Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang berjumlah 158 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X1 (budaya organisasi) dan X2 (komunikasi) diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Untuk variabel Y (kinerja) datanya merupakan data sekunder yaitu data yang berasal dari Institusi Kementerian. Data tersebut kemudian diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai diterima. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi untuk R2 adalah 0.571 yang menunjukkan bahwa budayaorganisasi dan komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pada pegawai untuk 57,1%. berdasarkan hasil di atas, disarankan bagi pimpinan institusi agar mampu merubah budaya organisasi dan mendorong pegawai untuk menginternalisasi budaya organisasi serta melaksanakan komunikasi yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja personal yang secara tidak lagsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 banyak merubah aspek dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah adalah profesi dan pekerjaan. Digitalisasi dan penggunaan big data banyak menggeser profesi yang dilakukan oleh manusia kepada mesin atau robot. Menghadapi perubahan revolusi industri 4.0 remaja perlu memiliki pengetahuan dampak teknologi yang mumpuni untuk mempersiapkan karir di masa yang akan datang. Usia remaja yang dimaksud adalah masa dalam menentukan karir setelah lulus di bangku SMA/MA/ sederajat. Berdasarkan data hasil angket pre-test yang dikelola peneliti bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak teknologi untuk mempersiapkan karir di era industri 4.0 masih cukup rendah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah melakukan peningkatan pemahaman terkait dampak teknologi dan pengaruhnya terhadap karir. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan penyebaran angket Pre-Test dan Post-Test dan pembukaan Stand Karir kepada Siswa-Siswi. Adapun hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak teknologi untuk mempersiapkan karir di era industri 4.0. Implikasi dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah siswa siswi SMKN 14 Jakarta mendapatkan pencerahan untuk semakin meningkatkan literasi teknologi dan memiliki perspektif terhadap pilihan karir di Era 4.0 dengan cara menerima berbagai informasi yang dijadikan dasar dalam memutuskan karir ke depan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at an agency under and responsible to the president of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency which provides employee welfare benefits to increase employee morale and loyalty. The purpose of this research was to find out how the agency implements the employee welfare benefit system, to find out the obstacles that occur when distributing employee welfare benefits, and to find out how the agency can resolve these obstacles. According to the views of employees at the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, the Bureau of Law, Organization, and Human Resources, employee welfare benefits are very sufficient for the benefits provided, but Employee Benefits only apply to civil servant employees. The Employee Benefit System can be said to be very efficient overall, but some employees experience obstacles when filling in data in the application provided by the Agency, so it is necessary to conduct application training to prevent errors in filling in data in the Agency system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Electronic Official Manuscript (NADINE) application in managing archive documents at LEMIGAS as part of the implementation of digital transformation in government agencies. NADINE is an electronic correspondence system that includes the process of inputting, verifying, disposing, and storing documents in PDF format. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, through interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature studies. Informants consisted of one key informant (Head of the Archives Building) and three active NADINE users. The results of the study show that the implementation of NADINE makes a significant contribution to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management. This application facilitates online document access, supports work flexibility, and speeds up the search process through features based on letter numbers or sender names. However, there are still technical obstacles such as dependence on internet connections, suboptimal features, and the lack of integration of static archives and archive destruction systems. From a non-technical perspective, challenges include limited training and readiness of human resources in adopting digital technology. This study is expected to be a recommendation for the development of the NADINE system for other agencies in implementing electronic archive management effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of academic stress and self-regulation on academic procrastination among students at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Academic procrastination is a behavior commonly observed among vocational students who are required to balance both theoretical learning and practical skills development. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational survey method. A total of 289 students from tenth and eleventh grades, representing six vocational programs, were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires utilizing a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The findings of this study revealed that academic stress has a positive and significant effect on academic procrastination, with a regression coefficient of 0.224 and a t-value of 8.668 (p < 0.05). This indicates that higher levels of academic stress are associated with greater tendencies to procrastinate. In contrast, self-regulation was found to have a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, with a regression coefficient of -0.351 and a t-value of 7.943 (p < 0.05), suggesting that students with stronger self-regulation skills are less likely to engage in procrastination. Furthermore, the simultaneous influence of academic stress and self-regulation on academic procrastination was significant, as evidenced by an F-value of 64.765 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.644, indicating that 64.4% of the variance in academic procrastination can be explained by the two independent variables. These results underscore the critical role of stress management and the development of self-regulation abilities in mitigating academic procrastination among vocational school students. Educational interventions focused on reducing stress levels and enhancing self-regulatory behaviors may serve as effective strategies to promote better academic outcomes and reduce counterproductive procrastination habits.

Abstract

In the socialization life at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry every day is inseparable from the influence of the work environment created by individuals and groups, especially in the internal environment and problems that occur in the physical and non-physical environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how the internal work environment conditions are at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in physical and non-physical aspects. The research method used is a qualitative method that is descriptive in nature and data sources obtained by observing or interviewing employees at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry with primary data collection consisting of pre-research and main research (observation, interviews and documentation). The results of this study are that the Company's internal work environment is still not optimal in supporting employee work, the most important internal work environment is company facilities, besides that the most important thing about the non-physical environment in this company is the work culture where this company adheres to an adhocracy work culture because it is dynamic and creative and psychological well-being.
