Abstract

Play practice is one of the effective strategies in learning Physical Education (Penjas) at the elementary school level. This research aims to evaluate the success of play practices in creating an active, creative and enjoyable learning atmosphere at SD Negeri 105287. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews with students, Physical Education teachers and the principal Hj. Dewi Susanti, S.Pd., M.Sc., as well as direct observation of student activities during learning. The research results show that playing practice can significantly increase students' courage, activeness and creativity. Study teachers have succeeded in integrating play elements into learning activities, thus motivating students to participate actively. This research underscores the importance of play practices in creating interactive learning environments.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural sangat penting di Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai upaya untuk menghadapi era globalisasi dan membangun karakter bangsa yang toleran dan menghargai perbedaan budaya Guru memiliki peran penting dalam implementasi pendidikan multikultural di SD, serta keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala sekolah dan guru-guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan multikultural.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkolaborasikan pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultural di sekolah dasar berdasarkan landasan teori. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan pendidikan karakter, tujuan dan fokus pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural, strategi implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural di sekolah, implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural di sekolah, dan peran guru serta sekolah dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural. Pendidikan berkarakter merupakan upaya sadar dan terencana untuk menciptakan manusia yang seutuhnya atau manusia yang memiliki budipekerti luhur.
