Abstract

The purpose of a purchasing decision is a process where consumers recognize their problems, seek information about certain products or brands and evaluate whether each of these alternatives can solve their problems which then leads to a purchase decision. Through brand image and promotion, it is expected to be able to attract customers in making purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory, which focuses on analyzing the effect of brand image and promotion variables on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were residents of Mijen District, Semarang City. While the sample was taken 3% of the total population of 1792 IndiHome users, namely 60 respondents. The sampling technique uses area random sampling. In collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and observation. Before statistical analysis, displayed in mono tables and cross tables, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. From the research that has been done, it results that the brand image in Mijen District is in the high category (80.97%), promotional variables are in the medium category with (56.96%), and purchasing decisions are in the high category (91.45%). Through hypothesis testing carried out using product moment correlation techniques with the research results being r_ (x_1 y) = 0.304 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between brand image on purchasing decisions in Mijen District. While r_(x_2 y) = 0.635 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between promotion on purchasing decisions in Mijen District. While r_(x_(1x_2)y) = 0.638 after being consulted with the r table at the 5% confidence level (0.254) with N = 60, it can be said that r count is greater than r table. Thus it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions in Mijen District.

Leaders are expected to open up two-way communication so that employees can fully understand the Company's goals in achieving performance. Companies need to have a clear and consistent approach to employee discipline to ensure that employees understand company policies and comply with performance expectations. In addition, employee discipline helps identify and correct behavior or actions that are detrimental to the organization

Abstract

Environmental adaptability is the ability, flexibility in dealing with changes and challenges that occur in the company's external environment. Therefore, environmental adaptability is one of the factors that affect competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is the ability of a company to achieve economic profit above the profit that can be achieved by competitors in the market in the same industry. Marketing performance is also influenced by the company's environment, the success of a company can be seen from how the company faces the pressure of environmental effects in the face of a competitive market. Research was conducted on several batik SMEs in Semarang that created Semarangan Batik. A total of 40 SMEs were used as research samples. Questionnaire instruments were used to collect research data. Path analysis was used to test the influence of these variables. The results showed that environmental adaptability has a positive influence on competitive advantage, market orientation also has a positive influence on marketing performance, competitive advantage also has a positive influence on marketing performance. It is concluded that competitive advantage can mediate the effect of market orientation on marketing performance.

Abstract

Faktor – faktor yang mempengruhi produktivitas kerja driver Grab bike komunitas rumpun online Semarang yaitu komitmen organisasi dan system reward. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan bukti empiris yang menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja driver Grab bike studi pada komunita srumpun online Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai kumulatif komitmen organisasi aadalah sebesar 89,29% yang bermasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Nilai kumulatif system reward adalah 76,83% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan nilai kumulatif produktivitas kerja adalah 83,94% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh koefisien korelasi ganda pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward terhadap produktifitas kerja driver Grab bike adalah sebesar 0,750. Hasil uji F sebesar 43,7 (> F tabel 3,13), yang menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja driver Grab bike (studi pada komunitas rumpun online Semarang) secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The research aims to, Analyze whether the variable partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on Islamic Banking at KB Bank Syariah, Determine and analyze whether the variable service quality simultaneously influence on customer satisfaction on islamic Banking at KB Bank Syariah, Knowing which variables amorrg the service variable most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on Islamic Banking at KB Bank Syariah. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression test and subsequently used the F-test, T and dominant to see the effect of each. The research results indicate that the value of F-test (3,722) > F table (2,437) this indicates that variable Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy simultaneously (together) effect on customer satisfaction. While the partial test for Tagibles variable (X1) where t test (1,232)> t table (2,577) this indicated that Tangibles no effect on customer satisfaction. For Reliability (X2), t test (3,428) > t table (2,571), that affect the reliability of customer satisfaction. For variable Responsiveness (X3), t test (-0.390) > t table (2,571) Responsiveness no effect on customer satisfaction. To Guarantee (X4), t test (0,549) > t table (2,571), variable warranty does not affect the customer satisfaction. For variable Empathy (X5) regression coefficient of -0,103, the t test (- 0,664 > t table (2,571) and a variable Empathy has no effect on customer satisfaction While the dominant variable in the quality of services that affect customer satisfaction on Islamic banking at KB Bank Syariah is variable Assurance (x4) with a contribution of 51%.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in coastal areas generally face challenges in managing business finances effectively due to low financial literacy and the absence of simple accounting records. This community service program aims to improve financial literacy and daily financial recording skills among MSMEs in Mangkang Wetan Subdistrict, Tugu District, Semarang City. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through a participatory training approach and field assistance. The activities include problem identification, training sessions, recording simulations, and field visits over a two-week period. Evaluation results show that participants experienced an average score increase of 43.2% from pre-test to post-test in terms of financial literacy understanding. A total of 64% of participants began independently recording their daily finances. In addition to improved knowledge and skills, there was also a shift in attitudes regarding the importance of financial record-keeping and the emergence of initiatives to share this good practice with fellow entrepreneurs. Challenges such as low consistency and limited digital access remain concerns in ensuring program sustainability. Therefore, synergy between academics, the government, and local communities is needed to create a sustainable and inclusive financial literacy ecosystem.
