Abstract

Bendung Tyrol hakekatnya adalah bangunan untuk menyadap air sungai yang dibangunmelintang terhadap alur sungai, dimana penyadapan dilakukan dari atas mercu. Pemanfaatanbangunan utama tyrol untuk menghindari bahaya benturan angkutan sedimen batu gelundung.Benturan angkutan sedimen batu gelundung membawa dampak yang sangat serius terhadapbangunan bendung. Dikarenakan bendung tyrol ini merupakan bendung yang dibangun padasungai pegunungan yang memiliki aliran deras. Dalam perencanaan bendung ini menggunakanteknik kecerdasan buatan atau Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) dengan metodeBackpropagationyang menggunakan Software MATLAB dan Software Rapid Miner. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan pengukuran bagaimana teknologi informasi diaplikasikan dalam suatu organisasi akan mempengaruhi seberapa jauh organisasi tersebut telah mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis dalam AD/ART. Teknologi Informasi menjadi bagian yang terintegrasi dengan tujuan bisnis organisasi. Optimalisasi penyelarasan Tujuan Bisnis, Tujuan TI dan Proses TI yang berlangsung dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat kedewasaan (Maturity Level) dari kondisi eksisting (Is) dan kondisi yang diharapkan (To be), sehingga diperoleh nilai gap dari keduanya untuk menentukan rekomendasi perbaikan yang harus dilakukan. Pemanfaatan analisis SWOT, perspektif Balanced Scorecard (BC), dan COBIT dapat memetakan ruang lingkup kontrol audit TI/SI. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini diawali dengan analisis SWOT untuk menghasilkan matrik TOW pada Ar-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember. Dilanjutkan dengan proses pemetaan berdasarkan visi dan misi dalam perspektif keuangan dan pelanggan. Pemetaan COBIT menghasilkan 4 Tujuan Bisnis, 11 Tujuan TI, dan 24 Proses TI yang tersebar dalam 4 domain. Audit dilakukan dengan kuesioner responden, menghitung maturity level dan nilai analisis gap. Nilai gap tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menentukan rekomendasi perbaikan tata kelola TI. Hasil audit menghasilkan 18 rekomendasi perspektif keuangan dan 19 rekomendasi perspektif pelanggan. Rekomendasi dilakukan verifikasi kembali kepada stakeholders dalam RACI untuk menilai tingkat kepentingannya. Rekomendasi dari persepektif keuangan memiliki rata-rata akurasi sebesar 72% dan persepektif pelanggan memiliki rata-rata akurasi 62%. Nilai akurasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dapat diterima, akan tetapi perlu diverifikasi kembali dalam penerapannya.

Abstract

The live forensics method was used to acquire lawful digital evidence data from device memory in the WhatsApp application, particularly for desktop-based WhatsApp. There has been little research on live forensics on desktop-based WhatsApp applications. These studies involve mimicking crime cases in cyberspace using the Instant Messenger application. Much of the acquisition process is completed only once, even though many possible conditions may arise during the purchase process. Investigators or experts can employ digital evidence data discovery to identify crimes that have occurred. The stages of research in detecting digital evidence are data collecting, the examination process, and the acquisition of analysis and reporting outcomes. During the data-gathering phase, a case simulation dataset was obtained. The examination process stage results in the integrity of the duplicated data; data reduction is performed on data related to fundamental operating system components, influential application features, and incomplete data. According to the investigation findings, there are difficulties in looking for digital evidence, and the features of each digital evidence vary. The simulation file contained many reports on the finds of digital evidence. As a data acquisition method, the characteristics of live forensics are limited to the data retrieval process in RAM. Based on these findings, it is possible to conclude that the data collection and examination processing were completed effectively. The analysis results were acquired, and the report was presented with the indicated digital evidence. Further study can be paired with chip-off procedures on RAM devices for data recovery.

Abstract

There are many methods used in resolving data clustering. One of them is the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method, which is a reliable method to solve clustering problems in the East Java region. This study aims to determine the optimum cluster in the East Java region which can help the government to identify problems and assist policymaking in regencies/cities in East Java province. The research process uses data from the central statistical agency, namely the unemployment rate and poverty rate from 2010 to 2015. In this study, the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) is used as a cluster validation test for determining the optimum cluster. Unemployment rate and poverty rate data were analyzed using RStudio. From the calculation of the FCM method and also the determination of the optimum cluster results obtained in 2 clusters with a DBI value of 1.2759, 3 clusters with a DBI value of 0.9937, 4 clusters with a DBI value of 0.8737. The optimum cluster is in 4 clusters with a minimum DBI value.

