Abstract

Education of religious moderation values is an important aspect in shaping character and social harmony in the educational environment. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the development of jigsaw-type cooperative strategies in increasing the mastery of religious moderation values in Mas Darel Hikmah. The research method uses a pseudo-experimental approach with a non-equivalent group design pre-test post-test. The subjects of the study were 1 teacher of MAS DAREL HIKMAH and 56 students with details of 1 class XII science and 1 class XII social studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the T-test (Independent Samples Test) technique. The research sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group that underwent learning with a jigsaw-type cooperative strategy, and a control group that followed conventional learning. Data was collected through tests of religious moderation values before and after the intervention, as well as student satisfaction questionnaires with learning. The results of the analysis showed that the jigsaw-type cooperative strategy was effective in increasing the mastery of religious moderation values, with a significant increase in the experimental group compared to the control group. The implication of this study is the importance of implementing learning strategies that encourage cooperation and understanding of the values of religious moderation in educational institutions. This study contributes to the development of curriculum and learning based on moderation values in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the differences in educational policies between Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding schools as two models of Islamic education in Indonesia. A qualitative approach was used with literature study and in-depth interviews with educational figures from both institutions. The results show that NU emphasizes education based on classical Islamic texts, traditional approaches, and teacher-student relationships with a strong sufistic spirit. Meanwhile, Muhammadiyah is oriented towards a modern educational system, integrating religious and general sciences, and implementing education management according to a modern organization. Furthermore, the curriculum policies, teaching methods, and educational goals of the two institutions reflect different orientations; in which NU is more likely to focus on the formation of religious character through the mastery of classical Islamic knowledge, Muhammadiyah emphasizes the development of Muslim intellectual leaders who are adaptive to the times. The findings confirm the importance of understanding various approaches in Islamic education as a national education heritage.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Isi dan Fungsi kalamullah. Studi ini memakai metode pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kalamullah terdapat isi kandungan yang merupakan pokok penting yang ada di dalam kalamullah yaitu akidah, ibadah, akhlak, hukum, dan kisah. Isi kandungan kalamullah ini membahas secara komperehensif mengenai segala aspek di alam semesta Sedangkan fungsi kalamullah yaitu sebagai, mau’idhah (pengajaran dan peringatan), sebagai syifa’ (obat), sebagai hudan (petunjuk), sebagai rahmah (rahmat) dan sebagai furqan (pembeda). Semua fungsi kalamullah tersebut merupakan bekal bagi umat manusia supaya hidup berkah bahagia dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep motivasi belajar dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Memanfaatkan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa konsep motivasi belajar dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an meliputi rasa ingin tahu, bertanya, perhatian, percaya diri, dan harapan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar diidentifikasi sebagai faktor internal, faktor eksternal, faktor budaya dan sosial, dan faktor ekonomi. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya interaksi dengan individu yang termotivasi dan komunitas belajar sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how intrapersonal intelligence and learning activity affect the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadis subject among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. The background of this research is based on the importance of the role of these two factors in the success of students' learning. Intrapersonal intelligence is related to a person's ability to recognize themselves, manage their emotions, and motivate themselves to continue developing. Meanwhile, learning activity indicates the extent to which students actively participate during the learning process—such as by asking questions, engaging in discussions, or expressing opinions in class. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method. The subjects of the study are all fifth and sixth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 45 individuals. Data were collected thru questionnaires to measure the level of intrapersonal intelligence and learning activity, as well as thru documentation of grades to determine the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The research results indicate that both intrapersonal intelligence and learning activity have a positive and significant impact on students' learning outcomes. The average intrapersonal intelligence of the students is classified as high (82.44), learning activity falls into the quite active category (79.87), and the learning outcomes in Al-Qur’an Hadis are classified as good (83.26). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.496 indicates that 49.6% of the learning outcomes are influenced by these two variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. In simple terms, the better students know and motivate themselves, and the more actively they engage in learning activities, the higher their learning outcomes will be. Therefore, teachers are advised to create an interactive and reflective learning atmosphere, so that students can develop in a balanced manner—in terms of knowledge, skills, and spirituality.
