Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of classroom management and teacher intervention in reducing students' anxiety levels at school. The researcher used a qualitative research method with descriptive research. The steps in this research were to collect information or collect classification data, and then perform data analysis, interpretation, and make conclusions and reports. The research was carried out from January 13 to February 14, 2023. The results of the research the researchers conducted showed that anxiety in students can be reduced through good classroom management in several ways, namely through preventive efforts by motivating students to concentrate on lessons and conditioning students to be ready to learn in class; readiness to learn greatly determines student learning activities. Besides these preventive efforts to reduce student anxiety in class in a curative way, this method requires the role of the guidance and counseling teacher by providing counseling to students who have high anxiety using systematic desensitization techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Facilities, and Process) on PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. Respondents of this study are savings customers of PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office with a sample of 100 people. Research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Conclusions from this study: 1. the marketing mix consisting of product, price/interest rate, promotion, location, people, physical evidence, and process together have a positive influence and significantly to customer decisions in choosing savings products at BNI Tuparev Bank Cirebon 2 Branch Office. Of the seven variables studied, only location and people have a positive and significant influence on customer decisions. 3. Other variables such as product, price/interest rate, promotion, physical evidence, and process do not show a significant effect on customer decisions. Therefore, companies need to focus on aspects of location and quality of employee service as an effort to increase the number of customers and improve customer decisions in choosing savings productsKey words: marketing mix, Saving Decision

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Design Thinking in supporting digital transformation in various sectors, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. The study also seeks to analyze the relevance of both approaches in business and academic contexts, particularly in creating creative and human-centered solutions in the era of technological disruption. To achieve these objectives, this study used a systematic literature review method, by analyzing ten accredited and indexed articles in reputable international journals. The results showed that AI acts as a disruptive technology that not only improves efficiency but also accelerates digital transformation. Studies such as the one by Di Vaio et al. (2020), which received 1015 citations, highlighted how AI supports the development of sustainable business models. Additionally, research by Verganti et al. (2020) identified that Design Thinking remains relevant as an adaptive innovation approach, especially in the face of challenges posed by AI. The integration between AI and Design Thinking is also reflected in the study of Pham et al. (2022), which shows how creative approaches can maximize the potential of advanced technologies such as big data. Overall, this study confirms that the combination of AI and Design Thinking offers a comprehensive solution to deal with the complexities of digital transformation across various sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interpersonal skills dan intrapersonal skills terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan perilaku kepemimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi sektor pemerintahan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleks di sektor publik. Interpersonal skills, seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi dan membangun hubungan sosial, serta intrapersonal skills, seperti pengelolaan emosi dan kesadaran diri, dianggap berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku kepemimpinan yang produktif dan berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan dari sejumlah pegawai pada instansi pemerintahan melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Model penelitian ini menguji lima hipotesis utama yang mencakup pengaruh langsung interpersonal skills dan intrapersonal skills terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan, pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi, serta peran mediasi perilaku kepemimpinan dalam hubungan antara kedua jenis keterampilan tersebut dengan kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interpersonal skills dan intrapersonal skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan. Selain itu, perilaku kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan penting lainnya adalah bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara interpersonal skills dan intrapersonal skills dengan kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi pribadi pemimpin dalam membentuk perilaku kepemimpinan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sektor publik secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan knowledge capture terhadap organizational learning, serta peran moderasi transformasi digital dalam hubungan tersebut pada organisasi sektor publik. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pembelajaran organisasi sebagai landasan peningkatan kinerja birokrasi, khususnya di tengah tuntutan era digitalisasi dan kompleksitas tata kelola pemerintahan modern. Dalam proses pembelajaran organisasi, knowledge sharing berperan sebagai mekanisme penyebaran pengetahuan antar individu maupun unit kerja, sementara knowledge capture berfungsi sebagai alat penyimpanan dan dokumentasi pengetahuan institusional yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengambilan keputusan dan inovasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pegawai instansi pemerintah, yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi moderasi berbasis SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan knowledge capture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational learning. Selain itu, transformasi digital terbukti memoderasi secara positif hubungan antara knowledge sharing terhadap organizational learning, serta antara knowledge capture terhadap organizational learning. Artinya, kehadiran teknologi digital memperkuat efek proses manajemen pengetahuan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi antara strategi manajemen pengetahuan dan transformasi digital dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran berkelanjutan di sektor publik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada pengembangan model organizational learning yang relevan dengan konteks digital dan birokrasi publik, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam mengelola perubahan organisasi berbasis pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of intellectual capital in public organization knowledge management globally, focusing on the period 2000–2025, to identify current trends, challenges, and best practices. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA protocol, analyzing 10 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. The research findings reveal three main findings. First, human capital in public organizations has undergone digital transformation, where technology-based competencies such as data analytics and AI have become critical, although skill gaps remain a challenge, particularly in developing countries. Second, structural capital is rapidly developing through the adoption of cloud-based knowledge management systems, blockchain, and collaborative platforms, but is hindered by rigid bureaucracy and infrastructure limitations in some regions. Third, relational capital is strengthened by social media and digital public participation mechanisms, although it is vulnerable to misinformation. This study also identifies the emergence of the concept of “green intellectual capital,” which integrates sustainability principles into the three dimensions of intellectual capital. Theoretically, these findings enrich the discourse on intellectual capital by integrating the perspectives of the Knowledge-Based View, Institutional Theory, and Complexity Theory. Practically, this study recommends accelerating digital training for public human resources, standardizing the interoperability of knowledge systems, and strengthening technology-based multisectoral collaboration. Policy implications include the need for a regulatory framework that supports intellectual capital innovation while addressing the challenges of the digital divide and knowledge governance.