Abstract

The amount of rainfall can be used to estimate the runoff that enters a reservoir. Runoff is influenced by land use, and soil type greatly affects the amount of runoff that will occur. This study discusses the development of a hydrological model with the application of the Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC-HMS) in the Karangmumus watershed using soil data that has been verified in the field and divided into soil zones based on soil permeability testing in the laboratory. With the help of Geographic Information System (GIS) and Geospatial Hydrological Model (HEC-GeoHMS) applications, it is possible to identify the flow of the Karangmumus watershed and the Lempake Dam in Kalimantan by simulating the rain runoff process. The hydrological model was developed in the HEC-HMS by recording daily rainfall events from 2009 to 2019. With a daily period, then, the zoning soil type data was entered based on the results of soil permeability testing with the help of the application of the soil conservation curve method (SCS-CN), then discharge transformation, and calculation of water loss, including routing with Muskingum and SCS-Hydrograph applications. Based on the distribution of the CN value, the theoretical runoff is calculated and then calibrated with the observed discharge in 2017 and 2018, and then validated with the observed discharge in 2019, showing good results with a coefficient of determination between 0.89 to 0.92. Doi: 10.28991/CEJ-2023-09-01-06 Full Text: PDF

Abstract

Sembako adalah singkatan dari sembilan bahan pokok yang terdiri atas berbagai bahan-bahan makanan dan minuman yang secara umum sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat Indonesia secara umum. Dengan terjadinya krisis global saat ini, maka dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan harga-harga sembilan bahan pokok (sembako). Adanya harga sembako yang tidak stabil menyebabkan petani tidak dapat memprediksi keuntungan atau kerugian. Dalam penelitian ini diangkat sebuah judul “Prediksi Harga Sembako di Kabupaten Jember Menggunakan Algoritma Memetika dan Scatter search” yang bertujuan untuk memprediksi ketersediaan harga sembako di kabupaten Jember. Sehingga dapat membantu para petani dalam memprediksi perubahan harga sembako di Kabupaten Jember dan untuk membantu mengambil keputusan waktu penanaman. Harapan penelitian ini adalah dapat menerapkan algoritma memetika dan scatter search dan mengetahui tingkat akurasi dalam memprediksi harga Sembako.

Abstract

Saat ini user experience (UX) dianggap sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan hampir semua produk. Untuk itu diperlukannya penilaian atau evaluasi pada usability pada Website yang akan diteliti yaitu BuildWith Angga, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode iCognitive Walkthrough. Cognitive Walkthrough merupakan metode evaluasi yang berbasis teori tentang kegunaan dalam antarmuka. Metode ini berkonsentrasi pada kemudahan belajar dengan eksplorasi, dimana pengguna atau responden mencoba melakukan skenario tugas dengan teknik coba - coba. Responden pada analisis usability website BuildWith Angga sejumlah 10 responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu yang pernah membeli kelas premium BuildWith Angga dan yang belum pernah membeli dan mencoba website BuildWith Angga. Hasil Pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas memiliki nilai rata - rata 98,09% dan efisiensi memiliki nilai rata - rata 64,45%. Rekomendasi perbaikan pada situs web BuildWith Angga yaitu perbaikan pada Pengoptimalan kecepatan saat membuka laman website buildwithangga.com di halaman dashboard, Penggunaan bahasa ada laman web memakai 1 bahasa agar lebih konsisten, dan tombol all roadmap yaitu pewarnaan pada shape lebih kontras serta posisinya diubah secara presisi.

Abstract

OJK defines financial literacy as knowledge, skills and beliefs that influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision-making and financial management in order to achieve prosperity. The percentage of financial literacy in Indonesia is still considered quite low, only 38.03%. Village Owned Enterprises BUMDES are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly derived from the village, and the existence of BUMDES is intended to create jobs or improve public services for the better community. The existence of BUMDES is very important for villages and villagers because in concept it is an institution that supports the village economy, so seriousness is needed in managing and running BUMDES so that everything planned can run smoothly and successfully. One indicator of the success of BUMDES is that the administrators who are included in the management organizational structure understand financial literacy. Financial literacy can be seen as a preventive step to equip BUMDES administrators to avoid difficulties related to financial management problems. The results obtained after carrying out this community service activity are that the partners actually know and carry out activities related to financial transactions, but there is still much that needs correction in accordance with financial literacy, and after this community service activity the partners understand and understand more what it is and the importance of everything that includes financial activities, especially those related to BUMDES management

Abstract

This service activity has a long-term goal of creating a youth group in green natural housing who have knowledge and creativity in the field of computers, especially for graphic design applications. The short term goal is to educate youth groups in using tools in graphic design applications, namely Photoshop, so that it is hoped that youth groups can design and develop the creative talents of youth groups in the field of design. This activity is carried out using a comprehensive mentoring method for the natural housing youth group through socializing graphic design applications, using the Photoshop application, creating modules for using graphic design applications with Photoshop which are used to guide the operation of the application, thus helping the youth group in the practice of making designs and it is hoped that they will be able to create brochure designs, logo designs and other designs. The final output that will be achieved from this activity is increasing the ability of youth groups in using computers as a tool for developing youth groups' creativity in the field of design. Apart from that, the youth group has a guide to using the Photoshop application to help its members use the tools and develop image designs. Scientifically, the final outcome of this service activity is the publication of the results of this service in a service journal or mass media publication.
