Abstract

Fenomena masalah kesehatan mental semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Tunas Unggul merasakan cemas karena harus menyesuaikan dengan metode pembelajaran dan tugas sebagai penerima beasiswa. Terlebih di kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang bersosialisasi dengan guru dan temannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Tunas Unggul. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 42 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Self Reporting Questionnaire-29 secara online melalui google form. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak berisiko terjadi gangguan mental emosional yaitu sebanyak 42 responden (68.86%), sedangkan sbagian kecil responden berisiko mengalami gangguan mental emosional sebanyak 19 responden (31.14%). Data tersebut menjadi perhatian bersama bahwa lebih dari seperempat siswa yang berisiko mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental dan perlu dianalisis lebih dalam untuk mengetahui masalah kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Sebagian kecil mahasiswa yang berisiko gangguan mental emosional disebabkan oleh perubahan metode pembelajaran, tekanan pembelajaran, beban dan tugas, serta latar belakang siswa. masalah kesehatan mental yang dialami oleh mahasiswa perlu ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak beasiswa dan pihak universitas untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan mahasiswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan mental mahasiswa.

Abstract

The problem of nutritional imbalance in adolescent girls. Factors such as an unbalanced diet, low awareness of the importance of nutrition, and a sedentary lifestyle contribute to this nutritional problem. Poor nutritional status negatively impacts physical growth and development and mental health. Objective: to explore the nutritional status of students at SMA Plus Kopi Colol. Methods: The research method used was descriptive quantitative involving 51 female students as respondents. Data were collected through measurements of height, weight, abdominal circumference, and upper arm circumference. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. Results: The results showed that all respondents were female. A small proportion of respondents had undernutrition as well as chronic energy deficiency. This shows that it is necessary to handle nutritional problems in female students at SMA Plus Kopi Colol. The participation of health workers and schools is needed to overcome nutritional problems in female students. Conclusion: More specific and targeted health intervention program planning related to nutritional status is needed to improve the health and well-being of SMA Plus Kopi Colol students.

Abstract

Background: Bullying is an issue of serious concern in many school settings. Some forms of bullying are verbal, physical, or relational. Factors such as social pressure, diversity differences, and power inequality play a role in triggering bullying behavior among adolescents. The impact is not only limited to the victim, but also creates adverse interpersonal dynamics and affects the social climate in the school environment. Objective: to describe bullying behavior among students at SMPN 10 Bandung. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. Sample selection from students of SMPN 10 Bandung. The sample was 104 students. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires online using the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, focusing on univariate analysis to detail the incidence rate of bullying behavior. Results: the results showed that almost half of the respondents, 47 students, had high bullying behavior (45.2%). Bullying behavior can be verbal, physical, or relational. Bullying behavior can also be cyberbullying. The high percentage of respondents with high bullying behavior indicates the need for programs to prevent and reduce bullying behavior. Conclusion: health workers also have a role to make promotive and preventive programs to prevent bullying in students.
