Abstract

Sebagai salah satu aspek yang sangat krusial dari kompetensi karyawan di bidang jasa, kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah penting untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh self-efficacy, kemampuan kerja sama dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif terhadap kemampuan pembelajar untuk memecahkan masalah. Walaupun ada beberapa penelitian terdahulu mengenai beberapa aspek dari kemampuan-kemampuan ini, namun belum ada suatu studi yang komprehensif mengaitkan kemampuan-kemampuan ini di dalam ranah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 30 karyawan Dwidaya World Wide Jakarta Barat yang baru saja menjalani pelatihan sebagai populasinya. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terkait dengan kemampuan-kemampuan di atas, lalu dilakukan analisa dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa self-efficacy, kemampuan kerja sama, dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah.Kata kunci: self efficacy, kemampuan kerja sama, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, kemampuan memecahkan masalah As a very crucial aspect of service-based industy student-trainee competence, problem-solving ability of students needs to be enhanced by considering factors which affect the problem solving ability. This research is aimed to measure the effect of self-efficacy, collaborative skills and creative thinking skills on their ability to solve problem. While some former researches dealt with some aspects of these skills, there has not been comprehensive study merging these skills in the light of quantitative approach. The research is conducted quantitatively with the population of 30 employees of PT Dwidaya World Wide in West Jakarta who have just been trained in Travel Consultant Training. The primary data is collected by using questionnaires corresponding to each of the skills and then analysis done by using PLS-SEM method. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh akibat timbulnya permasalahan pada Pemberian Kompensasi yang kurang tepat maka terjadilah fenomena masalah mengenai penurunan Kinerja karyawan, dimana karyawan terkesan asal-asalan dalam bekerja, tergesa-gesa dalam menyimpulkan suatu masalah yang berakibat pada kesalahan kerja yaitu kurang teliti dalam menganalisa kerusakan alat saat Trouble Shooting yang berakibat pada disinformasi sehingga mengakibatkan Rekomendasi Sparepart yang tidak tepat serta Rasa memiliki tempat kerja sangat Rendah (Sense of Belonging). Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif ini dilakukan di PT. Hirura Kogyo dengan populasi berjumlah 30 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,749 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar R = r2 = 0,561. Pengujian signifikasi terhadap korelasi diperoleh thitung (5,985) > t tabel (2,00) pada ? = 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara Pemberian Kompensasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan dapat diterima. Artinya semakin tinggi Pemberian Kompensasi akan diikuti oleh tingginya Kinerja Karyawan. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi 0,561 menunjukkan bahwa 56,1% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi Pemberian Kompensasi, sisanya sebanyak 43,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain diluar Pemberian Kompensasi.

Abstract

This research is the result of a survey at PT Musaya Kreasindo which produces. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Production Employee Performance at PT Musaya Kreasindo on 50 employees as a sample. The research method used is quantitative with associative techniques. The research objectives want about the influence between Occupational Safety on Employee Performance, the influence between Occupational Health on Employee Performance, and the influence between Occupational Safety and Health together on Employee Performance. The results showed that there was an influence between Occupational Safety and Occupational Health together on Employee Performance as indicated by the results of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y' = 23.64 + 0.74 X1 + 0.26 X2. The results of this study are expected to contribute thoughts to PT Musaya Kreasindo to pay more attention to employee safety and health in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Community service is one of the necessities for Higher Education. The next implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is to carry out Teaching and Research. Implementation of community service by Pertiwi College of Economics Bekasi. Providing understanding and implementation of management and governance of population data for community members in RT 22/08 CKM Bangle Village, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java. The purpose of implementing population data updating management for community members is to strengthen the duties and functions for community servants entrusted to management, so that valid data is available as a servant of the surrounding community. The art of population data updating is a concept developed using applications to facilitate the collection of population in Bangle Village. The stages of implementing this activity first conduct a survey and needs analysis in order to map the needs and problems that occur in environment, then explore the existing potential and design activities for the need to implement population data management applications. The results of this community service activity are the creation of population data application management with the output of valid and complete citizen profiles and accurate numbering for residents of RT 22/08 Bangle Village.

Abstract

Menurunnya kinerja karyawan di PT Hiruta Kogyo dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja antara lain adalah Reward dan Punishman. dengan adanya Reward dan Punishman maka pegawai akan merasa bertanggungjawab dengan segala tugasnya dan akan bekerja dengan sepenuh hati. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward dan Punishman terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif ini dilakukan di PT Hiruta Kogyo dengan populasi berjumlah 30 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil pengujian persamaan regresi linear ganda Ý = 9,767 + 0,508X1 + 0,445X2 dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan bentuk hubungan linear antara Reward dan Punishman dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Persamaan regresi linear ganda Ý = 9,767 + 0,508X1 + 0,445X2 menunjukkan bahwa apabila Reward dan Punishman serta Kinerja Pegawai diukur dengan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, maka setiap kenaikan satu unit skor Reward (X1) akan diikuti oleh kenaikan skor Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,508 dengan konstanta 9,767. Dan setiap kenaikan satu unit skor Punishman (X2) akan diikuti oleh kenaikan skor Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,445 dengan konstanta 9,767.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significant effect of Job Stress on employee performance of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. Where the subjects in this study were employees of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia totalling 40 samples. The primary data collection technique through questionnaires and secondary data collection through library research. While the data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Data Analysis Prerequisite Test, Partial Hypothesis Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results showed, based on the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0,702 and a coefficient of determination of R = r2 = 0.493. Significance testing of the correlation obtained tcount (6.078) > t table (2.021) at ɑ = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Job Stress and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the higher a person's Job Stress will be followed by a decrease in employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.493 shows that 49,3% of variations in employee performance can be explained by variations in Work Stress, the remaining 50,7% is determined by other factors outside of Work Stress

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari peneliti ketika mudik ke Garut dan hendak arus balik peneliti melihat pelayanan prima petugas excellent service melayani dengan sepenuh hati dari mulai memberikan informasi kedatangan bus sampai dihantar naik ke bus ketika bus datang. Dalam konsep manajemen pelayanan prima merupakan salah satu variable manajemen SDM dan pemasaran yang akan berkorelasi dan berimplikasi terhadap variable lain seperti kepuasan pelanggan (Customer Satisfaction) dan loyalitas pelanggan (Customer Loyalty). Dalam konsep islam pelayanan prima itu dikenal dengan istilah khodim dan dalam konsep social ilmu manajemen lebih dikenal dengan istilah Service Excelent. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di terminal Tipe A terminal Guntur Melati Garut pada bulan November. Peneltiian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hakikat pelayanan prima yang diberikan terminal kelas A Guntur Melati Garut sehingga menghantarkan prediakt sebagai terminal terbaik. Adapun, manfaaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk percontohan/model dalam lembaga pelayanan public untuk berlomba-lomba dalam memberikan yang terbaik kepada pengguna jasa pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif Dimana peneliti bertindak sebagai observer dan partisipan pengguna jasa layanan dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dan pengumpulan documenatsi yang mendukung dan memperkuat hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah actor (orang), place (tempat), dan contect (situasi) yang secara alamiah mendukung proses pengumpulan data sampai dapat dicaritemukan dan difahami secara mendalam hakikat pelayanan prima sebagai wujud good governance dalam pelayanan public. Kesimjpulan dan saran yang dihasilkan digunakan secara rekomendatif untuk pelayanan public lain dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan mitra atau pelanggan atau secara umum masyarakat pengguna kepentingan (stakeholder)
