Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness of the bank at PT. Bank Rakyat Republik, Tbk which is seen from risk profile factors, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital during the period 2013-2017. The method of data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. In the results of data analysis, it can be explained that the soundness of the bank at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, judging from the risk profile factor, shows that the bank's NPL below 2% with a very healthy predicate and the majority of bank LDR predicate is quite healty. The factor of good corporate governance shows that the bank has a very trusted title. The earnings factor shows that bank ROA of more than 1.5% with a very healthy predicate and bank NIM of more than 3% with a very healthy predicate. The capital factor shows that the bank CAR of more than 12% has a ver healthy predicate. So that the assessment of the soundness of the bank at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk seen fromrisk profile factors, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital during the period 2013-2017 with an average value of 93,99% included in the category of “Very Healthy” or composite rating 1 (PK-1)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of advertising on Instagram social media and celebrity endorsements on purchasing interest in Dear Me Beauty products in Langsa City. This research used a sample of 96 respondents with the criteria for respondents who used Dear Me Beauty products in the Langsa City area and were aged 17 years and over. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of the t-test state that the advertising variable on Instagram social media has a significant effect on buying interest in Dear Me Beauty products in Langsa City, and the celebrity endorsement variable has a significant impact on buying interest in Dear Me Beauty products in Langsa City. The results of the F test state that advertisements on Instagram social media and celebrity endorsements simultaneously significantly affect purchasing interest in Dear Me Beauty products in Langsa City. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effecttrust in fintech payment services, benefits of fintech payment services and ease of fintech payment serviceson the financial management behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Samudra University. The sample in this study consisted of 91 students. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The regression equation is Y = 1.533 + 0.063X1 + 0.361X2 + 0.202X3.trust in fintech payment services, benefits of fintech payment services and ease of fintech payment servicespartially has a significant effect on financial management behavior.trust in fintech payment services, benefits of fintech payment services and ease of fintech payment servicessimultaneously has a significant effect on financial management behavior. Adjusted R2 is 0.350. That is, variabletrust in fintech payment services, the benefits of fintech payment services and the ease of fintech payment services influenceFinancial management behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Samudra University is 35%, while the remaining 65% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on company value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in energy companies listed on the BEI in 2017-2021. The population in this study was all energy companies totaling 76 companies and the sample used was 10 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis, t test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show Y= 1.195 + 4.881X1 – 0.064X2 + 0.242X3. Based on the t test results, profitability, liquidity and leverage have a significant effect on company value. The results of Moderated Regression Analysis show that dividend policy is able to moderate the influence of profitability and liquidity on firm value, while dividend policy is unable to moderate the influence of leverage on firm value. The results of the coefficient of determination for the profitability, liquidity and leverage variables have an influence of 24.8% on company value, while the remaining 75.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of several factors that are seen as influencing people's behavior in managing finances, with intention as an intervening variable. Independent variables include financial literacy, financial attitudes, and sources of income. The research location was in Yusuf Hasyem Hamlet, Gampong Tengoh - Langsa City, with 100 households as respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination and Sobel test. The results of the multiple linear regression show that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and identified intentions have a positive effect on people's financial management behavior; while the source of income has a negative effect on financial management behavior. Based on the results of the t-test, it is proven that financial literacy has no significant effect on financial management behavior; but on financial attitudes, sources of income and intentions proved to have a significant effect on financial management behavior. The results of the F-test show that financial literacy, financial attitudes, sources of income and intentions simultaneously have a significant effect on financial management behavior. Based on the results of the Sobel test, it was found that intention was not able to mediate financial literacy and income sources on financial management behavior, but was able to mediate financial attitudes towards financial management behavior. The results of the coefficient of determination of financial literacy, financial attitudes, sources of income and intention to contribute 20.8% while the remaining 79.2% are influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

Abstract

Perusahaan properti dan konstruksi merupakan sektor perusahaan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, menjalankan proyek-proyek yang sedang berjalan, terutama ketika Indonesia sedang aktif membangun infrastruktur negara. Menurut para analis, perusahaan properti dan konstruksi memiliki potensi kinerja keungan yang lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel fundamental pada perusahaan properti dan konstruksi. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 8 perusahaan properti dan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio keuangan didapatkan hasil bahwa likuiditas dengan menggunakan Current Ratio dan Cash Ratio bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik karena mampu untuk melunasi kewajibannya pada saat jatuh tempo dengan aktiva yang dimilikinya. Perusahaan dianggap tidak akan mengalami kesulitan keuangan dan mampu melunasi seluruh kewajibannya pada saat kewajiban tersebut jatuh tempo. Solvabilitas dengan mengguankan Debt Ratio dan Debt Equity Ratio didaptkan hasil secara kesuluruhan perushaan masih bergantung terhadap modal asing untuk membiayai aktivitas bisnisnya dibandingkan dengan kemampuan dari perusahaan sendiri. Profitabilitas dengan menggunakan Return On Asset Ratio dan Net Profit Margin didapatkan hasil bahwa perusahaan masih belum mampu menghasilkan profit dari aktiva perusahaan ataupun aktivitas bisnisnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan pelaku UMKM di Langsa Kota (usaha pakaian jadi). Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 73 pelaku UMKM di Langsa Kota yang masih aktif dan sampelnya berjumlah 73 pelaku UMKM. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y = 1.108 - 0.128X1 + 0.391X2 + 0.440X3 Konstanta bernilai 1.108 merupakan nilai perilaku keuangan pada pelaku UMKM apabila literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan pendapatan bernilai tetap. Koefisien regresi variabel inklusi keuangan dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku keuangan tetapi untuk variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku keuangan. Hasil penelitian untuk uji t untuk variabel inklusi keuangan dan pendapatan diperoleh t sig < 0.05 sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan akan tetapi untuk variabel literasi keuangan diperoleh t sig > 0.05 yang berarti literasi keuangan berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan pendapatan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. untuk hasil uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 54% yang berarti bahwa perilaku perilaku keuangan dipengaruhi sebesar 54% oleh variabel literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan pendapatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income and risk perception on the intention to save in Islamic banking in the Mandailing Natal District. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation, namely Y = 5.199 + 0.150X1 + 0.351X2. From the t test it is known that income and perceived risk partially have a significant1 effect on the intention to save in Islamic banking in the Mandailing Natal District. From the F test it is known that income and risk perception simultaneously have a significant1 effect on the intention to save in Islamic banking in Mandailing Natal Regency. Income and risk perception affect the intention to save in Islamic banking in Mandailing Natal Regency by 58.6%, while the remaining 41.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers in purchasing halal-labeled products in West Langsa District. The method used is quantitative and qualitative data, with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. The number of respondents was determined at 100 people, selected using accidental random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the t test show that product knowledge and perception of the halal label have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase products labeled halal, while religiosity has a positive and insignificant influence on the decision to purchase products labeled halal. The results of the F test show that product knowledge, perception of halal labels, and religiosity together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for products labeled halal. The independent variable that has the greatest influence on the decision to purchase halal products is product knowledge. It is recommended that companies provide more detailed information on their products, such as composition, benefits, content and so on. In order to give consumers more confidence regarding the products they will use.
