Abstract

The Student Community Service was carried out in Pasar Pedati Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, to be precise in Hamlet 2 because there are still many people who plant cassava. For the marketing of cassava itself there it is relatively unstable, sometimes it goes up and down according to consumer demand and there are also places where cassava plants are processed into flour but they also experience problems for marketing, therefore to help improve the economy of our society we make innovations in processed food made from cassava so that the community can directly make processed cakes from cassava so that in this way the community can process cassava crops and sell processed cakes to help the economy. Student community service activities aim to provide knowledge to the community about cassava processing and practice how to make Colorful Hypnotic snacks.The settlement method is by making cassava into snacks. This student community service activity (PMM) from the Pasar Pedati Village officials gave appreciation for wanting to visit and choosing Pasar Pedati Village as a place for student community service to share knowledge, and have held direct practice on how how to make this colorful hypnotic cake. After that there was a presentation represented by one of the village officials he hoped that this activity would not only end here but could establish friendship so that when there were people experiencing difficulties or problems in processing or marketing cassava they could work together whether there was a bazaar or other activities.

Abstract

SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk di bawah naungan Yayasan Akademi Peradaban Desa Dangau Datuk merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berbasis Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian dengan Visinya mendidik generasi berperadaban. Sistem pembelajaran di SMK ini lebih banyak praktik di lapangan, dimana terdapat bangunan yang mendukung kegiatan siswa-siswanya untuk praktik pengolahan produk menjadi barang jadi. Salah satu bahan hasil pertanian yang berpotensi adalah kopi, dimana kopi memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Sehingga perlunya pelatihan dan sosialisasi diversifikasi pangan berbasis kopi. Selama ini kopi hanya dijadikan olahan minuman saja, padahal kopi juga dapat dikembangkan menjadi olahan unik salah satunya selai kopi dan klepon kopi. Pelatihan pengolahan selai kopi dan klepon kopi di SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa-siswi di SMK tersebut.Kata Kunci: pengembangan produk, olahan kopi, selai kopi, klepon kopi

Abstract

Pergeseran pola hidup masyarakat akan pentingnya lingkungan dan kesehatan telah meningkatkan minat terhadap produk organik, termasuk dalam konsumsi sayur-mayur. Sebab, penggunaan pestisida pada budidaya sawi pahit an-organik dapat menghasilkan residu yang kurang aman dan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengimplementasikan budidaya secara organik pada tanaman sawi pahit menggunakan eco enzyme. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasi dengan tahapan penyediaan alat, pupuk organik cair, penanaman benih, pengaplikasian eco enzyme, pemeliharaan tanaman, dan pemanenan serta analisis pendapat usaha. Hasil pengukuran berat basah menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan rasio E5 memberikan hasil terbaik, yakni 80 ml EE pada 1 liter air. Hasil analisis pendapatan usaha pertanian organik sawi pahit menujukkan bahwa total pendapatan usaha pertanian organik sawi pahit sebesar Rp. 226.700 atau 68,38% dari total biaya produksi. Budidaya organik dengan eco enzyme merupakan solusi nyata menuju pangan sehat dan sebagai model pertanian yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pendapatan kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat  (KUR). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pagar Dewa sampel yang diambil menggunakan sensus yakni 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yakni menggunakan analisi pendapatan. Pendapatan petani kelapa sawit sebelum meminjam  Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 104.953.051 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.247.653. Sedangaka total Pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 206.052.366 dengan rata – rata Rp 10.302.618. dan  peningkatan yang diterima petani kelapa sawit setelah meminjam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebesar Rp 101.099.315 dengan rata – rata Rp 5.054.966.

Abstract

This Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) Work Program in Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu 2023 was held at the Department of Food Crops Horticulture and Plantations UPTD BITPHPP in Tabalagan Village, Semidang Lagan District, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The work program carried out during this KKN period is "Introduction of Vegetative Propagation of Fruit Plant Seedlings to the Tabalagan Village Community ". This work program aims to make the community aware of how to propagate fruit plants effectively and efficiently. So that the output that you want to produce from this activity is a scientific article in the Journal of Community Service, a video of activities published on GoogleDrive and a Final Report in the form of a Report on the Results of the Implementation of UNIVED Bengkulu Thematic KKN Period 1. The methods used in Thematic KKN are participation, observation, interview, literature study and documentation.

