Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memastikan transparansi dalam pengelolaan administrasi. SMP Negeri 1 Purwokerto, sebagai salah satu sekolah terkemuka di Purwokerto, berusaha untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan berbagai aspek administratifnya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan sekolah ini adalah dengan menerapkan berbagai sistem informasi manajemen, seperti ARKAS (Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah), SIPLah (Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Sekolah), dan SIMBADA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Berbasis Data). Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan ketiga sistem ini di SMP Negeri 1 Purwokerto terbukti memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan aspek operasional sekolah. ARKAS mempermudah pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur, SIPLah mendukung pengelolaan pengadaan barang dan jasa, sementara SIMBADA membantu pengelolaan aset dan barang inventaris sekolah dengan lebih efisien. Integrasi ketiga sistem ini memungkinkan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih teratur, mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan administratif, serta meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Kemunculan kembali peradaban era Vuca secara substansial merujuk pada periode dalam kehidupan sosial di mana teknologi sistem seperti IoT dan AI, yang mampu mengelola dan menganalisis data besar, telah terintegrasi dalam jaringan sosial. Pertumbuhan dalam hal nilai religius, terutama dalam sikap dan perilaku anak, menjadi aspek yang perlumendapat perhatian. Beragam hal positif yang berpotensi memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan sosial anak di masa mendatang yang ditekankan melalui pembelajaran spiritual. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan jangkauan untuk pengajaran moral dan agama menjadi sangat esensial. Nilai-nilai religius dapat membantu siswa dari latar belakang yang sangat beragam di SMP Negeri 1 Purwokerto untuk memperkuat pemahaman bersama tentang kebenaran dan nilai-nilai spiritual. Selain itu, ada kemungkinan untuk mengimplikasikan nilai-nilai agama dengan menjadikannya bagian dari rutinitas sehari-hari. aktivitas harian, seperti ritual ibadah. Memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai agama, dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga, kelas, dan masyarakat, menjadi krusial dalam pembentukan keimanan. Pengembangan religiusitas menjadi krusial dalam menjaga perdamaian di antara penduduk Indonesia yang beragam. Hal ini harus menjadi bagian dari perubahan masyarakat yang melibatkan semua pihak, disusun secara cermat oleh pemerintah, dan dilaksanakan serentak oleh beragam lini masyarakat, dari tingkat rumah tangga dan berlanjut melalui lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat sekitarnya.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that has an important role in education. Mathematics is needed in every aspect of human life. Therefore every study program chosen by students cannot be separated from mathematics lessons. The purpose of this study are: (1) to increase participation mathematics teaching through a cooperative learning model and (2) to improve learning outcomes in mathematics education through collaborative learning models of Think Pairs Share in Class VII G students at SMPN 1 Purwokerto academic year 2022/2023.The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were 34 students, 18 Male and 16 female students at SMPN 1 Purwokerto. Based on research, learning mathematics is through the form of collaborative learning Think Pairs Share, student participation in Algebra by 52,9% or 18 students in the pre-cycle (first stage), 66,2% or 23 students in cycle I and 79,4% or 27 students in cycle II (performance indicator 75%). Then, the student learning increased from 44,1% or 15 students in the previous cycle to 67,6% or 23 students in the end of cycle I and 82,4% or 28 students after completing the final exam of the cycle II (performance indicator 80%). In this study, the indicators of mathematics representation ability are visual representation, representation of mathematics equations and also representation of written text.

Abstract

The decline in morality and quality of the nation's children in this country indicates that there is a mistake in the world of our education, education itself should function as a space and process of humanization for all students and students who are currently pursuing education, both formal and non-formal, education should not only focus on the growth and development of various potentials that exist within students but furthermore it can become a strategic forum and internalization of values, ethics, morals and the main character of students so that they become individuals who, not only excel in terms of science and technology, but also based on high morals and etiquette. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the research are that to realize the human attitude of students in the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Middle School Purwokerto school environment, it must start from the agreement of all parties, which includes several parties involved, including the school, teachers and students, then to create human beings. Kamil, students and teachers at Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Middle School, Purwokerto, must practice the values shared together to become a strong commitment to the values of community life and all aspects that bind them, including the formation of character education which has the noble goal of balancing between religious interests and ideal social needs, apart from that there are several messages that serve as a reference for all school members to always prioritize the values of character education in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. Thus, character education which aims to form human beings can be seen from its main benchmark, namely understanding values and norms originating from religious teachings, which are then combined as one of the components of a character-based curriculum, meaning the values that are manifested in human morals. can be agreed upon as a character and can be well accepted by all members of the school community and social environment.
