Abstract

The Pertiwi School of Economics is one of the private campuses in the city of Bekasi and has classes in various areas has two majors in S1 Management and S1 Accounting. The author in this case will conduct research on Evaluation of Research Methodology Course Learning using the Goal Oriented Model Ralph W. Tyler. The focus of this evaluation research is the achievement of learning programs that are considered important which can be seen from: How are the problems in the input evaluation aspect, which include, the quality of lecturers, the presence of lecturers, study plans that have never been reviewed, facilities and infrastructure. This approach uses program objectives as criteria to determine the success or achievement of a program. Evaluators try to measure the extent to which the goals have been achieved and conduct analysis and observations of national and international articles to support this research. The object of observation in this model is the goal of the program that has been set. For research methodology courses, almost all lecturers have carried out evaluations at the end of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. However, the results obtained are sometimes unsatisfactory. Sometimes the results achieved are substandard or below average. Tyler's goals-oriented program evaluation is designed to describe successful program goals. Evaluation is also meaningful for drawing conclusions which includes three main things in the process, namely formulating questions, collecting data, and presenting or displaying information. Contributive evaluation has advantages in the decision-making process in a goals-oriented evaluation approach, namely its straightforwardness. The goals-oriented evaluation approach is fast to follow, understand, apply and easy to agree on and master when researched

Abstract

Community service is one of the necessities for Higher Education. The next implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is to carry out Teaching and Research. Implementation of community service by Pertiwi College of Economics Bekasi. Providing understanding and implementation of management and governance of population data for community members in RT 22/08 CKM Bangle Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java. The purpose of implementing population data updating management for community members is to strengthen the duties and functions for community servants entrusted to management, so that valid data is available as a servant of the surrounding community. The art of population data updating is a concept developed using applications to facilitate the collection of population in Bangle Village. The stages of implementing this activity first conduct a survey and needs analysis in order to map the needs and problems that occur in environment, then explore the existing potential and design activities for the need to implement population data management applications. The results of this community service activity are the creation of population data application management with the output of valid and complete citizen profiles and accurate numbering for residents of RT 22/08 Bangle Village.

Abstract

The rise of online stores in Indonesia makes shopping easier for consumers with the various facilities provided, making it attractive for consumers to be lazy about visiting conventional stores. This change in shopping lifestyle is because traditional markets are visited more by people who need goods in large quantities or wholesale at low prices. Meanwhile, modern markets are a shopping option with a small number of goods rather than specific ones and more adequate comfort. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out where people choose shopping places, (2) To find out people fulfill their family needs, (3) To find out the influence of choosing shopping places in streamlining family needs. This research will be built with an experimental research design to determine the relationship between cause and effect of a situation using a descriptive quantitative approach with survey research methods. The population in this study were residents of Cawang RT 006 RW 02 Cawang, East Jakarta, with a total of 32 heads of families, where the entire population was also used as the research sample. The result of this research is that the Sig value for the influence of X on Y is equal to 0,000 > 0,05 and tcount value 4,692 > ttable 2,045, so it can be concluded that the choice of shopping place influences the family's needs. The family's needs are urgent and must be purchased immediately, so a physical store is needed as the solution. If you buy from an online shop, it takes time for delivery, so what you can buy are items that are not urgent to use. Shops/stalls influence family needs as a place to buy various family needs

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Transportasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kompensasi memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner diuji, dan data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam memotivasi pegawai dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan dalam kompensasi akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 25,7%. Namun, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang juga memengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 69,9%. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain seperti motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memperbaiki kepuasan kerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai mereka untuk memastikan bahwa mereka merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk memberikan kinerja terbaik mereka

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT Transportasi jakarta. This research aims to determine whether compensation has an impact on employee performance. The research methodology employed is quantitative, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested, and the data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The research results indicate that compensation has a significant influence on employee performance. This article emphasizes the importance of fair compensation in motivating employees and enhancing their job satisfaction. The research findings demonstrate that every one-unit increase in compensation will increase employee performance by 25.7%. However, there are other factors that also affect employee performance by 69.9%. Therefore, companies need to consider other factors such as motivation, work environment, and skills in improving employee performance. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of fair compensation in creating a motivating work environment and improving employee job satisfaction. The practical implications of this research are that companies should pay attention to the compensation provided to their employees to ensure that they feel valued and motivated to deliver their best performance.

Abstract

The objective of the merger of the three Islamic banks is to strengthen the national banking industry's performance and solidify effective and efficient financing. Guarantees to customers to remain loyal in choosing Bank Syariah Indonesia are the projections and achievements of Bank Syariah Indonesia institutions. The research was compiled using a quantitative description method with all respondents of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Karawang customers with primary data distributing questionnaires with Likert five scales where respondents expressed their opinions. The results of the data analysis show that the average respondent has been a customer for two years. The merger at Bank Syariah Indonesia on customer loyalty is significant and has linearity and good normality. The level of relationship between the two independent and dependent variables is stated to be low but has a positive trend that is always changing. Abstract

The main problem in Indonesia for decades has been that unemployment has been increasing every year. Online transportation seems to bring heaven to unemployed people of various ages and levels of education. This research aims to find the relationship and influence of self-reward and work discipline on online motorcycle taxi income. Recently, motorcycle taxi drivers have been stigmatized as a job that is considered trivial. The strength of self-control from various work pressures as an online motorcycle taxi means that drivers can indulge themselves in work but not forget to obey their partner's rules. Using quantitative methods, survey research used four shelters in the East Jakarta area as objects. By distributing questionnaires on a Likert scale to respondents met by chance, the data was declared valid and reliable, with the contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable being strongly positive and having a significant effect. Abstract

In the last two years, the surge in job seekers in Indonesia has increased, where job opportunities are difficult, so productive people choose jobs that can easily obtained, one of which is as a porter or porter. This research aims to analyze the porter workers at Kutoarjo Besar Station for their ability to manage emotions and thoughts regarding their work as porters with discipline in carrying out freelance work at the station. Using descriptive qualitative methods and snowballing sampling technique with observation and in-depth interviews with 4 source person from 26 porters who considered to represent all the porters at the station were taken by the station security coordinator, senior and junior porters. Data analysis was carried out before entering the field, while in the field and after finishing in the field. Data validity is carried out starting from reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results show that the freelance porters at the Besar Kutoarjo station are aware of the profession they are in so that their self-management skills are maintained, with work discipline they can still exist working at the station and the income they receive must be happy and sincere.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui penawaran program pensiun dini yang di tawarkan oleh PT. XYZ yang hampir 95% karyawannya adalah kaum hawa. Dimana kaum perempuan memiliki berbagai keterbatasan atas dirinya dan keluarga yang harus mereka hadapi. Dengan metode kualitatif explorative dengan metode wawancara kepada empat karyawan yang dapat mewakili generasi tua/nonproduktif dan generasi produktif. Dari berbagai permasalahan yang mereka hadapi dikeluarganya sehingga mereka memutuskan untuk ikut program pensiun dini. Keseriusan program pensiun dini disambut dengan baik oleh karyawan yang mendaftar. Keterbatasan gender, waktu, kesehatan dan kebutuhan keluraga menuju kesejahteraan atas keluarganya menjadi pilihan pensiun dini. Dimana perusahan juga merasa terbantu atas pilihan karyawan yang mendaftar program tersenut. Pemulihan kesehatan organisasi dan penataan sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih baik.
