Abstract

This article explains the concept of Living curriculum in the world of education which has implications for character and skills through the process of coaching and habituation of students about the values, goals and meaning of life. Through this curriculum students can realize how important it is to behave based on good rules and values. The Life Curriculum is also an activity to develop or strengthen the character and good values possessed by students, this makes students have complex principles for harmonious relationships between humans and their environment. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, which collects data from several national and international articles related to the living curriculum.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the impact of long-range pursuit programs using the Disscrepancy Model, developed by Malcolm Provus. Emphasizes the view of gaps in program implementation. The word discrepancy means gap, this model according to Madaus, Sriven & Stufflebeam (1993: 79-99) departs from the assumption that to find out the feasibility of a program, evaluators can compare what should be expected to happen (standard) with what actually happens (performance). . Comparing the two things, it can be seen whether there is a gap (discrepancy), namely the standard set with the actual performance. This model was developed by Malcolm Provus, aims to analyze a program whether the program is worth continuing, increasing, or terminating. teaching evaluation is a component in the teaching system, while the teaching system itself is an implementation of the curriculum, as an effort to create classroom learning. Oemar Hamalik (2001: 145) states, the evaluation process is generally student-centered. This means that evaluation is intended to observe student learning outcomes and seeks to determine how learning opportunities are. From the two opinions above, the evaluation is intended to observe a teaching process, which includes the role of the teacher, teaching strategies, curriculum materials, and learning principles applied to teaching.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of turnover intention on employee productivity PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this study, the sample used the Slovin formula 55 employees on variable turnover PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is no influence between turnover intention to employee productivity, and variable turnover intention has a correlation currently and has an influential contribution of 19,7% on employee productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses saturated sampling with samples of 40 employees on Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between work discipline on employee performance Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta is very influential and has an influential contribution of 78,5% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty marketing mix towards customer loyalty and know the quality of shared services marketing mix on customer loyalty Outsourcing security PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses the method of purposive sampling saturated used amount 97 employee PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta, using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty marketing mix on customer loyalty, and there is an influence on service quality and marketing mix simultaneously or together on customer loyalty Outsourcing security PT. Tri Garda Abbas, East Jakarta, has an influential contribution of 33,5% on the customer loyalty variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digitalization on the work effectiveness of PT employees. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, the saturated sampling method used was 48 employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between digitalization on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Semper Branch has a strong positive influence and has a contribution of 65% to the employee work effectiveness variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta and work discipline have a moderate positive effect and have an influence contribution of 31.6% on employee work productivity variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

The main problem of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah is the non-physical work environment, such as work relationships between leaders and subordinates as well as work relations between fellow employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between environmental variables and productivity variables. In the t test, the value of t < t table is obtained (1.026 < 2.021). Regarding the partial correlation analysis, there is no influence of the work environment on work productivity, so Ho is accepted. From the results of the analysis, an R of 0.160 was obtained, which shows that there is no strong relationship between the environment and productivity. The results of the coefficient of determination show an R squared figure of 0.160 or 0.026%, which means that work environment variables influence work productivity by 0.026% while 0.074% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. It can be concluded that there is no influence of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of the Subdirektorat Pengadaan Tanah.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the result of the merger of three Islamic banks, namely BRI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah, and BNI Syariah, which became a new entity. The availability of various Islamic bank products such as services and products, makes Islamic banks a credible financial system that can be enjoyed by all levels of society. However, problems in terms of service often occur in the implementation of financial activities. This problem can cause complaints from customers. Customer complaints usually develop when the customer's impression of the desired service is different from what is expected. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the quality of service to customer loyalty of all Bank Syariah Indonesia Branches under the coordination of Region IV Jakarta 1. 2) To determine the handling of complaints against Bank Syariah Indonesia customer loyalty in all branches under the coordination of Region IV Jakarta 1. 3) To determine the quality of service and handling of complaints simultaneously on the loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in all branches under the coordination of Region IV Jakarta 1. The research method used is the correlation method with quantitative research type. The research results are as follows: 1) Based on the results of regression analysis partially customer loyalty has a significant effect on service quality, this is indicated by the Sig value. customer loyalty variable is smaller than  or 0.000 <0.05. 2) Based on the results of partial regression analysis, it is concluded that Complaint Handling has a significant effect on service quality, this is indicated by the Sig value. the Complaint Handling variable is smaller than  or 0.000 <0.05. 3) Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it is concluded that customer loyalty and Complaint Handling jointly affect service quality by 97.5% while the remaining 2.5% is influenced by other factors outside this research model, then from the results of the F test it is concluded that customer loyalty and Complaint Handling jointly affect service quality because the Sig. value is smaller than  or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kehesivitas kelompok dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Penyediaan Jasa Lainya Orang Perorangan (PJLP) Kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Utara di Bagian Umum Dan Protokol. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kohesivitas kelompok dalam mempengaruhi penilaian kinerja pada karyawan di Kantor Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan narasumber yang terpercaya sebanyak 8 orang karyawan dan 5 orang masyarakat yang menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara semi struktur, dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kohesivitas kelompok dari masing masing karyawan efektive dalam meningkatkan secara langsung terhadap penilaian kinerja karyawan dan hal ini juga berpengaruh pada penilaian kinerja dalam masing masing tim yakni tim keamanan, kebersihan luar, kebersihan dalam, taman dan juga regu ME. Kinerja karyawan di nilai dari indikator yang terkait dalam penelitian ini yang di ambil dari beberapa regu yang di sebutkan di atas . Hasil dalam penelitian ini di harapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
