaitu kurang teliti dalam menganalisa kerusakan alat saat Trouble Shooting yang berakibat pada disinformasi sehingga mengakibatkan Rekomendasi Sparepart yang tidak tepat serta Rasa memiliki tempat kerja sangat Rendah (Sense of Belonging). Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif ini dilakukan di PT. Hirura Kogyo dengan populasi berjumlah 30 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,749 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar R = r2 = 0,561. Pengujian signifikasi terhadap korelasi diperoleh thitung (5,985) > t tabel (2,00) pada ? = 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara Pemberian Kompensasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan dapat diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi Pemberian Kompensasi akan diikuti oleh tingginya Kinerja Karyawan. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi 0,561 menunjukkan bahwa 56,1% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi Pemberian Kompensasi, sisanya sebanyak 43,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar Pemberian Kompensasi.

Abstract

PT Wahyu Abadi is a company operating in the manufacturing industry specializing in printing and packaging. The company seeks to push the printing and packaging industry to new levels of innovation. This company provides business solutions in the fields of printing, packaging, digital and supply chain. PT Wahyu Abadi was chosen as the research location, which is located on Jl. Angsana Raya Blok L1 No 17, Delta Silicon 1 Industrial Area, Lippo Cikarang Bekasi, Indonesia. The analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0 found that the value of the influence of Internal Communication (X) on Employee Performance (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 55.517 + 0.151X. The constant value (a) is = 55.517 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.151. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no internal communication, the employee's performance will be worth 55,517 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the internal communication variable, it will be affected by an increase in employee performance by 0.515. Thus the t table: if the error level α = 5% (0.05%) and the two-sided test df = n – 2 (33 – 2 = 31), then the t table value is 2.040 and based on the calculation above the t count is obtained equal to 0.742 < t table 2.040, then it can be concluded that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected because the calculated t is smaller than the t table. Thus it can be concluded that internal communication variables do not influence employee performance variables at PT Wahyu Abadi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta and work discipline have a moderate positive effect and have an influence contribution of 31.6% on employee work productivity variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

Indonesian people's banks have a good reputation, such as BRI, have a high level of trust, a high level of performance, and have good business ethics. BRI also has a good personality, such as always being responsible to customers, having good achievements, having good social responsibility, and having customers with a high level of trust in Bank Rakyat Indonesia. This also makes customers loyal to do business with BRI.Discussion of the Customer Relationship Management variable (X1) and the Company Image variable (X2) on Satisfaction (Y1).a. The Influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Satisfaction.H0: b1= 0 CRM has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.H1:b1≠ 0 CRM has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.In the t test results, the Customer Relationship Management variable (X1) and the Satisfaction variable (Y1) show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

The main problem of Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh is the lack of service quality caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that have not been optimal yet. The research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction. The method of the research is the quantitative approach with associative method to analyze two variables, namely service quality and patient satisfaction. The results of the research indicate that the validity and reliability tests are valid and reliable with value of r table 0.349. The results of questionnaire data processing and the answers of respondents regarding service quality show the effective criteria 62,1%. The t test indicates that value of t > t table is obtained (6,770 > 2,048). It means that there is partially a significant influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, then Ho is rejected. The correlation analysis of R obtains 0.788, indicating that there is a strong relationship of service quality to patient satisfaction. The result of coefficient determination obtains R square score 0.621 or 62,1%, therefore the contribution percentage of service quality variable to patient satisfaction variable is 62,1%, included in the high effective criteria. The conclusion is that there is a strong influence of service quality on patient satisfaction in Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Siti Zachroh.

Abstract

The main problem of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah is the non-physical work environment, such as work relationships between leaders and subordinates as well as work relations between fellow employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between environmental variables and productivity variables. In the t test, the value of t < t table is obtained (1.026 < 2.021). Regarding the partial correlation analysis, there is no influence of the work environment on work productivity, so Ho is accepted. From the results of the analysis, an R of 0.160 was obtained, which shows that there is no strong relationship between the environment and productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination show an R squared figure of 0.160 or 0.026%, which means that work environment variables influence work productivity by 0.026% while 0.074% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. It can be concluded that there is no influence of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah.

Abstract

SACOM Energia Lda is an East Timorese company operating at the oil gas industry. Development of business competencies requires integrated human resource management (HRM) in an institute. The research purpose is to evaluate and elaborate factors that have influence of employee performance such as rewards and punishments. Data were  obtainedfrom SACOM Energia Lda employees using a questionnaire method. All the data calculated using SPSS program. Tests carried out include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, each test carried out obtained acceptable. Based on statistic analysis, it was discovered that the provision rewards, punishments, and performance were quite good with values of 34.2, 40.8, and 33.9, respectively. The partial test results show that the tcount ttable on both variables and the sig value 0.05, then both hypotheses H1 and H2, on variables (X1) and (X2) are proven to have an effect and according to simultaneous test, it was found that the sig value is less than 0.001, this shown the result indicate the variables (X1 X2) simultaneously will affect employee performance, the result H3 hypothesis is proven to have an effect. This research can be concluded that rewards and punishment have an influence of 50,4% on performance, while 49.6% is caused by external factors.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Rewards, Punishment, EmployeePerformance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Chio Medical Center Karawang Clinic with the aim of the research being to determine and analyze the influence of HR training and development on the performance of Chio Medical Center clinic employees. The method used in this research was quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to respondents with a sample as many as 40 people. The Influence of HR Training and Development on the Performance of Chio Medical Center Clinic Employees by looking at the results of the t test on the training variable, the calculated t value (2.174) is greater than the t table value (1.994) so that based on the t test criteria, H1 is accepted. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value is (0.036) <0.05, so it is known that the effect is significant. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance at the Chio Medical Center Clinic. Then for the HR development variable, the calculated t value (3.237) is greater than the t table value (1.994) and the significance value is 0.003 < 0.05 so that based on the t test criteria, H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between HR development on employee performance at the Chio Medical Center Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how reward and punishment can affect employeeperformance at Pt. Cakradigdaya Lokaraya. This research with 6 sources in themarkering division is a research written with a qualitative descriptive method thattakes data with observation, interview and observation techniques at Pt. CakradigdayaLokaraya. Cakradigdaya Lokaraya. The results of this study indicate that PtCakradigdaya Lokaraya provides rewards in the form of intenvise every month toemployees who meet project sales targets, year-end vacations for 2 employees andalso promotions, while the punishment given to employees is in the form of late fines,reprimands, sanctions and also the release of positions. While the effect of givingrewards to employees is to motivate employees, provide a sign for an employee if theperformance is superior and also universal in nature so that employees do not feelneglected by the Company. While punishment affects employees by providing adeterrent effect on employees, improving employee discipline, improving performanceresults, evaluating employee performance.

Abstract

PT Emsonic Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki potensi tinggi mencapai tingkat produktivitasnya. Dengan memepertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang menjadi perhatian secara utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Herd Mentality Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Emsonic Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan fenomena yang sedang terjadi dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner pada skala likert. Teknik sampling mengunakan sampling jenuh pemilihan sampel responden dengan pengambilan seluruh wilayah generalisasi di bagian produksi di PT Emsonic Indonesia. Teknik analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 untuk menentukan deskriptif dan prediktif antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dan hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan herd mentality memiliki kotribusi positif sangat kutan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Emsonic Indonesia. Disimpulkan lingkungan kerja dan herd mentality merupakan faktor yang sangat potensial di kembangkan di PT Emsonic Indonesia sebagai dukungan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi.
