Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work life balance dan emotional intelligence  terhadap quality of work life dan kinerja individu. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak  59 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0 Hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable Quality Of Work Life, variable Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Individu dan variable Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable Quality Of Work Life. Selanjutnya variable Quality of Work Life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Individu. Implikasi. Sumber Daya Manusia mempunyai peranan penting menjadi komponen penentu kesuksesan suatu bisnis untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work life balance dan emotional intelligence terhadap quality of work life dan kinerja individu.

Abstract

Organisations face various environmental challenges that ultimately influence their green practices, particularly among employees. The study aims to test and analyse the effect of environmental awareness on green behavior, with adaptive leadership acting as a mediator. The research was conducted in the food industry in East Java, involving 173 respondents, 32 managers, and 141 employees. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling used for sample selection. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative methods, specifically SEM-PLS with Mplus 8 software, to test research hypotheses. The results indicate that environmental awareness has a significant positive effect on employee green behaviour and adaptive leadership. Furthermore, adaptive leadership has a significant positive effect on employee green behaviour. This study also finds that environmental awareness variables positively impact green behaviour, mediated by adaptive leadership in food industry companies in East Java. These findings contribute to the food industry by enhancing green practices, promoting environmental sustainability, and meeting consumer expectations for green products.JEL: D23.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak workload terhadap Individual Performance dimediasi Burnout oleh moderasi Psychological Capital pada karyawan Mega Finance Cabang Jombang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuntitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling pada semua populasi karyawan Mega Finance Cabang Jombang yang sebanyak 85 orang dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 85 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS versi 4.0). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan dari beban kerja terhadap kinerja individu. Kedua, terdapat dampak positif dan signifikan dari beban kerja terhadap burnout. Ketiga, adanya dampak negatif yang tidak signifikan dari burnout pada kinerja individu. Keempat, dampak negatif dengan tidak signifikannya dari beban kerja terhadap kinerja individu dapat diperlemah oleh psychological capital. Kelima, dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan dari burnout terhadap kinerja individu juga dapat diperlemah oleh psychological capital.

Abstract

PPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan supaya tahu effect entrepreneurial leadership terhadap individual performance dengan learning capacity sebagai mediasi pada usaha catering samaniah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berbentuk questioner dengan responden seluruh karyawan Usaha Catering Samaniah sebanyak 47. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yakmi purposive sampling. Pengujian penelitian ini mempergunakan path analysis serta guna menguji pengaruh variabel intervening menggunakan uji upsilon V dengan software Smart PLS versi 4.0. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil yang menunjukkan yakni (1) entrepreneurial leadership memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap learning capacity, (2) learning capacity tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap individual performance, (3) entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh yang positif terhadap individual performance.

Abstract

Digital technology can help industries face competition, particularly play a vital role in improving SMEs' performance. This study aims to investigate the relationship between digital leadership and SMEs' performance by examining digital capabilities, with a focus on the crucial roles of digital and innovation capabilities as mediators and entrepreneur orientation as a moderator. A survey technique was employed to identify Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Java. A total of 205 responses were collected and designed using Likert scale and the data were analysed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that digital leadership influences digital capability, which in turn influences SMEs performance. Additionally, innovation capability influences both digital leadership and SMEs performance. In addition, entrepreneur orientation cannot moderate the relationship between innovation capability and SMEs performance. However, entrepreneur orientation is able to mediate the relationship between digital capability and SMEs performance. This study considers among first studies addressing these critical relationships in this sector. Therefore, this study determines how leaders determine the ways to achieve improved SMEs performance. Ultimately, this study provides evidence of the importance of digital and innovation capabilities for competitiveness.
