Abstract

The Student Community Service was carried out in Pasar Pedati Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, to be precise in Hamlet 2 because there are still many people who plant cassava. For the marketing of cassava itself there it is relatively unstable, sometimes it goes up and down according to consumer demand and there are also places where cassava plants are processed into flour but they also experience problems for marketing, therefore to help improve the economy of our society we make innovations in processed food made from cassava so that the community can directly make processed cakes from cassava so that in this way the community can process cassava crops and sell processed cakes to help the economy. Student community service activities aim to provide knowledge to the community about cassava processing and practice how to make Colorful Hypnotic snacks.The settlement method is by making cassava into snacks. This student community service activity (PMM) from the Pasar Pedati Village officials gave appreciation for wanting to visit and choosing Pasar Pedati Village as a place for student community service to share knowledge, and have held direct practice on how how to make this colorful hypnotic cake. After that there was a presentation represented by one of the village officials he hoped that this activity would not only end here but could establish friendship so that when there were people experiencing difficulties or problems in processing or marketing cassava they could work together whether there was a bazaar or other activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dari citra merek dan bauran pemasaran terhadapkeputusan pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah metode kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan tipe penyelidikan hubungan kausal, menggunakan teknikanalisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) software SmartPLS 3.0 .Adapun teknik penentuan sampel yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan samplingpurposive dengan total 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkanbahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Citra merek berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan pelanggan. Bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang.Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Citra merekberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh Profitabilitas (Return on Assets), Leverage (Debt to Asset Ratio) dan Struktur modal (Debt to Equity Ratio) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price book value) pada perusahaan pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018-2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertanian yang sudah dan masih terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purpose sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y= 0,980 + 0,764X1 – 0,338X2 + 0,112X3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) variabel Return on Assets dan Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Price Book Value, untuk Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Book Value. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Kemampuan variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DAR) dan struktur modal (DER) dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel nilai perusahaan (PBV) adalah sebesar 43,4% sisanya sebesar 56,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. Kata Kunci: Price book value, Return on Assets, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability (Return on Assets), Leverage (Debt to Asset Ratio) and capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on company value (Price book value) in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 period. -2022. The population of this research is agricultural companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The research data collection method uses library study and documentation techniques. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show Y= 0.980 + 0.764X1 – 0.338X2 + 0.112X3. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t-test), the variables Return on Assets and Debt to Asset Ratio have no significant effect on Price Book Value, while Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Price Book Value. Based on the results of the F Test, it shows that the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Price Book Value (PBV) of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ability of the variables profitability (ROA), leverage (DAR) and capital structure (DER) in explaining variations in the variable firm value (PBV) is 43.4%, the remaining 56.6% is explained by other variables outside the model.
