Akupresur merupakan terapi yang menggunakan jari atau benda tumpul untuk merangsang titik-titik pada tubuh untuk menyeimbangkan energi. Akupresur telah diteliti memiliki efek yang efisien dalam mengurangi mual dan muntah selama kemoterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat terapi akupresur pada pasien cancer yang menjalani kemoterapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature riview yaitu penelitian yang mengkaji artikel-artikel ilmiah dengan mengintegrasikan dan menarik kesimpulan tentang efektivitas akupresur untuk mengurangi mual dan muntah pada pasien cancer yang menerima kemoterapi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil peneltian yang telah dilakukan peneliti terdahulu. Sumber data berupa artikel atau jurnal yang relevan dengan topik ini. Artikel yang diperolah berjumlah 14 artikel dari tahun 2023-2017. Pencarian data tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan database Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “akupresur pada kanker” Since Direct, Pubmed dan Proquest dengan kata kunci “acupressure and chemotherapy. Akupresur memiliki manfaat dapat mengurangi efek samping psikologis pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi seperti: stres, kecemasan dan depresi dan efek fisiologis salah satunya adalah mual muntah, nyeri, kelelahan, sesak nafas. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of family support before and after the action, the characteristics of family members, the influence of the action, and the effectiveness of the action of warm cinnamon and warm compresses on reducing the pain scale for rheumatoid arthritis. This research method is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design using a pre-test and post-test design with a warm compress control group. The sampling method in this study used total sampling, so the number of samples for each group was: 30 people for the control group and 30 people for the intervention group. This research began in September 2023 – February 2024. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests, the P-value was obtained, namely 0.000 < α = 0.05. In conclusion, there is the influence of family support before and after the action is taken, there is the influence of warm cinnamon compresses and warm compresses, then there is the effectiveness of warm cinnamon compresses and warm compresses on reducing the scale of rheumatoid arthritis pain. Teknologi telemedicine dapat membantu pasien, pekerja kesehatan dan lembaga kesehatan untuk saling berbagi informasi dengan mudah, cepat dan aman. Saat ini teknologi telemedicine yang berbasis pada jaringan telekomunikasi telah berkembang dan menjadi bagian dari dunia kesehatan. Telenursing adalah upaya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan dimana ada jarak secara fisik yang jauh antara perawat dan pasien, atau antar perawat. Telenursing merupakan bagian dari telehealth atau telemedicine dan beberapa bagian terkait dengan aplikasi bidang medis dan nonmedis seperti tele diagnosis, telekonsultasi dan telemonitoring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Studi sistematic Literature Review yakni dengan cara mencari literatur-literatur terkait tema yang diambil untuk mengidentifikasi literatur - literatur Nasional dan Internasional. Pencarian literatur Jurnal Nasional menggunakan penelusuran melalui Google Scholar Dan Neliti dengan kata kunci “TeleHealth” dan “Perawat”. Sedangkan untuk Pencarian Literatur Jurnal Internasional menggunakan penelusuran melalui Since Direct Dan PubMed dengan kata kunci “Nursing” OR “TeleHealth” Pencarian literatur ini dibatasi rentang tahun 2018-2022. Tinjauan ini dapat menjawab dari tujuan penelitian yaitu menemukan beberapa literatur- literatur untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih tentang intervensi yang dapat dilakukkan untuk individu maupun komunitas dalam pemakaian Tele Health Dan Tele Nursing. Untuk menerapkan telenursing di Indonesia secara maksimal tentu saja ada beberapa hal yang harus dipersiapkan.

