Abstract

Stunting outreach activities among the community and mothers in Nyama Hamlet were carried out by KKN students at Pattimura University-PSDKU Southwest Maluku as a form of community service. Socialization activities are one of the activities that aim to provide understanding and knowledge to the community and mothers that the problem of stunting is a very important problem for the health of toddlers and children. This socialization was carried out in the form of lectures and questions and answers, this activity was held on August 20 2022, involving the community and specifically mothers in Nyama Hamlet, lasting 1 hour 30 minutes (11:00 – 01:00 WIT). With the aim of providing enlightenment and understanding to the public about the problem of stunting, the causes of stunting and how to prevent stunting in toddlers and children. This activity, carried out by lecturers and several students as a KKN Team, is expected to build awareness and provide a good perspective on preventing stunting which can start from the family itself and the community's contribution in supporting the government to prevent stunting which affects the next generation of Indonesians. This is deemed necessary to create a healthy, intelligent and superior generation in Nyama Hamlet.

Abstract

The presence of this independent learning curriculum is a challenge in itself for teachers in 3T (Frontier, Remote and Disadvantaged) areas, including at SD Inpres Tomra, which is an area classified as a border area. Frontier, Remote and Disadvantaged Regions are the outermost regions in Indonesia, basically there are 122 regions in Indonesia that are included in the 3T region, one of which is Southwest Maluku Regency, Pulau Letti District. The aim of community service is to add new understanding to the teachers at SD Inpres Tomra regarding the application and implementation of the independent learning curriculum in elementary schools. Methods Used This community service activity is carried out based on the following stages: Pre-activity, 2). Implementation of Activities, 3). Post-Activity. Teachers in border areas, especially at SD Inpres Tomra, really need socialization about the independent curriculum so they can increase their insight and knowledge about the implementation of the independent learning curriculum. Based on the results of the socialization carried out, there is an increase in teacher understanding and in-depth knowledge about the independent learning curriculum and its implementation in elementary schools so that the learning process can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togethe (NHT) pada siswa kelas IV SD Kristen Patti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru di dalam kelasnya sendiri melalui refleksi diri dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya sebagai guru, sehingga hasil belajar siswa jadi meningkat (Aqib, Zainal:2010). Subjek Penlitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Kristen Patti yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Setelah proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Kristen Patti. peningkatan hasil belajar dapat dilihat peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa secara keseluruhan. Nilai rata-rata tes awal 49,41, meningkat pada siklus I setelah guru menerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 66,47. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 82,94. Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dikatakan berhasil.
