Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out whether the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment can influence employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. In improving the quality and productivity of the workforce, it is important for organizations to have an understanding of the aspects that can have an impact on the performance of their employees. Motivation is seen as a trigger for individual behavior and is a key factor that encourages individuals to act or carry out activities. Organizational culture is a factor that differentiates one organization from another, and the main characteristics in organizational culture are highly valued by each member. The work environment plays an important role in creating comfortable and supportive conditions for workers. An adequate work environment can form harmonious working relationships between employees. Job satisfaction is reflected in the general view a person has of his or her job. This literature review involves a review of articles, scientific journals, and related research that has been conducted previously. The results of this literature review will later be used to determine the relationship between variables in previous research, and will become the basis for further thesis research.

Abstract

Peacekeeping has been used as a significant tool for the past six decades in solving crises that are dangerous to peace and security at the international level. Over the years the missions regarding peacekeeping have not only grown in size but have also seen an increase in complexity. A lot of personnel including police, military, civilians, and others deployed in United Nations peacekeeping operations around the world have reached unprecedented levels since the commencement of the latest millennium. When the peacekeeping missions began, they were largely governed by the body of principles that was unwritten and were more affected by the events people went through while working for decades rather than any specific statute. The conservation of global safety and tranquility was the main objective behind the formation of the United Nations. The main tool to achieve this objective is the process of peacekeeping.

Abstract

Good organizational performance can be achieved if it is supported by employees who are driven by responsible leaders. In addition to leadership factors, organizational performance is also influenced by other factors, such as organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction, as well as other factors. The results of this study are 1) Leadership has a positive impact and is quite important for organizational performance; 2) Organizational culture has a positive or significant impact on organizational performance; 3) Work motivation has a positive and important impact on organizational performance; 4) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction 5) Organizational culture has a positive or significant impact on employee satisfaction; 6) Work motivation has a positive or significant impact on employee satisfaction; 7) Employee satisfaction has a positive or significant impact on organizational performance; 8) Leadership, organizational culture, work motivation have a positive or significant impact on employee satisfaction; 9) Leadership, organizational culture, work motivation have a positive or significant impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuat hipotesis yang memberi pengaruh ke tiap variabel supaya bisa digunakan untuk kajian selanjutnya. Hasil yang didapat adalah kepemimpinan memberi dampak positif ataupun penting bagi kinerja karyawan; kedisiplinan kerja berdampak positif ataupun penting bagi kinerja karyawan; lingkungan kerja berakibat positif ataupun penting bagi kinerja karyawan; kepemimpinan berakibat positif ataupun penting bagi motivasi; kedisiplinan kerja berakibat positif ataupun penting bagi motivasi; lingkungan kerja berakibat positif ataupun penting bagi motivasi; kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berakibat positif ataupun penting secara bersamaan pada kinerja karyawan; dan kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan kerja maupun lingkungan kerja berakibat positif ataupun penting secara bersamaan pada motivasi.

Artikel ini memberi hasil, seperti: 1) Analisis jabatan berdampak ke kinerja karyawan; 2) Beban kerja berdampak ke kinerja karyawan; 3) Kompetensi berdampak ke kinerja karyawan; 4) Analisis Jabatan berdampak ke kepuasan kerja; 5) Beban Kerja berdampak ke kepuasan kerja; 6) Kompetensi berdampak ke kepuasan kerja; 7) Kepuasan kerja berdampak ke kinerja karyawan; 8) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi analisis jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 9) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi beban kerja pada kinerja karyawan; 10) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi kompetensi pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja, seperti kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi yang tinggi berdasarkan tanggung jawab dan tugas pegawai, dan faktor lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1). Kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja PNS; 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS; 3) Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS; 4) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh penting terhadap disiplin kerja; 5) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh penting terhadap disiplin kerja; 6) Komunikasi berpengaruh penting terhadap disiplin kerja; 7) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap kinerja PNS; 8) Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan dan simultan terhadap kinerja PNS; 9) Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh penting terhadap disiplin kerja.

Abstract

The most important asset in an organization is human resources because human resources play a role as executors of company policies and operational activities and determine the success of an organization. Therefore, organizations are required to carry out career development for their human resources so that organizational goals can be achieved. This article discusses the review of the literature on the factors that influence human resource career development, namely education, training, work discipline and employee performance as intervening variables. The results of this study are education has a significant effect on career development; training has a significant effect on career development; work discipline has a significant effect on career development; education has a significant effect on employee performance; training has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance; employee performance has a significant influence on career development; education, training and work discipline have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance; and education, training and work discipline have a significant and simultaneous effect on career development.

Abstract

In this scientific work, the aim is to explore and formulate hypotheses regarding the impact of occupational health and safety (K3), competency, and work environment on workforce performance, with job satisfaction being the intermediary or mediating variable. The focus of this scientific work lies in the aspect of human resource management, recognizing the importance of K3, competency, and work environment in improving workforce performance, which in turn will contribute to company productivity. To achieve this goal, a library study approach is applied to collect and analyze information from various references that are relevant to the subject matter being discussed. This literature review involves analysis of articles, scientific journals, and related research that has been conducted previously. The purpose of this literature review is to understand the relationship between variables in previous research, as well as provide a basis for future thesis research to be carried out.

Abstract

This study set out to ascertain, using customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, the impact of the independent variables—such as brand image, product quality, and promotion—on the dependent variable of consumer loyalty. This study was carried out in the Bekasi Regency's Superindo. This study employed a quantitative methodology. Primary data obtained through a questionnaire were used in this investigation. The Accidental Sampling technique was the sampling strategy employed in this investigation. The population under investigation comprises all Superindo clients. 221 respondents served as samples for this study, which was determined by using the table that Isaac and Michael created to determine the number of samples. The analysis process makes use of path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and descriptive quantitative analysis. The data was processed using SPSS version 25, a programme for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that brand image, product quality, and promotion all positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction, either simultaneously or in part. In Superindo Bekasi Regency, these factors also positively and significantly affect customer loyalty to Indomie products.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dapat membangkitkan kemampuan potensial pada diri manusia meliputi kemampuan berpikir, berkomunikasi, bertindak maupun bermoral dalam menjalankan suatu aktivitas. Kemampuan yang dimiliki tersebut juga dapat mempengaruhi kepemimpinan, disiplin maupun lingkungan kerja sehingga bisa menciptakan capaian kinerja individu yang diharapkan, maka tujuan perusahaan mampu diwujudkan. Artikel ini bermaksud supaya dapat membuat hipotesis terkait pengaruh antarvariabel supaya bisa dipergunakan untuk artikel ilmiah lain. Hasil kajian ini, yakni: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja.; 2) Disiplin kerja memengaruhi kinerja; 3) Lingkungan kerja memengaruhi kinerja; 4) Gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berakibat ke kinerja; 5) Gaya kepemimpinan berakibat ke motivasi kerja; 6) Disiplin berakibat ke motivasi kerja; 7) Lingkungan memengaruhi motivasi kerja; 8) Gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin maupun lingkungan kerja memengaruhi motivasi kerja; 9) Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin maupun lingkungan kerja.
