Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work culture on job satisfaction. How does the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction. How does the influence of leadership on job satisfaction. How does the influence of work culture, work motivation and leadership on job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work culture on job satisfaction. To know and analyze the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction. To find out and analyze the influence of leadership on job satisfaction. To know and analyze the effect of work culture, work motivation and leadership on job satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 82 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work culture, work motivation and leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between competence, communication and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Forty workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (competence, communication and organizational culture). Competence is significant for 0,000 which can be concluded that competence affects performance (hypothesis 1 accepted). Communication has significant value 0,011 which can be concluded that communication affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,459 which means that organizational culture not influences performance (hypothesis 3 rejected). Research results show that competence, communication and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than ? (?=0,05). So, it can be said that competence, communication and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Abstract

Problem of this study is how influence of employees maturity on employee’s performance. How influence of organization culture on employee’s performance. How influence job dicipline on employee’s performance. How influence of employees maturity, organization culture and job dicipline on employee’s performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of employees maturity on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of organization culture on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job dicipline on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of employees maturity, organization culture and job dicipline on employee’s performance. Sample in the study is 54 employee’s. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate employees maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Organization culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.  Job dicipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Employees maturity, organization culture and job dicipline variable’s has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance

Abstract

Prestasi adalah hasil kerja seseorang berdasarkan beban tanggung jawab yang diberikan kedepannya.Inovasi adalah pengenalan dan penerapan dengan sengaja gagasan, proses, produk, dan prosedur yang baru pada unit yang menerapkannya, yang dirancang untuk memberikan keuntungan bagi individu, kelompok, organisasi dan masyarakat luas.Kinerja karyawan adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai sesuai dengan standard dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam kurun waktu tertentu.Metode analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi berganda, jenis penelitiannya penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sifat penelitian adalah explanatory, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Alat uji hipotesis adalah dengan cara uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F) serta koefisien determinasi (R2).Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan dari uji hipotesis adalah prestasi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dan inovasi (X2) secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).Selanjutnya secara simultan prestasi (X1) dan inovasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, khususnya motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Istana Mitra Furnindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 35 karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja serta perbaikan lingkungan kerja dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja melalui pemberian penghargaan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna mendukung produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja karyawan.
