Abstract

PCR adalah salah satu metode untuk mendeteksi keberadaan mikroba dalam tubuh. Dibanding metode lain, metode ini tergolong akurat, cepat, dan bisa diandalkan. Keuntungan PCR lainnya adalah sekuens DNA dari mikroba atau strain infeksi yang baru ditemukan. Selanjutnya data DNA yang ditemukan tersebut dilakukan pencarian masuk pada jenis DNA apa, sehingga dibutuhkan metode yang optimal. Sekuensing DNA dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menentukan identitas maupun fungsi gen atau fragmen DNA lainnya dengan cara membandingkan sekuens-nya dengan sekuens DNA lain yang sudah diketahui. Integrasi Seleksi data dan Extreme Learning Machine ini dipilih sebagai metode untuk klasifikasi DNA karena data DNA merupakan data yang besar serta karakteristik datanya yang kebanyakan adalah data yang imbalance. Pada proses penelitian data yang akan diolah terlebih dahulu diuraikan fragmennya, selanjutnya dilakukan ekstraksi fitur, kemudian dilakukan proses klasifikasi. Hasil dari pengklasifikasian tersebut diperoleh precision, recall, gmean, dan akurasi masing-masing sebesar 0.818, 1, 0.9045, dan 0.90.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the algebraic thinking process of grade VIII MTs students in solving algebraic problems based on Taksonomi Solo seen from gender differences in students with high mathematical abilities. The research was carried out in the eighth grade of Miftahul Huda MTs in Kediri Regency. The research subjects consisted of two students, namely women and men with high abilities. Subjects were chosen based on information from the teacher regarding mathematical abilities and the willingness and openness of the subject to be interviewed about the task of algebra problems. The results of the study showed that female students with high abilities fulfilled the indicators of algebraic thinking, namely finding certain tribes and generalizing the given patterns and understanding the role of variables as numbers that are known in algebraic form, equations and inequalities. Whereas male students with high abilities only fulfill the indicators of algebraic thinking, namely finding certain tribes in the given pattern.

Abstract

The thinking process of each student varies in solving mathematical problems. The process of thinking in this study are grouped into three conceptual thought process, semikonseptual, and computational. The objectives of this research are to investigate the thinking process of IT student with the high logical-mathematical intelligence in solving kombinatorial problems, the thinking process of IT student with the moderate logical-mathematical intelligence in solving kombinatorial problems, the thinking process of IT student with the low logical-mathematical intelligence in solving kombinatorial problems. This research is descriptive qualitative whichdescribes the process of thinking of students in solving mathematicalproblems on material kombinatorial. The data collection method in this study using tests and interviews. Subjects of this study were six students from 1D grade IT of Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri and represented two student with the high logical-mathematical intelligence, two student with the moderate logical-mathematical intelligence and two student with the low logical-mathematical intelligence. Data analysistechnique used Miles and Huberman, data reduction, display, andconclusion drawing / verification. Based on the analysis we concluded thatstudents with high logical-mathematical intelligence haveconceptualthought process, the thinking process of student with the moderate logical-mathematical intelligence no identified, students with low logical-mathematical intelligence have computationalthought process.

Abstract

Of the many forecasting methods or forecasting, the Linear Regression Method can be used to predict or predict the number of new students or students in the new academic year at the Islamic Junior High School "Al-H****h in Malang Regency. This study uses the MAD, MSE, and MAPE approaches. The data used is historical data on the number of students obtained for 9 years starting from the 2013-2014 school year until the 2021-2022 school year. By estimating or forecasting, helping the school, especially the AL-H****h Islamic Junior High School, know the number of new students accepted at the school in the 2022-2023 school year.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia currently still uses textbooks as teaching materials. On the other hand, students are required to have the ability to think critically, collaborate, communicate, and be creative. However, the textbooks used in schools today still have weaknesses, mainly mathematics textbooks. One of the weaknesses found is that there are only a small number of practice questions in the mathematics textbook, which can be grouped into HOTS questions. Based on this, this research was conducted to describe the distribution of HOTS-type questions in the 2017 revised edition of the Vocational High School (SMK) mathematics textbook for class X semester one published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in the material Three-Variable Linear Equation System. The research was reviewed based on the definition of HOTS questions according to Brookhart (2014), namely analyzing, evaluating, creating, reasoning and logic, making decisions, solving problems, and thinking creatively. The approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach with the researcher's agreement technique using a formula. There are 20 questions used in this study. The results of this study are that 20 questions are said to include HOTS questions with the fulfillment of HOTS question indicators, according to Brookhart, and the results of the agreement of the two analysts.

Abstract

Objektif. Kementerian Pertanian Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi oleh petani dengan target 65-80% pada tahun 2020 dan 80-95% pada tahun 2024. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan ekonomi dalam sektor pertanian yang merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan klasifikasi kualitas cabai berbasis citra. Material and Metode. Dalam penelitian ini algoritma Gradien Boosting digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi citra cabai. Untuk simulasinya menggunakan aplikasi python. Hasil. Rata-rata performa dari Gradient Boosting cukup baik untuk klasifikasi kualitas cabai berbasis citra. Akan tetapi pada kasus kelas “dried” selalu ada perbedaan dibandingkan kelas lain, karena banyak datanya jauh lebih besar dibandingkan yang lain, serta vasriasi data citranya lebih banyak. Kesimpulan. Performa dari Gradien boosting cukup baik untuk klasifikasi kualitas cabai dengan nilai precision, recall, F-Score dan akurasinya adalah sekitar 69,7%, 69,1% 69,7%, dan 76%

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan di bidang hukum, Mahkamah Agung RI memerintahkan seluruh Lembaga Peradilan untuk menyediakan fasilitas meja informasi (information desk). Penelitian ini dilakukan di lembaga peradilan yaitu di Kantor Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para pihak pencari keadilan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas Meja Informasi Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Kediri. Analisis tingkat kepuasannya menggunakan pendekatan metode fuzzy servqual (Service Quality) yang dibantu menggunakan aplikasi MATLAB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata penilaian masyarakat terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi pelayanan di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Kediri adalah baik, artinya pelayanan yang diberikan telah memenuhi harapan masyarakat.
