Abstract

Human resources are a very important aspect in a company, with good resources the company can achieve company goals. Employees are human resources who play an important role in implementing the vision, mission and goals of an industry. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of motivation, work environment, psychological climate and job satisfaction on employee performance in a company. Researchers used literature review and descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is a method by collecting data, compiling or classifying, analyzing and interpreting it. The results of the analysis prove that employee motivation and psychology greatly influence employee job satisfaction in a company. The results of the research have implications for motivation, work environment conditions, psychological climate and employee job satisfaction which need to be improved and if employee job satisfaction increases then employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

The traditional accounting system that can no longer adjust to the industrial company system encourages the birth of lean accounting. Lean accounting is an approach created to support the development of lean manufacturing by using systems and methods created based on lean principles, namely Visual Performance Measurement, Continuous Improvement (CI), Value Stream Costing, and Target Costing. The writing of this article aims to find out how the implementation of lean accounting in industrial companies. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The results of this study state that the implementation of lean accounting in industrial companies has a positive impact on company performance so that companies can save costs, reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, and help companies make the right decisions with accurate information.Key words: Lean accounting, Visual Performance Measurement, Continuous Improvement (CI), Value Stream Costing, and Target Costing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of autocratic leadership style and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Pertamina Hospital Cirebon Distribution.Respondents in this study were employees of Pertamina Hospital Cirebon Distribution using multiple linear regression methods and SPSS analysis tools.The results of this research show that autocratic leadership style influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work motivation also influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Tax is one of the main sources of state revenue for Indonesia. However, the awareness level of taxpayers is still low and is a big problem for the state. This is evident from the fact that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is greater than the number of taxpayers registered with the DGT, which is 8.71 million business units in 2022. Therefore, the DGT has developed DGT Online, which is a digital platform that allows MSMEs to manage and comply with their tax obligations electronically. This research was conducted to analyze how much influence DGT Online has, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, and service quality on the level of taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the application of technology in tax administration, such as e-Registration, e-Filing, and e-Billing, has a positive impact on the level of taxpayer compliance. This technology not only simplifies the process of reporting and paying taxes, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of reporting, reduces the potential for errors, and provides significant benefits for taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations.Keywords: DJP Online, Taxpayer Compliance, Technology

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Facilities, and Process) on PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. Respondents of this study are savings customers of PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office with a sample of 100 people. Research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Conclusions from this study: 1. the marketing mix consisting of product, price/interest rate, promotion, location, people, physical evidence, and process together have a positive influence and significantly to customer decisions in choosing savings products at BNI Tuparev Bank Cirebon 2 Branch Office. Of the seven variables studied, only location and people have a positive and significant influence on customer decisions. 3. Other variables such as product, price/interest rate, promotion, physical evidence, and process do not show a significant effect on customer decisions. Therefore, companies need to focus on aspects of location and quality of employee service as an effort to increase the number of customers and improve customer decisions in choosing savings productsKey words: marketing mix, Saving Decision

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between financial competence and entrepreneurial ambitions within the context of digital business education. The primary focus is on the impacts, challenges, and opportunities of integrating financial literacy into entrepreneurial training in digital business programs. We analyze significant changes in student aspirations and outcomes resulting from enhanced financial competence. This study identifies the crucial role of financial education as a driver of entrepreneurial success while exploring how educational strategies evolve to accommodate these new dynamics. This relationship's social, economic, and cultural impacts are also examined. The challenges educational institutions face in implementing these changes are presented alongside opportunities to enhance student innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. This research contributes to a deep understanding of the dynamic relationship between financial competence and entrepreneurial ambitions, detailing practical implications for educators and policymakers in the digital business education sector.

Abstract

Background: This systematic review aims to critically evaluate current surgical practices for managing De Quervain's disease and to identify the most effective treatment methods. Methods: This systematic review focused exclusively on full-text articles published in English between 2014 and 2024, following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. Result: The literature search yielded nearly 100 publications from the selected databases. After an initial screening, eight publications were deemed worthy of a more in-depth review. These studies underwent a thorough examination to ensure a comprehensive and rigorous assessment of their findings and methodologies. Conclusion: The review focused on comparing three surgical interventions for De Quervain's disease: longitudinal skin incision, transverse skin incision, and endoscopic release. The results indicated that the longitudinal skin incision may lead to fewer complications, such as nerve injuries, and is associated with improved functional outcomes compared to the other techniques. This suggests that the longitudinal approach could be a preferable option for surgical management of De Quervain's disease.

Abstract

This research explores the effectiveness of AI-powered assistive technologies in enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction of AI-integrated solutions compared to traditional assistive technologies. Findings indicate significant improvements in these areas, with AI-powered technologies reducing task completion times and increasing user satisfaction and communication efficiency. Case studies highlight diverse applications, such as AI-driven speech recognition and emotion recognition systems, demonstrating substantial benefits. Despite the promising results, the study acknowledges limitations such as small sample size and short-term focus, suggesting future research to explore long-term impacts, cost-effectiveness, and broader accessibility. This research contributes to the field of accessibility by providing empirical evidence of AI transformative potential, emphasizing the importance of personalized and adaptive support. Future developments should ensure sustainable and equitable implementation to maximize the benefits of AI-powered assistive technologies.

Abstract

Background: Acute compartment syndrome (ACS) is a serious medical condition that occurs when increased pressure within a closed muscle compartment reduces blood flow and can lead to permanent damage. This systematic review aims to analyze the management strategies, complications, and outcomes of acute compartment syndrome based on current literature. Methods: The review analyzed data from multiple studies, including both prospective and retrospective studies. Results: The analysis included eight studies with a total of 1,019 patients. Factors influencing outcomes in ACS included the time to fasciotomy, fracture status, muscle necrosis indicators, and patient-related factors. Early intervention and appropriate management were associated with better functional outcomes and reduced complications. Conclusion: Effective management of ACS relies heavily on timely intervention and proper post-surgical care. The studies reviewed highlight the importance of early fasciotomy and monitoring for complications to improve patient outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia bekerja sama dengan Unit Kifayah At-Ta’awun di Kota Cirebon. Unit Kifayah At-Ta’awun, yang berdiri sejak 2001, bertanggung jawab atas pengurusan jenazah bagi masyarakat muslim di Kota Cirebon. Namun, unit ini menghadapi berbagai kendala terkait manajemen keanggotaan, pengelolaan iuran, dan hak-hak layanan kepada anggota karena masih menggunakan sistem manual. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pengurus dalam mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen berbasis digital yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan penggunaan perangkat lunak sederhana untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan data keanggotaan, iuran, dan pelayanan anggota. Proses kegiatan mencakup perencanaan, identifikasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi digitalisasi manajemen, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Unit Kifayah At-Ta’awun dalam mempercepat proses administrasi, meminimalisasi kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan sosial bagi anggota dan masyarakat umum