Background: This is in accordance with findings from World Health Organization (2021), that poor communication and understanding within the team is approximately 70 - 80% errors in health services are caused by the phenomenon of poor communication in Indonesia and in the world. medical errors reached 4.1% - 91.6%. This is caused by an error 54% of prescriptions were given errorsdrug administration as much as 11%, and drug use incorrect as much as 46%. Interprofessional collaboration is partnerships between professions with backgrounds different education and work together to solve patient health problems as well provide needed health services. Aim: For know what an Interprofessional looks like Collaboration on Nurse Performance Satisfaction in world and in Indonesia through reviews from various literature. Methods: This study uses a literature review design. The data used were taken from four databases, Google Scholar, SinceDirect, Proquest, PubMed. and were searched based on specified inclusion and exclusion criteria. Article search results is presented in the PRISMA diagram. The articles obtained are then performed Critical Appraisal and due diligence using Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) tools, then analysed using the simplified thematic approach. Result: The search results obtained as many as 1.102 articles from the four databases. The search limit was in the form of Indonesian and English articles from 2018-2023. and a total of ten articles were researched. Conclusion: There are seven derivatives with several subtitles that the author has created explained among them are Interprofessional collaboration between nurses and doctors, Nurse satisfaction with interprofessional team members, Nurse-Doctor Collaboration, Moral Pressure, and Professional Autonomy to Satisfaction Nurses work as assistants. Implementation of nurse-doctor collaboration in inpatient rooms after the Covid-19 pandemic. Implementing interprofessional collaboration practice in improving nurse performance, interprofessional collaboration and nurse burnout. and the last one is the speak up method to improve interprofessional.

Background : Leadership style is a norm of the actor used by a person when the person tries to influence the behavior of others. Leadership style is appropriate if the company's goals have been communicated and subordinates have accepted them. A leader must apply a leadership style to manage his subordinates, because a leader will greatly influence the success of the organization in achieving its goals. The hospital is an integral part of a social and health organization with the function of providing comprehensive services, curative and preventive services to the community. Human resource management is the most important element in achieving organizational goals. Aim : to formulate how a leader influences his leadership style by paying attention to the management system in the hospital. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the results of research conducted by previous researchers. Data sources are in the form of articles or journals that are relevant to this topic. Method : The articles obtained amounted to 13 articles from 2021 - 2024. The data search was carried out using the Google Scholar database with the keywords "Leadership Against Management Systems" and Proquest with the keywords "Leadership and Management", ScienceDirect with the keywords "Leadership Style or Management System". Result : There is an influence of a leader in implementing his leadership style by paying attention to the management system in the hospital. Conclusion : All of this is related to the Performance of All Hospital Employees (Medical Personnel and Staff), the Performance of Medical Personnel on the Quality of Service in the Hospital, the Work Spirit of Hospital Employees, the Innovative Work Behavior of Hospital Employees, Leadership Style in Private Hospitals and State Hospitals.

Perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja merupakan permasalahan sosial dan kesehatan yang semakin memprihatinkan di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Sei Limbat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan arus globalisasi membuat remaja semakin mudah terpapar berbagai pengaruh yang dapat memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku mereka terhadap seksualitas. Kondisi ini menegaskan pentingnya peran ibu dalam memberikan arahan dan perlindungan agar remaja tidak terjerumus dalam perilaku berisiko. Ibu memiliki peran yang sangat penting melalui kedekatan emosional dan komunikasi terbuka dalam menanamkan nilai moral serta memberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi. Namun, hambatan seperti anggapan tabu, keterbatasan pengetahuan, dan kurangnya waktu sering kali mengurangi efektivitas peran tersebut. Upaya peningkatan kesadaran orang tua, penguatan komunikasi dalam keluarga, serta keterlibatan sekolah, masyarakat, dan pemerintah desa menjadi strategi penting dalam mencegah perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja.

ABSTRACT Telemedicine technology can help patients, health workers and health institutions to share information easily, quickly and safely. Currently telemedicine technology based on telecommunications networks has developed and become part of the world of health. Telenursing is an effort to use information technology in providing nursing services where there is a large physical distance between nurses and patients, or between nurses. Telenursing is part of telehealth or telemedicine and several parts are related to medical and non-medical applications such as telediagnosis, teleconsultation and telemonitoring. This study uses a systematic Literature Review Study approach, namely by searching for literature related to the theme taken to identify national and international literature. The National Journal literature search used a search through Google Scholar and Neliti with the keywords "TeleHealth" and "Nurse". Meanwhile, the International Journal Literature Search uses searches through Since Direct and PubMed with the keywords "Nursing" OR "TeleHealth". The literature search is limited to the year 2018-2022. This review can answer the research objectives, namely finding some literature to gain a deeper understanding of interventions that can be carried out for individuals and communities in the use of Tele Health and Tele Nursing. To fully implement telenursing in Indonesia, of course, there are several things that must be prepared. Keywords: Tele Medicine, Tele Nursing, Information Technology
