Abstract

Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) through the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) is a strategic step to realize quality education. MBS authorizes schools to manage resources openly and involve all relevant parties. This research aims to explore the future potential and long-term impact of the implementation of SBM and human resource development in improving the overall quality of education. The data in this study were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out thematically with an interpretive approach. The results of the analysis show that the success of SBM is highly dependent on the quality of human resources, especially school principals, teachers, and education staff. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources are carried out through various strategies, such as training, certification, professionalism development, and collaboration with external parties. These programs are effective in strengthening teachers' ability to create learning environments that are innovative, supportive, and responsive to student needs. In addition, the provision of motivation, incentives, and support from various parties also plays a role in increasing the work spirit and dedication of educators

Abstract

Abstract. The diversity of students' potential and interests, especially in learning Natural Sciences (Science), emphasizes the need for innovation in learning to increase learning motivation. One effort that can be made is through the application of differentiated learning. The aim of writing this article is to increase understanding of the application of differentiated learning in the context of healthy and unhealthy environmental material. The research method used is descriptive with a literature study approach, by collecting information from various sources and the results of research reviews that are relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this research show that differentiated learning can be divided into two stages. The first stage is pre-implementation of learning by conducting diagnostic tests to assess student understanding. The second stage is the implementation of learning by dividing students into different groups based on the results of the diagnostic test, taking into account the characteristics found. This is done to ensure that each group gets a learning approach that suits their needs. Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide a clearer picture regarding the implementation of differentiated learning in learning about healthy and unhealthy environments.

Abstract

The use of learning aids has a crucial role in achieving learning objectives. The learning process occurs through the interaction of individuals with their environment. Indicators of learning success lie in behavioral changes in knowledge, skills, or attitudes that arise as a result of experiences and practices experienced by individuals (Yunita & Supriatna, 2021). This study investigates the use of puzzle media in enhancing students' creativity in Indonesian language learning at primary school. The research involves an experimental method with a focus on student group creativity. The use of puzzle media as a learning tool is believed to stimulate students' creative thinking in the context of language learning. Data were collected through observation, creativity tests, and analysis of group work results. The results of this study provide significant evidence of the effectiveness of puzzle media in improving students' creativity in Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan penyempurna dari kurikulum 2013. Kurikulum merdeka didesain untuk mengoptimalisasi hasil belajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari siswa. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan hal baru untuk siswa dan guru. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat kendala salah satunya dalam penerapan penilaian portofolio. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskripkan kendala yang guru alami ketika implementasi penilaian portofolio, serta memberikan solusi untuk guru supaya dapat meminimalisir kendala tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur. Adapun tujuan dari studi literatur dalam penelitian ini merupakan awal dari perencanaan penelitian dengan memanfaatkan studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data yang ada di lapangan tanpa perlu terjun secara langsung. Data yang diperoleh bersumber dari sumber pustaka yang relevan seperti laporan penelitian, buku, jurnal ilmiah , dan sumber lainnya. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh menghasilkan salah satu solusi yaitu dengan mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan dan merangcang instrument penilaian portofolio, hal ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada guru untuk melakukan penilaian di sekolah
