Abstract

Freedom of learning is freedom of thought, starting from teacher respecting learning changes in educational institutions in elementary, secondary, and tertiary schools. Teaching assistance is one of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programs launched by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture. The teaching assistance program can be taken by students who have taken at least 80 credits of courses and get approval from the academic supervisor and head of the study program. This study used the Triangulation interview method conducted at SMKN 2 Jombang. The results of this research are positive and good for SMKN 2 Jombang. This is because students participate in helping with school activities, can help teachers with additional tasks, and can exchange knowledge with teachers. This program not only has an impact on SMKN 2 Jombang, but this teaching assistance activity also has an impact on students. With this activity, students can find out about school conditions and student character and gain experience on how to become a teacher. This experience can be a provision for students to become teachers in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is empowering education with analyze pre-service training to realize and improve teachers apprentice professionalism in the 21st century. Research method used is quantitative with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. Respondents were taken from students who were active at Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University. Total number of respondents reached 160 apprentice teachers. Steps include research process, research problem, literature review, research questions, research design, quantitative design with surveys, sampling, instruments, data analysis, interpretation, conclusions, and future research. Results include: (a) 26% usability of features integrated with training topics; (b) 24% convenience of interacting with the user interface in training; (c) 25% accuracy in selecting training materials according to needs; and (d) 25% interesting of interactive multimedia-based training interactions. Improvement in the quality of apprentice teachers can be seen from their professional performance by conducting regular training efforts that are tailored to current needs of 21st century educators.

Abstract

Methods off drill is to teach by providing that students need to learn to acquiree a particulare skills. Student can not directly make a female body pattern correctly using Porrie system, but the exercises are needed starting from learning the step of making patterns, making body pattern lines, adjusting body pattern using 1: 4 scale. in SMKN 2 Jombang there are obstacles in class XI students in the 2018/2019 school year students lack understanding in making Porrie system body patterns because when class X the pattern construction lesson uses the KTSP curriculum in accordance with the lesson plans given by the teacher is making a practical system body pattern. This Porrie system has a higher level of difficulty and complexity than making practical system patterns. The research objective was to determine whether there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the construction of the Porrie system women's archetypal construction. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research (CAR). The experiment was conducted in SMKN 2 Jombang in class XI Clothing 2 were 31 students. Data collection through pre-test and post-test with 4 stages of data collection in every 20 minutes of learning. The result showed by average increased of 13,7% from exercise phase 1 to exercise phase 2, 5,3% from exercise phase 3 to exercise phase 4. Based on classical completeness there was a significant of 70,8% from phase 1 to phase 4. (with KKM result 70 individual completeness and 70% classical completeness).
