Abstract

This study comprehensively analyzes the performance and usability of the SIMPKB website in the context of teacher professional development. This research carries a qualitative descriptive approach with the aim of deeply understanding the performance and usability of the SIMPKB website. This research consists of two complementary stages, the first involves performance testing using GT Metrix software, and the second phase focuses on in-depth interviews with 5 driving teachers in Kabupaten Jember by applying the concept of the Five Dimensions of Usability (5E) model. Through performance testing using GT Metrix and 5E interviews with driving teachers, significant findings have been revealed. Although SIMPKB shows relatively good response speeds, there are areas of improvement that can be improved, especially in terms of loading times and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP). The 5E evaluation of the mobilizing teacher provides an in-depth perspective on the effectiveness, efficiency, engagement, errors, and ease of learning on the platform. The test and interview results complement each other, providing a holistic picture of SIMPKB's condition and potential improvement. Improvement recommendations, which involve improving response speed and improving usability, can be a foothold for improving the user experience. Further research is recommended to explore optimizing technical performance, implementing more intuitive interface designs, and evaluating the impact of implementing improvements on user effectiveness. By adopting these recommendations, SIMPKB can continue to develop as an effective, efficient, and user-friendly platform in supporting teacher professional development.

Abstract

In the era information technology advancement, adaptation and integration of technology have become essential needs for organizations across various sectors. This research endeavors to design and implement an efficient and modern web-based library system to the specific needs of the Jember Regency Prosecutor's Office. This study employs structured analysis to comprehensively understand existing library management processes, and it adopts the waterfall model for system development. This model entails sequential stages, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black box method, ensuring a systematic approach to system development. Data collection techniques involve interviews with key stakeholders and examination of existing systems and processes. Data analysis encompasses identifying challenges and requirements, which inform system design and development. The findings indicate that the newly developed web-based library system effectively addresses identified challenges, streamlining administrative processes and enhancing user experience. Its successful implementation is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency and resource accessibility at the Jember Regency Prosecutor's Office library, contributing to the modernization of library services in Indonesia and paving the way for future advancements in library technology development.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, banyak perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia akibat pengaruh teknologi yang berkembang. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan adalah ChatGPT. Fisika kuantum merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu fundamental yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam terhadap pokok bahasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran teknologi ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran fisika kuantum. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UIN Sunan Kalijaga yang berjumlah 46 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap kualitas ChatGPT dan pemanfaatannya memberikan beberapa manfaat, mulai dari memudahkan pencarian hingga membantu dalam penyediaan informasi, bahasa yang mudah dipahami, kemudahan akses, kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam memberikan jawaban hingga membantu dalam menghemat waktu. Akan tetapi, kapabilitas ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran fisika kuantum belum cukup kuat. Akibatnya, pengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan ChatGPT juga belum kuat. Namun di sisi lain, penggunaan ChatGPT tidak dapat menggantikan peran guru yang hanya berperan sebagai media pembelajaran .
