Abstract

Abstract: VHS Graduated in the manufacturing industry occupies the job of CNC Operator position. The demands needs are in the manufacturing sector, labor has to professional competence. This study aims to identify and describe careers in the VHS Graduated Mechanical Engineering Program of CNC Operator Position. This study uses qualitative research, a multicase study type of research. The results of the research, include: (1) the work and competence of CNC Operator position, sets the machine, make programs, operates the machine; (2) incentives of CNC Operator position, obtained based on grade and holiday incentives; (3) salary of CNC Operator position, range earned by a technician is above the UMK in which area the industry is located.Abstrak: Lulusan SMK pada industri manufaktur menempati pekerjaan pada jabatan Operator CNC. Tuntutan dalam kebutuhan industri pada bidang manufaktur fabrikasi menghendaki seluruh karyawan mempunyai kompetensi yang profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan karier jabatan Operator CNC pada lulusan SMK Teknik Pemesinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian multikasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan (1) pekerjaan dan kompetensi Operator CNC, yang meliputi pekerjaan: mengeset mesin CNC, pembuatan program, dan mengoperasikan mesin CNC; (2) Insentif yang didapatkan pada jabatan Operator CNC, meliputi insentif berdasarkan grade dan insentif hari raya; (3) rentang gaji yang didapatkan oleh jabatan Operator CNC menyesuaikan UMK daerah industri berada.

Abstract

Abstract: Vocational High School is an educational institution that plays an important role in forming and producing reliable and skilled human resources who are ready to work. The existence of SMK must be relevant to the potential of the region as a support in improving the regional economy and utilizing the potential of the region. The purpose of this study was to find out the relevance of Vocational High Schools (SMK) with regional potential and with the needs of the community and local industry in Paser Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, using interviews, documentation, and observation methods. The results obtained are that the public's interest in SMK is very high and some majors are still not relevant to the needs of the community and regional potential and the mining and plantation sectors still dominate income in Paser Regency.Abstrak: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan instansi pendidikan yang berperan penting dalam membentuk dan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang handala dan terampil yang siap kerja. Keberadaan SMK haruslah relevan dengan potensi daerah sebagai penunjang dalam peningkatan ekonomi daerah dan pemanfaatan potensi wilayah tersebut.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mengetahui relevansi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dengan potensi daerah dan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat serta industri lokal yang terdapat di Kabupaten Paser Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah animo masyarakat terhadap SMK yang sangat tinggi dan beberapa jurusan masih belum relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan potensi daerah serta sektor pertambangan dan perkebunan masih mendominasi pendapatan di Kabupaten Paser.

Abstract

Research on multi-case studies of link and match programs the motorcycle engineering and business industry class at SMK Tulungagung has been carried out. The research was conducted in three places including: SMK “SORE” Tulungagung and SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung. The Honda industrial class program at SMK SORE Tulungagung has been going well, including the selection of an industrial class curriculum which involves the concept of link and match with industry, how the alignment of the industrial class curriculum is made. In addition, the learning process for the motorcycle engineering and business class at SMK Tulungagung has also been good, including the learning preparation process and the implementation of industrial class learning. What is no less important is the commitment of SMK which has a strategy to improve industrial class competence, namely increasing teacher competence and increasing student competence so that they are ready to go directly to industry.

Abstract

This study aims to implement differentiated learning based on auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning styles in IPAS subjects in class X of SMKN 1 Kademangan. The method used is quasi-experimental. The results showed that in content differentiation, visual students received learning videos, IPAS project package books, and PDF materials, kinesthetic students received student worksheets (LKPD), and auditory students learned in class. Afterward, each group of students presented their discussion results. As a result, the cognitive formative assessment scores increased significantly for all learning styles. Still, there was no significant difference in the average assessment scores based on visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learning styles.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar auditori, visual, dan kinestetik dalam mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas X SMKN 1 Kademangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-eksperimental). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam diferensiasi konten, murid visual mendapatkan video pembelajaran, buku paket proyek IPAS, dan materi pdf, murid kinestetik mendapatkan lembar kerja murid (LKPD), dan murid auditori belajar di dalam kelas. Setelah itu, setiap kelompok murid mempresentasikan hasil diskusi mereka. Hasilnya, nilai asesmen formatif kognitif meningkat secara signifikan untuk semua gaya belajar, tetapi tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam rata-rata nilai asesmen berdasarkan gaya belajar visual, kinestetik, dan auditori.