Abstract

Kopi Janji Jiwa, located in Bengkulu City, has become part of the coffee-loving community, with various menu variants offered, making more and more consumers come, the menu offered at Kopi Janji Jiwa is very diverse, starting from menus containing coffee, without coffee, earl gray series, soeram series, berry series, pandan series and the newest series, namely the milk tea series. The decision to purchase a product is the final action in the process of purchasing a product. Producers must understand what consumers actually expect from a product, so they can carry out appropriate marketing strategies to achieve sales goals. Several factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions include price, product, consumer tastes, location and promotion. This research aims to analyze purchasing decisions at Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City and to analyze factors related to purchasing decisions for Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City. Determining the research location was carried out purposively, using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis which aims to answer the first objective of this research, namely the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City. To analyze factors related to purchasing decisions, non-parametric statistical analysis methods are used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test. To find out whether there is a relationship between variable X and variable Y, a non-parametric statistical analysis tool is used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test (Rs). The results of this research, namely answering the first problem formulation with the Purchase Decision Assessment, have a final score of 4.04, which means it is included in the good category. Factors related to the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee are product, price, place and promotion with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee having a very significant relationship with a strong relationship with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the income and efficiency of robusta coffee farming conducted by farmers in Lubuk Saung Village, Seberang Musi District, Kepahiang Regency. Methodology: The research was conducted in May 2024 using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 69 robusta coffee farmers. Results: The average robusta coffee production per hectare per year is 463 kg, generating a total revenue of IDR 27,786,086 annually. Average production costs are IDR 2,379,405.80, resulting in a net income of IDR 25,406,682 per hectare per year. Findings: The R/C ratio of 1.18 indicates that every IDR 1 spent generates IDR 1.18 in revenue. Originality: This research highlights the economic feasibility of robusta coffee farming. Novelty: It provides detailed financial analysis for local farming practices. Conclusion: Robusta coffee farming in Lubuk Saung is profitable and efficient. Type of Paper: Empirical research.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze procurement, inventory levels, economic order quantity (EOQ), and factors influencing the stock of pelus fish (Anguilla marmorata) at Pondok Makan Khas Aik Nelengau, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency. Methodology: The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Procurement is sourced from markets and subscriptions, with a volume of 20–30 kg/month and a price range of IDR 80,000–100,000/kg. The average inventory level scored 27.58 (high category). EOQ was 34.8 kg/month. Influencing factors include price (X1), raw material availability (X2), consumer preference (X3), demand for gulai (X4), and weather (X5), while distance (X6) was insignificant. Finding and Novelty: The study identifies EOQ and specific factors affecting pelus fish inventory. Originality: Offers insights into inventory management based on local raw materials. Conclusions: Optimizing pelus fish inventory management requires focusing on price, availability, and market demand. Type of Paper: Empirical Research Paper

Abstract

Durian (Durio zibethinus) is a tropical plant that produces delicious fruit that is very popular. During the fruiting season, many durians are marketed fresh at varying prices. In general, durian fruit is consumed fresh and only a few are processed into processed products. For farmers, one of the problems they face is the high difference between selling prices at the farmer level and retail selling prices. Apart from that, the technology for processing durian fruit is very limited so farmers are forced to sell it fresh at prices determined by collecting traders. And the aim is to find out consumer attitudes towards soft durian products in the Giwi Gewi souvenir shop, Bengkulu City, and to find out consumer behavior towards soft durian products in the Giwi Gewi souvenir shop, Bengkulu City. Based on the results of research analysis using analysis, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: The average respondent assessment of attitudes is 3.03. The average respondent assessment of behavior is 0.79 with the highest percentage being 100%. The N value or number of respondents is 96, the race value is 25 for attitude and six for behavior, the minimum value is 13 for attitude and four for behavior. , the respective numbers are attitudes 2918 and behavior 767, the mean or mean for each is 30.40 for attitudes and 7.99 for behavior.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the important things in marketing. If consumers feel satisfied with a product from a restaurant, generally the consumer will continue to buy and consume. The aim of this research is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with fresh, beautiful kalamansi syrup at the Sari Rasa gift shop in Bengkulu City. Based on research on the level of consumer satisfaction with fresh, beautiful kalamansi syrup in the Sari Rasa gift shop in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that the level of consumer satisfaction with fresh, beautiful kalamansi syrup in the Sari Rasa gift shop in Bengkulu City is going well. then the consumer satisfaction index averages 3.79 in the good category
