Background: An earthquake is an event characterized by shaking of the earth, caused by collisions between earth plates, fault activity, volcanic activity, or rock falls. This type of disaster is destructive, can occur suddenly and last for a short time. The threat of earthquake hazards can be found in almost all regions of the Indonesian Archipelago, from small to large scales that can cause damage. Objective: This research aims to examine the need for education and training as an effort to manage disasters in schools by providing guidance in documenting the hazards faced. Method: The method used is descriptive research, namely describing the results of research related to Student Knowledge as an Effort to Mitigate Earthquake Disasters. Results: Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen that this study shows that the majority of students at SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan have good knowledge about the causes of earthquakes, with (94.3%) respondents understanding that earthquakes are caused by tectonic processes due to the movement of the earth's crust or plates. This shows that students have a fairly good understanding of the basic aspects of earthquakes.

Sustainable healthcare is becoming increasingly important in this modern era. Transformational leadership is expected to play a key role in achieving these goals. This study uses the Literature Review method by collecting data from various accredited sources such as journals, books, and online articles. The criteria used included literature published in the last five years (2020-2024) and the relevance between keywords and results. The literature search was carried out by four methods: Search Strategy, Selection Criteria, and Quality Assessment. The results of the study show that transformational leadership strategies have a significant positive impact on the sustainability of health services. By blending dimensions in transformational leadership, organizations can improve operational efficiency, drive innovation, and build long-term commitment from the workforce. This research emphasizes that transformational leadership is an important holistic approach in encouraging the sustainability of health services in the modern era.

Dalam rangka menuju pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kehidupan bangsa untuk mencapai cita-citanya, sebagai salah satu modal pokok yang mempunyai peranan penting adalah kesehatan Masyarakat Sehat. Setidaknya suatu kelompok penduduk yang digambarkan ke dalam angka morbiditas, mortalitas, angka harapan hidup, dan lain sebagainya merupakan unsur pokok dalam setiap pembicaraan kesehatan masyarakat. Perkembangan ini menuntut para pelaku di dunia kesehatan (profesi) untuk berbenah, terutama ketika profesi ini bermusuhan pada norma yang selalu menjadi rambu-rambu dalam menjalankan profesinya. Metode, penulis dapat memberikan referensi yang jelas terhadap sumber-sumber yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiahnya.hasil dan pembahasan: lembaga-lembaga Penegak Hukum di Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan Kasus-kasus hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan sering terjadi, untuk itu perlu dijabarkan cara dan lembaga yang menangani kasus dalam pelayanan kesehatan. ari perspektif hukum Islam, penegakan hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan juga didukung oleh nilai-nilai seperti menjaga kesehatan, memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, dan tidak merugikan sesama. Kesimpulan: penegakan hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia didasari oleh undang-undang yang mengatur pelayanan kesehatan, serta nila-nilai dan ajaran dalam hukum Islam yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas serta adil.

The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is an information technology platform that integrates all service workflows in a hospital to obtain precise and accurate information. The use of HMIS is considered essential for improving healthcare service quality and hospital operational efficiency. This study aims to explore the impact of HMIS on the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource (HR) performance in hospitals. The research employs a literature review method, collecting data from various relevant sources such as journals, books, and online resources, primarily from the last five years (2020–2024). The implementation of HMIS in hospitals has demonstrated improvements in HR performance efficiency and effectiveness. HMIS facilitates better data management, enhances coordination among work units, and accelerates healthcare service processes. However, effective implementation heavily relies on management support, workforce readiness, and the availability of adequate technological infrastructure. Investments in HMIS not only enhance HR performance but also contribute to the overall improvement of service quality for patients.

Cuci tangan merupakan tindakan pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit yang menjadi program Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di sekolah. Kebiasaan cuci tangan penting untuk diajarkan sejak dini karena anak-anak merupakan calon-calon agen perubahan untuk lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan siswa tentang tata cara mencuci tangan yang benar dengan perilaku cuci tangan mereka disekolah serta mengetahui derajat pengaruhnya terhadap kesehatan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang mencakup pertanyaan mengenai pengetahuan dan perilaku cuci tangan mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan siswa tentang tata cara mencuci tangan yang benar dengan perilaku cuci tangan mereka disekolah, diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kesehatan siswa dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit di sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah 29 Sunggal.