Abstract

Research on the management of UPJ in Welding Engineering Skills Competence at SMK Sore Tulungagung and SMKN 2 Tulungagung in an effort to improve student skills and absorption of graduate students is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the POAC management model was the UPJ management model used in SMK Sore Tulungagung and SMKN 2 Tulungagung. UPJ management activities according to the POAC model consist of four activities which include planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.

Abstract

This study aims to propose an evaluation of Indonesian online learning system which known as SPADA. This system accommodate an online learning for teacher profession education program which known as PPG. The system evaluation is using unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) model with a few adjustments. This study provide an information such as required variables to evaluate the system and research design on SPADA. The proposed evaluation model using seven main constructs of UTAUT 2.0 and its influence on behavioral intention and use behavior. The data obtained from several questionnaires related to the variable and analyzed with path analysis technique. Moreover, this proposed study is expected can be as reference to conduct a similar study related to the system evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to get an in-depth overview of the management of the implementation of Teaching Factory Competence of Engineering Expertise and Motorcycle Business Vocational High School in Tulungagung Regency of East Java. Who is expected to find and describe the data in detail about the cooperation of the Vocational High School with the business world and the industrial world to prepare a skilled workforce through the Teaching Factory learning program that simultaneously builds a framework of theory and abstraction of data collected based on the findings of meaning on the natural background in the field. By applying a good management system can improve the hard skills and soft skills of vocational graduates in order to get provisions to go to the world of work in accordance with what is needed by the industry or able to entrepreneurship independently. The management system that needs to be implemented includes several aspects, including: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation (actuating), (4) Supervision (controlling) and evaluation of programs. Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of Teaching Factory Competence of Technical Expertise and Motorcycle Business Vocational High School in Tulungagung Regency of East Java, include: (1) Internal support factors, (2) External support factors, (3) Internal inhibitory factors, and (4) inhibitory factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of independent attitudes and motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 108 students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. The number of samples in this study amounted to 52 respondents using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, independent attitude and motivation had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring in Accounting and Finance at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. Partially, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship and independent attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is designed to (1) Develop modules on the learning of the Accounting Practicum of class XI trading firms; (2) Know the feasibility of modules on the study of accounting practicum learning of trading companies based on validation of material experts, media experts, linguists and accounting learning practitioners; (3) Know the student's assessment of the accounting practicum learning module of a trading firm. This research is a research of development. The research design used refers to the Four-D (4D) model development model with four main stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. The data collection technique in this study is to use questionnaires and tests. The results of this study are (1) Development of modules by the Four-D models. Define obtained the result that students need modules that can improve students' competence, as well as help them learn independently. Design obtained the results of teaching materials that suit the needs of students in the form of accounting practicum modules of trading companies, Develop is validated by material experts, media experts, linguists and practitioners of accounting learning, revision according to expert advice and development trials in class XII Accounting, Disseminate, conducted module deployment in SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. (2) The eligibility of modules based on expert assessment of the material obtained score (decent), media expert obtained score (decent), Linguist obtained average score (decent), (3) Student assessment of module obtained very decent score.

Abstract

Freedom of learning is freedom of thought, starting from teacher respecting learning changes in educational institutions in elementary, secondary, and tertiary schools. Teaching assistance is one of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) programs launched by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture. The teaching assistance program can be taken by students who have taken at least 80 credits of courses and get approval from the academic supervisor and head of the study program. This study used the Triangulation interview method conducted at SMKN 2 Jombang. The results of this research are positive and good for SMKN 2 Jombang. This is because students participate in helping with school activities, can help teachers with additional tasks, and can exchange knowledge with teachers. This program not only has an impact on SMKN 2 Jombang, but this teaching assistance activity also has an impact on students. With this activity, students can find out about school conditions and student character and gain experience on how to become a teacher. This experience can be a provision for students to become teachers in the future.
