Abstract

This research aim to improved the abillity to add lateral series for deaf children at SLB Kemala Bhayangkari, Lintau Buo by using the educational media Funnel Counting. The counting funnel media acts as educational demonstration equipment that can be sen and make it easie for student to add up. The research use a quntitative approaach with ekperimental method, namelly Singel Subject Research(SSR) and Design A1-B-A2, and information is analysed using visuall graph by enter data in graphs wich are then anallyzed basd on condition A1-B-A2. The result of reseach using counted funnel mediacan improve the abillity to add lateral series for deaf children in class VI at SLB Kemala Bhayangkari, Lintau Buo.

Abstract

Abstract Students with intellectual disabilities face challenges in cognitive, social, and adaptive aspects that have a significant impact on the learning process. The urgency of individually designed educational interventions is important to support their optimal development. The purpose of this study was to design and analyze the effectiveness of IEP-based individual education programs (IEP) to improve basic and social knowledge of students with intellectual disabilities. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed using Miles & Huberman data reduction techniques. The results showed that the application of strategies such as task analysis, positive reinforcement, and parental involvement can consistently improve students' reading skills, independence in daily activities, and social interactions. This study provides theoretical contributions to strengthening behavioral approaches and ZPD in special education, providing practical impacts on teachers, schools, and intervention programs that are integrated with political decision making. Further research is recommended to expand the scope of subjects and duration of intervention in order to obtain more comprehensive results. Abstract

This study focuses on a child with moderate intellectual disability in class X of SMALB Wacana Asih Padang, who is not yet able to independently make palm sugar milk coffee and still requires guidance from teachers. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of Video tutorials in improving the child's independence. Using a quantitative approach and a Single Subject Research (SSR) design with an A-B-A model, this study involved one subject. The data showed an increase in FH's independence from a score of 29 in the initial baseline condition (A1) to 71, 86, and 100 in the intervention condition (B), and remained at 100 in the follow-up baseline condition (A2). The analysis results indicate that tutorial videos are effective in improving the independence of children with moderate intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Disabilitas Intelektual SLBN Muara Bungo pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPAS) menjadi pendorong penelitian ini. Tujuan dari proyek penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengajaran siswa penyandang disabilitas intelektual melalui media video dapat membantu mereka menjadi lebih mahir dalam mengidentifikasi bagian-bagian hewan. Perencanaan, observasi, dan refleksi merupakan proses yang menyatu dengan kegiatan penelitian. Lima siswa penyandang disabilitas intelektual berinisial A, P, D, B, dan E kelas IV SLBN Muara Bungo digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengenalan mereka terhadap bagian tubuh hewan masih kurang baik. Terdapat dua pertemuan dan empat tahapan dalam masing-masing dua siklus yang menyusun penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peningkatan mulai kemampuan awal siswa dari A 55%, P 55%, D 50%, B 50% dan E 50% kemudian diberikan tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi A 69%, P 67%, D 64%, B 64% dan E 64%, kemudian dilanjutkan pada siklus II kemampuan siswa semakin meningkat menjadi A 89%, P 86%, D 83%, B 86% dan E 89%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan operasi pengurangan bilangan 1-10 anak gangguan spektrum autisme (GSA) kelas III di SLB Negeri Tebo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang kemampuan operasi pengurangan bilangan 1-10 anak gangguan spektrum (GSA) setelah diberikan tindakan berupa penggunaan media balok cuisenaire. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas, yang mengajar di kelas III anak gangguan spektrum autisme (GSA) di SLB Negeri Tebo, yang berjumlah satu siswa. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus, pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Adapaun skor hasil akhir yang diperoleh siswa dengan dua siklus yaitu 90%, pada tindakan siklus I memperoleh 60% dan pada siklus II memperoleh skor nilai 90%. Berdasarkan dari data tersebut kesimpulan yang diperoleh siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kemampuan operasi pengurangan bilangan 1-10 menggunakan balok cuisenaire.
